Bani, who came out after taking her bath wrapped herself in a towel and stood in front of the mirror. Her eyes were focused on the reflection but her mind was occupied with Veer's grumpy behaviour. He hadn't been talking properly with her since their argument at office. He only answered when she asked him anything which hurts her a lot.

Whereas, Veer, who came out from the bathroom after his bath, looked at Bani who was still standing in front of the mirror as she was before he went to take his bath. He started feeling guilty about the way he behaved to her after their argument. Brushing off the thoughts, he went and stood behind his wife but she was too much lost in her own world to even realise his presence there.

He wrapped his right arm around her waist and pulled her back closer to him which made her back touch his bare chest. Bani came out from her thoughts and instantly clutched the towel at her chest to prevent it from falling down. Veer snuggled into her neck to inhale her mint fragrance.
Bani : Veer?
Veer : Hmm? (He hummed while nuzzling into her neck)
Bani : I need to dress up now. Move.
Veer : You should have done it just now, sweetheart. (He kissed on shoulder and looked at her through the mirror)
Veer scanned her from top to bottom and fixed his eyes at her chest where she clutched the towel tightly.
Veer : Baby, you don't have to do that. I have seen it all. (He had a mischievous glint on his eyes)
Bani : Huh? (She didn't get his meaning)
Veer twirled her in a swift motion making her soft chest hit his hard one. He wrapped his left arm around her waist and brought his right hand to her chest to open the towel.
Bani : No. (She clutched the towel tightly)
Veer : Baby, I told you I have seen it. You don't have to hide it from me.
Bani : What do you mean by you have seen it? You only saw my upper part that day. Opss. (She bit her tongue when she realised what she said and Veer smirked at her)
Veer : So now let me see your lower part too. (He said huskily and her eyes widened in shock)
Bani : Shut up! Shameless fellow!! Go away, I need to dress up now. (She tried to push him but it all went in vain)
Veer : Just show me once what you have been hiding inside there then I will go away. I promise.
Bani : Chi Veer!!! What's wrong with you? I'd never knew that you can speak like this.
Veer : You still don't know many things about me, sweetheart. (He chuckled)
Bani : Shut up and let me go.
Saying this, she wriggled in his arms to move away and she totally forgot that she stopped holding her towel. The knot loosened up making her eyes go wide. She looked down to see the knot is almost open and Veer held her arms tightly to prevent her from clutching the towel. She quickly closed the distance between them by pressing her body against his.

Veer : Hey sweetheart, what are you doing?
Bani : Veer, you are such a shameless person I have ever met in my life. Stop embarrassing me.
Veer : Okay I will stop it then. Come on, move from me. (He said it deliberately as he knew she can't move away)
Bani : No. (She hugged him more tightly)
Veer : Arre sweetheart, I'm already losing my control. Your bare body is brushing over mine and it's creating havoc inside me. Better move away before I do something to you.
Bani : Shut up, Veer. Close your eyes first.
Veer : Why?
Bani : Just do it please. Close your eyes.
She placed her right palm on his eyes and slowly tried to move away from him but again got pressed onto him when he tried to remove her palm from his eyes.
Bani : Veer!!!! Just close your eyes!
Veer : But why?
Bani : You don't have to know that. Stay still!
Again she slowly tried to move away but to her bad luck the towel slid down to her stomach and she quickly pressed her body on him. Veer gasped when her bosoms hit his bare chest. Bani was totally embarrassed with that moment.
Veer : Sweetheart? What are you doing? Let me see. (He tried to remove her palm from his eyes)
Bani : Veer no!!! Don't open your eyes! You don't have to see anything now. (She placed her two palms on his eyes)
Veer : But I can feel you. (He chuckled and pulled her more closer to him)
Bani : Arghh I will kill you now!! It's all because of you!
Veer : Okay relax. I will close my eyes and you wrap the towel first. I promise I won't cheat you.
Bani : Can I trust you?
Veer : Baby, my hands are free there. If I want I can unwrap the towel from you at any moment but I didn't do any such thing. You can trust me.
Bani : Hmm okay. You are such a tease, Veer! (She hit on his chest lightly)
Veer chuckled and slowly pulled back from her. He closed his eyes as he promised and turn away from her so Bani quickly wrapped the towel around her and immediately went to the closet, took out her clothes and ran into the bathroom. Veer turned back once he heard the door closing sound.

After wearing her favourite pyjamas, she came out from the bathroom and looked for Veer but he was not there. She went to the kitchen to see him cooking something there. He gasped when she hugged him from the back by wrapping her arms around his torso.
Veer : Ufff sweetheart, you scared me. (He turned and pulled her in front of him)
Bani : I'm hungry. What are you making?
He moved the free hair strands falling on her face and pecked on her lips.
Veer : I'm planning to make pasta. Is it okay for you?
Bani : Hmm I want something spicy.
Veer : I knew it that's why I'm making spicy tomato cream pasta.
Bani : Thank you, Veeru. (She pecked on his cheek)
Veer winked at her and made her sit on the kitchen counter.
Veer : Help me to cut the tomatoes and I will cut the onions.
Bani : Okay. (She sat cross legged and started cutting the tomatoes)
Veer : Baby, cut it small. I'm going to blend them.
Bani : Alright.
Veer taught her how to cook the pasta and they cooked it together. Bani insisted to sit there and have their dinner so Veer joined her on the kitchen counter and they ate together. They washed the dishes after their dinner and went back to their room.

Next morning, Veer woke up at 5:00am and got ready as his flight was at 7:30am so he had to reach the airport by 6:30am. He quickly prepared breakfast for Bani and went back to the room to inform her. She was in deep sleep so he kissed on her forehead and set the alarm to wake her up at 8am and left to the airport.

Bani woke up when the alarm rang at 8am. She searched for Veer beside her and frowned where he was not there. Then she remembered that he told her last night about his departure at early morning. She saw a letter under her phone on the table and smiled knowing the owner of the letter.

Sweetheart,
Good morning. I'm going to miss you. I will call you once the meeting is over. Make sure get ready quickly and have the breakfast I prepared for you before leaving to the office. Don't forget to switch off the lights and fan and lock the door properly before you leave. Drive safe and text me once you reach the office. I love you so much, baby.

Bani : I love you more, Mr Hubby. Muaaahhh 💋 (She kissed the letter)
She tried to call him but it was not reachable so she got ready and left to the office after having her breakfast. She texted him once she reached the office. She took the elevator to reach the floor and once the elevator opened, she came out and was shocked to see the person in front of her.

Bani's mind voice : Miya? She is here? It means Veer went alone? Omg he obeyed my request. I love you so much, Veeru. You are the best husband ever.  (She jumped in happiness)
Bani was praising Veer in her mind when she suddenly heard "Booohhh" near her left ear. She jumped from her place and screamed in sudden shock.
Bani : Oh God, Sid!!!!!! I will kill you if you do this again.
Sid : Hehe I'm sorry didi. I didn't know that you are such a scary cat. (He laughed at her)
Bani : Idiot, come to my cabin. I will give you double workload than you did yesterday and I will make sure you go back home by midnight.
Instantly Sid's laughter died when he heard her.
Sid : No didi you can't do this to me. I'm sorry I won't laugh at you again. (He showed his puppy eyes)
Bani : No, I'm not going to forgive you. I will make sure you see hell today.
Sid : Please didi I won't repeat it again. I promise on you. (He placed his hand on her head)
Bani : Ahhh!! Idiot, don't kill me with your fake promises. Okay fine, I forgive you but this is the last time.
Sid : Yes yes sure. (He raised his hands as he surrendered)
Bani : Good. Now go to my cabin. I will join you in a while.
Sid : Why? Where are you going?
Bani : I'm going to meet my family.
Sid : I will come with you too. Introduce me to them. Who knows they might get impressed with my charm and give me the CEO position soon. (He smirked)
Bani : Oh God, such a self-obsessed psycho. (She face palmed) I don't understand why you guys always think so high of yourselves.
Sid giggled at her and Bani dragged him to her father's cabin.

At Aayush's cabin :
Bani and Sid entered in to see Aayush, Ballu and Tapish there. It's their morning routine to gather at his cabin before the office hour starts.
Bani : Hello, everyone. Good morning.
Aayush : Good morning, dear.
Balwant : Hi beta, morning.
Tapish : Oh you came today? I thought you won't come to the office without your husband.
Bani : Do you have any problem with my presence here, Mr Tapish Sharma?
Tapish : No, Ms Bani Sharma.
Sid : No, she is Mrs Bani Veeranshu Singhania. (He corrected and everyone's attention shifted on him)
Bani : Yes, you are so smart Sid. (She pinched his cheek)
Balwant : Bani, who is this boy?
Tapish : Oh God!! Did you already find a new boyfriend? Wait I will inform Veer now.
Aayush : Shut up, Tapish. He is Bani's PA.
Bani : Dad, is he really your son or you adopt it from any orphanage? He doesn't even have a basic IQ level.
Tapish : Shut up, Bani. And Hi, I'm Tapish. What's your name? (He forwarded his hand to Sid)
Sid : Hi, I'm Siddharth but you can call me Sid or Siddhu or anything you prefer. I don't mind. (He grinned and shook his hand)
Balwant : Hi, Sid. You are so cute.
Sid : Oh no, uncle I'm straight.
Bani : Shut up, Sid. He is just saying that you look cute.
The three men chuckled at Sid while Bani glared at him.
Sid : Didi, I'm not cute. I'm hot you know?
Tapish : Omg, I'm seeing Bani's male version here.
Balwant : Me too. (He chuckled)
Aayush : Me three. (And all started laughing)
Bani : Bhai! Dad! Papa! I hate you all. (She sulked)

Sid started scratching Bani's arm.
Bani : What is it, Sid?
Sid : You call both of them as dad and papa? You have two fathers? But how is it possible? (He asked, pointing and Ballu and Aayush)
Balwant : Oh boy, I'm her father-in-law so she calls me dad. This is her father, Aayush Sharma and that is... (He was cut by Sid)
Sid : And that is didi's brother. I understood it from their conversation.
Tapish : Smart boy. But why are you calling her didi? She is your boss here.
Sid : No, didi gave me the permission to call her that. Am I right, didi?
Bani : Yes but not during working hours.
Sid : I know I know.
The three men were looking at Bani and Sid in amusement.
Aayush : Bani, your PA is exactly like you. I agree with what Tapish said just now. He is just the male version of you.
Bani : Papa, please. (She frowned)
Balwant : It's okay, beta. We can get more entertainment from you both. (He chuckled)
Bani : Arghhh!!! Sid, come let's go back to our cabin. We don't have to waste our time here. (She dragged him outside)
Sid : But didi they are actually too friendly and funny. I have never seen any owners behave too friendly with their employees like them. Let's come here and talk to them every morning.
Bani : Don't be too excited. They won't be the same during office hours. This is your second day only so you will learn soon about everyone here. (She smirked when they entered her cabin)
Sid : Opss, sounds dangerous. I guess you all are bipolar because you also behave strictly when we are working and friendly when we are on break. (He pouted)
Bani glared at him and assigned him a difficult task to do.

She tried calling Veer twice but he switched off his mobile. She started missing him badly but Sid was trying his best to keep her out of her thoughts with his silly jokes. After lunch break, Bani went to Tapish's cabin to give him a file as Sid was busy with his task.

At Tapish's cabin :
As usual she entered in without knocking the door but she was surprised to see Miya there. Miya noticed Bani and gave her an awkward smile. Bani gave her a fake smile and turned away.
Bani : Bhai..
Tapish : Haan, Bani? Miya, you may go now.  (He was typing something in his laptop)
Miya left and Bani took her seat in front of Tapish.
Bani : Did you ask for this file? (She showed him the file)
Tapish : Yeah, thank you. (He took the file)
Bani's mind voice : What was Miya doing in Tapish bhai's cabin? She should be with Veer but she didn't go with him today. Something is wrong somewhere.
Tapish : Why are you still here?
Bani : Nothing. Just simply. (She smiled sheepishly but Tapish was too busy to understand the meaning behind her smile)
Tapish : Accha Bani, can you get me a cup of coffee please?
Bani : Why should I get it?
Tapish : Because I'm having headache and I think it will be better if I drink some coffee.
Bani : Oh really? Do you remember what happened on 8th of November 2016?
Tapish : What??? What happened?
Bani : I asked you to buy me Starbucks on that day but you refused to do it.
Tapish : When? On 8th of November 2016?
Bani : Yes!
Tapish : So? (He raised his eyebrow)
Bani : So, I'm not going to get you coffee now. Go and make it yourself. (She snapped at him)
Tapish opened and closed his mouth like a fish.

Tapish : Bani, it happened 5 years ago and you are taking revenge for it now?
Bani : Yes, I was waiting for this moment since 5 years. You escaped to Australia after that and that thing slipped out of my mind. Luckily I remembered it now.
Tapish held his head in his both hands.
Tapish : Mata ji, I don't need your favour. Please don't increase my headache now. I will ask my PA Miya to do it... Shit! (He muttered the last word under his breath for spilling the beans)
Bani : What????? (She almost screamed)
Tapish's mind voice : Damn Tapish!!! How can you be so careless!
Bani : What did you say? Miya is your PA? It means she is not Veer's PA?
Tapish : No, she is Veer's PA. I accidentally uttered her name as she was here just now so it slipped out of my tongue.
Bani : Don't lie! Tell me the truth now. Miya is whose PA? (She glared at him angrily)
Tapish : Trust me, princess. She is Veer's PA.
Bani : Oh then who is your PA?
Tapish : Well, I don't have any PA so Veer and I share the PA.
Bani : What nonsense? Wait I will tell this to papa now. (She moved to the door but Tapish stopped her)
Tapish : No, don't!!! Okay I will tell you the truth. Miya is my PA. Veer's PA is still the same person. (He then explained everything to Bani)
Bani : Bhai, you are such an idiot! How could you do this to me? Just because I talked to the intern boys, you and my idiotic husband planned this against me? Oh God, how many lies!!!
Tapish : I'm sorry, princess. (He lowered his head)
Bani : Let him come home tonight. I will fry him in the olive oil and serve him to the stray dogs!
Saying this, she stomped her feet and left his cabin.
