Amnabeth

I ended up sleeping over at Thalia's house. In morning we ate toaster waffles and drank chocolate milk. A true breakfast of champions. We talked about random stuff and laughed about old memories from when we were little. Man was it fun to have her back.
After breakfast, I found a Nerf gun in a box and hit her with a bullet.
"Your going to regret that!" she grabbed a second gun out of the box and hit me with one.
"You'll never catch me!" I began running around the couch and hiding behind the cushion, momentarily popping up and aiming at Thalia when I could.
About 10 minutes of running and hitting eachother with small foam projectiles later, we headed out the door and walked to school. The girls were sitting on a picnic bench and Jason was standing with Percy, Leo, and Grover, discussing the lama army debate again. I went up to them. "Again?" I shouted. They all looked at me and Thalia. "Don't forget Leo...... if you had an army of lamas, you wouldn't have time to be with Calypso." I raised my eyebrows.
Leo gasped, ran behind Calypso and hugged her behind the back. "No! I can't do it guys! She's to important!"
All the other boys sighed. "Yea yea we get it." The said in an irritated tone.
As we were walking inside, Percy pulled me aside.
"Are you ok?" He gently pulled up my sleeves and scanned the bruises and cuts that lined my arms.
"I am now."
He gave me a caring smile before asking me something,
"You want to come over after school? Gabe is going to be gone for a few more days so we have time."
I smiled at the offer.
"Please. Anything to get away from that woman."
He smiled and gave me a tight hug before catching up to Jason. "Bye!" He yelled as he raced off. Piper came up to me a few moments later and we walked to class.
"Thanks for fixing that whole thing... again."
"You mean the lamas? Pft. Anytime."
We laughed and headed inside.

Percy

Last night I got exactly zero sleep. I couldn't stop thinking about Annabeth. How helpless she looked. How scared. It felt like the most horrible feeling. Like I needed to protect her.
Oh! There's that feeling again. You know the wondering if I have a crush? Yea that one. Why did this have to be so confusing? Uggg.
Anyways, my almost crush aside, Jason and Grover teased me constantly as we were walking to class.
"I saw that! You have a crush on the new girl!"
"Shut up." I rolled my eyes.
"You didn't deny it! I knew it!" Grover and Jason screamed in unison.
"I don't! Really!" I put my hands up in defense.
They both smirked.
"But I know who does have a crush." I looked at Jason.
"No. Shut up."
"On a certain brown haired girl." Grover added.
"Stop."
"That just so happens to like theater."
"Shush!"
"With the name of Pip-"
"Guys! Let's just go to class!" He interrupted.
He began to speed walk in front of us and blushed all the way to class. Me and Grover shared smirks and headed off behind him laughing our heads off trying to catch the lovesick puppy. Of course Jason bolted in the doorway of language arts, and me and Grover followed, taking our seats.
"Class." The teacher began, and I zoned out as usual. Thinking about Annabeth.
Again.
