Rage
Ivy POV
“Your dress is so beautiful, Lady Ivy.” A guest grumbled with a strained smile on her face while her husband stood next to her drooling shamelessly over me.
“Yes, yes, you are by far the most gorgeous woman at this party.” Her husband babbled, smiling lustfully as he rubbed his hands together. His wife glared at him and I gave them a sugary smile, “I know." I stated arrogantly.
I had on a turquoise lacey see-through dress that only cover my womanly assets. I walked away knowing that most of the women here hated me for being beautiful and I could hear women smacking their husband’s for lusting over me as I walked by them.
I am after all a very attractive woman and it’s not my fault that I am beautiful and their husband’s are dirty lustful beast. I know the dress I’m wearing lacks imagination but I wanted the attention to be able to grab Katakuri’s attention. I’m going to make him pay by making him jealous. It has worked many times before on other men so I know it’ll work on him as well.
The whispering continued on as I purposely walked slowly to my table so I could hear the gossiping around me.
“Wow, she is so sexy.”
The men around me talked among themselves as they watched my every step.
“Yeah she is and I heard her medical skills are so high advance, that everyone wants her working for them.”
“What! Really?! I thought she was just arm candy for one of the VIP’s.”
“I wonder if she’s single?”
“There is no way in hell you’ll have a chance with her besides, I thought you were married?”
“I am but a man can dream, right?” And they all laughed.
I smirked narcissistically because I knew Katakuri was listening and watching the party from the gate.
“Oh my gosh. Who is that?”
“She is so pretty!”
“Look at her dress! It’s gorgeous!” I closed my eyes while smiling and nodding my head but when I opened my eyes they weren’t staring at me, they were staring behind me.
I spun around fast, wondering who stole the attention away from me and I balled my fists, gritting my teeth together when my eyes landed on her. It’s that bitch from yesterday! She had on a beautiful long white dress and all the men gawked at her with desire and lust even women stared with envy.
Young and old men circled around her with hearts in their eyes as they tried to talk to her, while some of Charlotte siblings held them back. She blushed turning around, trying to go back inside but the door was shut and she couldn’t get it open. Her reactions and movement caused the men around her to go crazy and a uproar broke out causing things to get a little chaotic around her.
Dammit! She has barely took two steps outside and she has already grabbed everyone’s attention without even trying! She finally made it down the stairs when the Charlotte Siblings got a grasp on things. A servant walked by me with a tray of red wine and I snatched a glass off the tray gulping half of it down.
That bitch is the reason Katakuri threatened me last night. I’ll make her disappear just like all the others. I just need to find some dirt. If I can’t get him to leave her then I’ll get her to leave him. Everyone’s eyes were still on her as she got closer to me and her sparkling grey eyes landed on me. Her smile wavered a little but she nodded her head respectfully, about to walk past me but I stepped in front of her.
"Katakuri came to my room last night." I said sweetly batting my eyes at her. Her shoulders stiffen a little but after a split moment, she sighed, "Ivy, we may like the same guy but I’m not going to be petty. I know you like him and I know you're just trying to get arouse out of me but I'm sorry, it's over between you two so stop harassing me." She tried to step around me but I stepped back in front of her.
"Katakuri is mine!" I hissed at her but their was no spite or derision in her eyes just empathy. “Look, I don’t like you and I don’t think I ever will and I know you don't like me and that's fine, you don't have to like me but please, respect Katakuri's decision and move on peacefully. I do hope you find someone that will make you happy and that will treat you with the up most respect that you do deserve but I'm sorry, it's just not Katakuri.”
“Bitch. Don’t act like you care about my happiness and besides, you're not sorry but he’ll come back to me the moment he realizes your not worth it.” I boasted smiling scanning her dress up and down. “Your gown is so. . plain. It needs a little something extra.” I sweetly stated as the people around us watched us in silence wondering what we were talking about.
I pretended to go for a sip and moved a little to fast, spilling the red wine all over her white dress. “Ooops! I’m so sorry! I didn’t mean to do that!” I shouted in shock, covering my mouth with my hand, pretending to feel bad about it.
Everyone’s eyes were glued on us and I wanted people to believe that it was an accident. I spoke in a low voice trying to provoke her. “I was right, it needed some color.” I tried to contain my laughter and the whispering around us grew louder.
Go ahead scream and cry. Tell everyone I did it on purpose and make a scene. She didn’t cry or yell in a dramatic way. She just looked down at her dress with a blank expression. “Don’t look so sad. If you don’t like this new look, I’m pretty sure Alex has a spare maids outfit she could lend you. That’s more of a style that would suit you better anyways.” I stated mockingly giving her a sugary smile.
I seriously plan on making your life a living hell until you had enough and leave just like the others. I thought to myself but she didn’t overreacted like I was expecting her to.
She smiled softly at me. “It’s okay, but thank you for the offer.” She waved her hand over her body pulling the red wine off her dress and putting it back into the glass. I took a step back in shock. How did she do that?! She didn’t even so much as give me a second glance as she walked past me like nothing happened.
This bitch is acting like she’s better then me! I spun around about to grab a fist full of her hair when my glass broke and the wine splattered all over me.
I shrieked, stumbling backwards, trying to hold my balance but the effort was futile. I tried to grab for anything and ended up grabbing the closest table cloth, pulling everything off the table onto me.
I was covered in wine, tea, and the snacks that were on the table.
Everyone looked completely shocked but not long after I heard laughter. I gritted my teeth. This is all that bitches fault!! I noticed among the shattered glass and the wasted desserts, was a single pink jellybean. Katakuri! You jackass! You ruined my dress!
“Did you see that?! Ivy’s glass broke!"
“Should we go help her?”
“No, it almost looked like she was about to attack that pretty girl.”
“Yeah, I’m starting to think she spilt that wine on that new girl’s dress on purpose.”
The whispering got louder and louder and some of girls around me giggled trying to mask their laughter as they mocked me.
I gritted my teeth trembling in rage. That man stealing whore! This is all her fault! Katakuri would have never done this to me if it wasn’t for her!
I stood up cleaning myself off when I spotted Damien from the kingdom of Banklands, also known as one of Big Mama’s greatest allies, waltzing up to Fae. I smiled evilly feeling the anger subsiding a little. My oh, my, if it isn’t Damien. A very handsome man but he has a reputation of being a pig who loves hurting women for his sexual gratification.
He is powerful, wealthy, and handsome and I would be chasing after him if it wasn’t for him using his devil fruit powers to sexually harass women. I haven’t known Fae long but I’m pretty sure she has know idea who she’s talking to or how to avoid his eyes and I damn sure, am not going to help her.
She shook her head no to whatever he said to her but everyone knows he doesn’t take no for an answer. He has the ability to spellbound his victims by having them look him in his eyes. He grabbed her by the wrist and she spun her head around locking eyes with him.
Now she has no chance of escape. I thought to myself enjoying the show. He ran his hand over her ass and squeezed leaning in to her face when she spun her entire body around giving him a roadhouse kick to the side of the head. Damien was sent flying backwards and he landed hard on top of a table, breaking it in half.
That’s not possible! I never seen anyone who was able to resist his spellbound trance!
All of a sudden Katakuri landed hard in front of Fae causing the ground to tremble under our feet. He took one glance at Fae’s mortified face expression then at Damien who was leaning up off the broken table and he put two and two together.
The small talks and whispering, stopped and no one dared to move or make a sound when Katakuri Soru in front of Damien. I have only ever seen very little emotion from Katakuri but the look in his eyes seemed just short of flying into a blind rage.
Damien frowned at Fae dusting himself off. “You, stupid crazy bitch! All I did was grab your ass!” He hissed glaring at Fae not even acknowledging Katakuri in front of him.
Fae's face filled with outrage, “all you did?! You disgusting vile man!” She shouted with tears of frustration in the corner of her eyes. He smile wickedly, “If you didn’t want anyone touching you, then don’t wear a revealing dress that’s begging for attention.” Fae looked taken back as her face switched from anger to humiliation and embarrassment.
I rolled my eyes, that’s every man’s excuse for touching a woman without her permission. Gosh, men really are disgusting. Except for one. I glance over at Katakuri and the situation suddenly felt very dangerous when Katakuri shot Damien a murderous glare.
“Don’t act all innocent. If your slit was just an inch higher, I could see straight-“ he didn’t get the chance to finish his sentence before Katakuri grabbed him by his face and lifted him up off the ground by his head. I could hear his skull being crushed and Damien’s screams were being muffled by Katakuri’s large palm.
Fae’s face grew pale and her eyes widen in disbelief as she took a step forward towards Katakuri but Oven who showed up during the chaos, held Fae back.
“You’ll only get into Katakuri’s way! Trust me! You don’t want to get in his way right now!” Oven shouted holding Fae in his arms protectively as he dragged her back a few feet away.
Katakuri dropped him but before Damien hit the ground, he punched him so hard that he spun before hitting the ground. He picked him up by his throat slamming him into the floor again and the crater that was created from the impact was massive as Katakuri’s fist came in contact with Damien’s bloodied face over and over.
Everyone was in shock watching the bloodily manicure that was happening in front of our very eyes. Fae seemed to have snapped out of shock and hurried and pushed Oven away from her. “Katakuri that’s enough! Your going to kill him if you don’t stop!” She cried out stepping in front of him with her arms spread out protecting Damien from Katakuri’s fist and rage.
He was breathing heavily glaring down at Fae, “Move.” He growled. She didn’t budge, “no.” She glared back at him unfazed by his blood lust.
Is she insane?! He could destroy her with the flick of his wrist! The veins in his forehead bulged as he met her glare but she calmly walked up to him clinging to his leg. I could see his face slowly softening up as he stared down at her. She pulled at his pant leg, cupping her mouth with her hand like she was wanting to say something to him.
He scooped her up in his arms and she rubbed his head smiling softly at him. “Let’s not allow one bad behaved man spoil this Tea Party for everyone, okay?” She buried her face into his thick scarf cuddling close to him. His whole demeanor changed and the rage, the blood lust and, the dark aura, was all gone in a blink of an eye. He nodded his head and glanced at Damien giving him one final glare before walking away with her. What the fuck!? He actually listened to her!
I felt so much anger boiling up inside of me. He has never came to my defense like that! Ever! I was about to storm off when I caught a glimpse of Oven’s face. I could see the longing and the sadness as he watched Katakuri carry Fae away.
Well. Well. Well. Know matter how strong the foundation is, there is always a crack and if you jab it in the right spot, it’ll all start rumbling down. Oven, you precious, beautiful, compulsive piece of trash. You maybe the perfect weapon I need to break those two apart and that makes you, my new best friend. I smiled to myself as I left the Tea Party.
