We soon arrived at Dominos. I parked my bike and we both got off.

We went inside and sat on a place for two. It was time to go and order, being a man I thought I must order, but this girl got up from her seat and went ahead to the counter. Her order was already placed by the time I was near her.

Arohi-"what will you have?"

"Ummm a pizza mania with corn topping, and a coke." I replied.

"Ohk " She forwarded her hand. I was confused as what she wanted, unable to think of anything else I gave her a hi-5.

"Oh hello I am not here to hi-5 with you. I am asking for money." She said.

"Oh yaa sorry." I said as I handed her the Rs. 500 note. She looked at it and then back at me.

"Don't you think its too much for a pizza mania and a coke?" She asked.

"Why what about your order?" I asked.

"Well I have already paid for it. Afterall it was my order." She said.

"But you did not need to. I mean I could have paid."

Arohi-"oh yes you could have Mr. Genius, but its not like we are out on a date. Aur agar date bhi hoti toh saara kharcha tum se nhi karwati. So yaa I will pay for my order."

I nodded and we came back and sat on our chair.

After 10 minutes of silence, Arohi spoke up, "ok enough, I cannot be silent for so long. Time to speak if you want to have lunch with me."

I nodded and smiled.

Arohi-"so tell me about yourself."

"My name is Aryan Harshwal, I work in ISRC in Mission Mars. I am one and an only IT guy in the mission and...."

Arohi cut my speech in middle only, "not all this. All this is just the same boring interview type answers. Tell me about your personal life. Like your mom-dad and..."

"I am an illegitmate child. A mistake, an unwanted result of my mother and father. I don't even know who they are and I don't ever want to know who they were. I do not have any friends except Mission Mars team, as nobody wanted to be-friend a bastard during my schooling days. My only family is in form of Sanyukta, who is like my elder sister, and Randhir, my elder brother sort of. Only they know about my parents this mistake." I blurted out and silence was the only thing on our table. I guess that this is the first time ever, I have seen Arohi silent, except for the hospital part.

After few minutes Arohi spoke up, "I will not say I am sorry and all but yaa I will surely salute you. I mean boss you are strong yaar, coming from a question mark on your identity to being Aryan Harshwal, a scientist at ISRC. You know it is not your loss but loss of so-called birth givers of your, who lost a son as great as this. I mean if it had been some one else, he must have enrolled himself in some criminal activities, but you did not let yourself loose the path. And how could you say you don't have a friend apart from Sanyukta and Randhir. I am your friend. I mean warna itne din se main aise hi tumhare piche thodi bhagti rehti, ofcourse you are my friend. And yaa your secret is safe with me." When Aryan said he is an illegitmate child I was shocked. Then I composed myself, it clearly showed why he was so careless about his own life and working around as Dark Shadow. Yes now I know he is Dark Shadow. How I am so sure? Well I have got enough proofs. But I am not leaving a selfless soul like this alone. Although he works superbly as Dark Shadow but Aryan is a lonely soul, someone who does not have any interest in life. Who is not living life, but passing it. I will make sure he lives life. Welcome to the small little world of Arohi, Mr. Aryan Harshwal.

I don't know but something is drawing me close to this little stubborn head. The way she speaks, her movements all are just so carefree. Who would say a girl can be so careless, a girl who had witnessed the murder of her parents. Its wierd, but is intresting also.

Soon our order had arrived. It had one small pizza, one medium and one large pizza, also 4 bottles of coke.

"Wow I never knew you could eat so much. Like 1medium and 1 large pizza and 3 bottles of coke?" I was amuzed at this girl's diet. I mean normally girls are very concious of what they eat, but this is really different. Suddenly she picked up her order and started to leave.

"Oh hello where are you going? I am sorry na yaar" I apologized as I followed her with my order but she gave me a typucal look and left.

It was really awkward like I am running behind a girl and apologizing, its not Aryan I know. Wow Aryam you are changing !

I saw that shw had stopped near a tree and raising her eye-brow and shaking her gead in disbelief she sat there. God what is this girl upto? Then I saw her calling some slum children playing there. She opened the box of large pizza and 2 cokes and started feeding them. Not only feeding them but also eating with them. The passer by were giving her mean looks, some adults gave her smile too but she did not cared for the world.

She called me with her hand, I smiled and went there and sat near them.

"So this is where your appetite comes from?"

AROHI'S P.O.V.

I had seen the slum children looking inside the outlet with a face of longing, I could not stand their sad face. So I ordered pizza for them too.

I knew Aryan was not among those guys, who will feel low sitting with them. Not that I care about such people, I do what I want to. I was literally having a hard time controlling my laughter and maintaing a poker face when he was following me.

I could see a genuine smile when he saw me playing and feeding the kids.

"You know Aryan, I don't have a family, except for Bhai, but I also want one. So I make one wheever, wherever I go, like these kids. They starve and people throw away there food whats the use? Real happiness is bringing smile on such faces. I am not Dark Shadow, to go around and fight criminals, but yes I can spread smile like him. This is my way to follow his path and be his true fan. Smile and let the world smile is my mantra, so Mr. Grumpy if you want to be my friend you need to smile too. So deal?" And I forwarded my hand for a handshake.

Aryan-"I don't know how to smile, but I will love to learn it with you. I am sure Dark Shadow will be happy to know he has such a good fan." And he shaked his hand with me.

Little did they knew it was not them but their fates who had planned to unite them :)

A new chapter of their life began with this hand-shake and friendship.
