A/n pov:

It was midnight and gauri was sleeping.... suddenly she felt thirsty and got up to drink water but she found jug empty

Gauri: oh no...

She gets out of the bed and leaves room while holding the jug..
She comes downstairs where lights were off.

Gauri: now where are the switches..and first of all where is kitchen?

She moves here and there and found the kitchen..

Gauri: there it is..

She comes inside the kitchen and went towards RO purifier..she removes the lid and starts filling water

Suddenly she hears she the sound of breaking something

Gauri: what was that...

She stops filling water while closing the lid and goes towards the direction of the sound

She comes in living hall where were pitch black darkness..

Gauri's thought: this is scary

She sees an open room where dims light were glowing..

Gauri's thought: what's happening there..

She was about to go when she trips over something in dark and was about to fall when a pair of hands caught her..

She saw her saviour and her eyes went wide..

She knew this Silhouette..it was of Neel..

Neel: are you okay

He says in deep husky voice which sent goosebumps Inside her body..

Gauri: y-yeah...

He leaves her waist and gauri speaks

Gauri: that...

She turns around to say about that room while signalling towards it but she finds it closed....

Neel: what gauri?

Gauri: that room...it was open and lights were on..I swear I saw just now-

He cups her face which makes gauri's cheeks flare..

Neel: gauri...that room is closed from many years..it have only scraps and unwanted materials.. ain't no way you could have saw anything..

He leaves her face and Gauri replies

Gauri: but sir I'm sure...my eyes weren't deceiving me..

Neel: then where's the light? Why it's not opened..

Gauri: that...it...

She becomes confused and Neel speaks

Neel: I think you are still sleepy.. anyways why did you came here..

Gauri: oh the jug was empty and I was feeling thirsty...

Neel: oh

Gauri: but why are you still awake

Neel: I was working...

Neel: yeah office works don't have limits..

???: I'm sorry sir but this brat was wiggling too much..we have to make him silent anyhow

Neel: be alert from next time because from now on there is new member living in this mansion...if she gets to know about these things..then you all know what I'll do..
