Naina and Ruhana reach their destination, where Vineet selects them. He tells them their jobs and at the same time, they hear a loud shout. Naina and Ruhana exchange glances. Due to her curious nature, Ruhana asks about the person who's shouting, to which Vineet replies that it's Asher, his business partner. The three of them head out of the cabin and find a tall guy shouting at a person who is supposed to be the manager.

"Aise kaise kaam kar rahi hai tumhari team ki tum log ek bug fix nahi kar paaye? I want it fixed in two hours. 12 baje hamari meeting hai clients ke sath." he's shouting.

"Sir, hum try kar rahe hai. Jaise hi bug fix ho jayega, main aapko inform kar dunga." The other man replies that he's hell-scared and just managed to speak.

"2 ghante mein fix hona hi chahiye, varna tum jaante ho anjaam kya hoga?" He throws a stern glance at his employee.

He's Asher Neves, the person who holds the Sales department, and Vineet has asked Naina to meet him. Vineet moves ahead and keeps his hand on Asher's shoulder.

"Ash, calm down. Sab manage ho jayega." Vineet says, trying to calm his friend.

"Kaise hoga? Abhi tak bugs fix nahi hue, aur na hi presentation ready hai. Kaise hogi deal aise mein?" Asher shows his disappointment.

"Disappointment or anger won't do any good, either way, Sir." It's Naina who breaks the silence.

"She's right. In this way, you'll harm your own business." Vineet supports Naina.

"What should I do then? No one is doing their jobs the right way." Asher says it angrily.

"You should do your part, Sir. And help others if they're unable to do so. Kisi ko dantna ya kisi ki problem samjhe bina kuch keh dena toh galat hoga na." Naina says it softly, truly showcasing her soft nature.

"Aur iss wajah kabhi kabhi log aapka fayda uthaate hain. Itna bhi soft nahi hona chahiye." This time, it's Ruhana.

"Lekin Ruhana, uske liye hum apni achchai toh nahi chhod sakte hai na. " Naina looks at her sister.

"Di, sab tumhari tarah nahi hote hai. Kuch logon ko baar baar bolne se hi samajh aata hai." Ruhana makes a face.

Vineet is observing them and he's astonished at the difference in their thoughts. He knows that they hold different opinions about their strategies of work. Asher glances at Ruhana.

"I agree with you, Ms?" Asher looks at her.

"Ruhana Malhotra." She responds with a smile.

" I agree with you. We shouldn't let anybody use ourselves. But no one would understand it." Asher says.

"They won't until the same thing happens with them. But, yeah, we must be a little compassionate with each other." Ruhana smiles.

Vineet introduces the two sisters to Asher and he asks Naina to join him the next day, as he'll appoint her on a new project. On the other hand, Vineet hands over some designs to Ruhana and asks her to pick the best designs as it's for a new project. The sisters get happy and then leave the office as they've to join A.V.Associates, the next day.

Naina and Ruhana reach home and the latter straightly enters the kitchen to brew some coffee for the two of them. She knows that her sister might be mad at her for her reply in the office. She pours the coffee into two mugs and walks into the living room. Naina is looking at some papers that Asher handed to her. Ruhana keeps the tray on the table and sits beside her sister.

"Kya dekh rahi ho in papers mein?" Ruhana casts a glance at her sister.

"New project ki details padh rahi hoon. Mr. Neves ko har kaam perfect chahhiye naa." Naina says.

"Tum perfectly sab kaam manage kar logi, Di." Ruhana says, keeping her head on her shoulder.

"Haan, aur tu apne thought apne tak hi rakha kar. Kya bol rahi thi office mein? Sab aapka fayda uthaayenge. Mr Asher needs to soften, you know." Naina looks at her sister.

"Arey, kya galat boli main? Sach hi bola maine. Aajkal log fayda uthaane mein aage rehte hai. Mr. Asher said it right, log dhang se kaam nahi karte." Ruhana makes a face.

"Kabhi kabhi politely baat karna zyada effect karta hai, Ruu." Naina exclaims.

"Di, aisa tum sochti ho, jabki reality is just opposite. Hamare sath kabhi kisi ne politely baat ki kya, Di? Bachpan se hum dono hi ek dusre ke sath rahe hai na! Aur mujhe kisi se koi umeed nahi hai ab." Ruhana says, making a face.

"Ruu, tum aise kyun bolti ho? Tujhe pata hai na zindagi mein dono cheezein zaroori hai? Na har jagah pyaar kaam aata hai, aur na har jagah hum gusse se kaam nikaal sakte hai. Dono hi cheezein zaroori hai. Jaane tujhe kya hogaya hai jo tu itna aggresssive ho gayi hai." Naina looks at Ruhana.

"Di, please, hamare sath jo hua hai kya wo kam hai? Don't you remember we lost Mom and Dad in that deadly fire? Aur aag lagaane wale kaun they, papa ke apne dost! Jinpe wo sabse zyada bharosa karte they." Ruhana replies hatefully.

"Ruu, vo puraani baatein hai, please unko bhool jaa." Naina tries to convince her.

"Nahi bhool sakti, Di. Unhone sab kuch kitna cleverly kiya, papa ko jhootha vishwas dilaya and then sab kuch mitti mein mila diya." Ruhana says her voice is heavy and her eyes are teary by now.

Naina says nothing, but she embraces her sister in a warm hug. Her sister still needs to heal. Yeah, a drastic incident from the past has made Ruhana aggressive. Ever since then, she doesn't like to trust anyone except her elder sister. She is always suspicious of people around her and so, she lashes out at everyone including her sister.

On the other hand, Naina is calm, her demeanour is of protecting and shielding her sister, that, she's doing well. And she's still protecting her. She only wants her to accept the healing and see life's softer aspects; that's the need of the time.

The sisters stay in the warm embrace for a long time, it's going tobe a new beginning and they want to start it on a happy note. And what is better than a sister's time for the rest of the day.
