Third Person POV

The summer of that year strange happenings occured in planet earth. All of the southesast of Asia was dry, hasn't rain in months. In the central part, it rained so much it caused floods. In North America, there were reports of a very cold summer. Meanwhile in Japan, 8 kids assisting a summer camp didn't know that very soon they'll find themselves in a mysterious world where their adventures will begin.

First we got Tai Kamiya

He is a fifth grader in elementary school.

Next we have Brody Takano

He's also a fifth grader and Tai's childhood friend. Next is Sora Takenouchi

She's a fifth grader as well. Then we have Matt Ishida

Another fifth grader. Next is Izzy Izumi

He's a fourth grader. Next is Mimi Tachikawa

She's also a fourth grader. Next is TK Takaishi from second grade

And finally Joe Kido from sixth grade

Suddenly a huge snowing started and most students wwnt to their tents while the 8 kids mentioned hid in a small abandonded house in the mountain.

Once it calms down Tai opens the door "looks like it stopped snowing" Tai said stepping out and TK goes out as well excited "Look how much it snowed!" TK said "Hey wait be careful" Matt said going after TK "Brr. It's so cold, almost makes me think we are not in summer" Sora said stepping out "Woah I can't believe it snowed this much" Brody said stepping out as well "It'll be best to go back where the adults are. If we stay much longer-" Joe said before Mimi comes out "How pretty!" Mimi said as the two step out. Meanwhile Izzy was inside trying to use his computer but had no connection "It doesn't work. I thought the signal would come back as soon as the storm stopped" Izzy said and perks up when he hears the others sound amazed.

"How romantic and beautiful!" Mimi said "What's that?" Izzy asked "It's the Northern Lights" Sora said "It's the first time I seen one" Matt said "It's amazing!" TK said "It's pretty weird that the Northern Lights appear in Japan" Izzy said "Yeah..you're right" Sora said "The best thing to do will be to go back to the camp to the adults we'll be safe there" Joe said "That's true. It won't be fun to catch a cold" Matt said "Hey what's that?" Tai asked seeing a portal that shoots out 8 lights that land infront of the kids scaring them "Is everyone okay?" Sora asks "We survived" Matt said "What a scare it gave us" Mimi said "What was that?" Joe asks as Izzy gets closer to one of the small holes "A meteor maybe" Izzy said when something glows and floats out of the eight holes, eight similar devices.

The kids grab the devices curiously "Hey what is this thing?" Sora asks "This...isn't a phone or a tracking device" Izzy said and suddenly a huge wave appeared and the 8 kids scream as they fall in and are transported.

Tai's POV

"Taiiiiii! Taiiii!" I heard someone call my name as I slowly open my eyes "I'm fine" Tai said and I looked down and saw...I..a weird thing ontop of me???

I screamed and scurried back getting it off me "Where the heck did this creature come from?!" I asked startled and the creatured bounced towards me happy "Tai you regained conciounes! That's great! That's great! That's great! That's great!" The creature said happy "It-it talked and knows my name?" I asked and the creature bounces around "That's great! Nothing happened to you Tai! That's great!" It said jumping into my hands "Can you tell me who you are?" I asked confused "I'm Koromon! I've been waiting for you Tai!" Koromon said "You're Koromon? And you've been waiting for me?" I asked even more confused and Koromon nods "What does all of this mean and how do you know my name?" I asked "Tai! Is that you?" I hear Brody's voice getting close "Yeah Brody over here!" I said turning around and I saw Brody...carrying another creature.

"You got one too?" Brody asks "Yeah, his name is Koromon. Who's that?" I asked "Hi! My name is Pusurimon!" Pusurimon said happy.

Third Person's POV

"Tai? Brody?" Izzy asks walking by some trees "Izzy" Brody and Tai said "That's a relief I thought I was all alone in this weird place" Izzy said and then another creature moved out from behind Izzy

"What are you saying? Silly Izzy I'm always going to be by your side!" The creature said "Izzy! Who's that?" Tai asks "Hi! I'm Motimon it's a pleasure to meet you!" Motimon said "Since I woke up he hasn't left my side at all...I also don't understand anything" Izzy said "Hey where are we?" Tai asks looking around "We are currently in File Island" Motimon said "That's right!" Koromon said "This is File Island!" Pusurimon said "That's the name of this place according to them" Izzy said "I should take a look" Tai said and climbs up a tree and sits on a branch and takes out his telescope "There's the sea...I don't remember seeing this mountains. Just where are we?" Tai asks as Koromon jumps onto a branch "Hey Tai! Tell me. What are you doing?" Koromon asks but Tai kept looking "Hey what's that?" Tai asks seeing a creature fly by and heading his way.

Tai and Koromon scream hang onto their branches as the creature destroys the top of the tree just by flying "Oh no that's Kuwagamon!" Pusurimon said "He's an evil digimon!" Motimon said "What did you say?" Izzy asks and Kuwagamon was turning around flying back to the tree "Tai!" Koromon said as Kuwagamon was heading for Tai and Koromon jumps off shooting bubbles from his mouth at Kuwagamon which proved innefective as Koromon bounces off Kuwagamon and Tai gets off the tree fast "Tai" Brody said as he and Izzy go to him "I'm fine don't worry about me" Tai said and Koromon lands on the ground "Koromon!" Tai said picking him up "Don't be dumb he's stronger than you" Tai said "Taiiii" Koromon said "But thanks to you I'm still alive. Thank you very much" Tai said smiling "Taiii" Koromon said "Kuwagamon is coming back for us!" Izzy said "Hey! Over here!" Motimon said "Follow me!" Pusurimon said running off and the others follow him.

"Over here!" Pusurimon said jumping into a tree followed by Motimon and while a bit hesitant the three boys follow inside the hollow tree "This isn't a real tree" Izzy said but all six stay crouched down till they don't hear anything "I think it's gone!" Sora said from outside and the boys get out "Sora" Brody said "Glad you're all okay" Sora said and the trio notice a creature standing besides Sora.

"Hi my name is Yokomon!" Yokomon said "She looks like plant but she's their friend" Izzy said while looking at Koromon, Pusurimon and Motimon when suddenly another creature walks and stops infront of those three.

"Another one" Izzy said "It's this way! Tk!" The creature said and Tk runs over happy "Tokomon!" Tk said followed by Matt who was also carrying a creature.

"Matt you too?" Tai asks "Tai? I didn't know you were all here" Matt said "Yeah you also got one of those?" Brody asks "Yes, he is" Matt said "H-h-hi my name is Tsunomon. I'm really pleased to meet y-you all" Tsunomon said blushing. The group gets startled when they hear Joe scream and running towards them "Joe!" Tai said "Guys help me! A weird thing is chasing me" Joe said stopping "I'm not a weird thing! I'm Bukamon!" Bukamon said putting his hands on Joe's shoulder smiling.

Joe looks over to see Koromon, Pusurimon, Tsunomon, Yokomon, Motimon and Tokomon "Just what are these things?! Where did they come from?" Joe asks and Pukamon joins up with the others "We are Digimon! Digital Monsters!" The digimon exclaimed happy "Digimon?" Tai asks and the 8 digimon nod.

"I'm Koromon" Koromon said "I'm Pusurimon" Pusurimon said "H-hi. I'm Tsunomon" Tsunomon said shyly "I'm Yocomon" Yocomon said "My name is Motimon" Motimon said "I'm Pukamon!" Pukamon said "And I'm Tokomon" Tokomon said and the kids decided to introduce themselves in return "Hi y'all I'm Tai Kamiya and I'm a fifth grader at Odaiba Elementary School" Tai said "She's Sora and goes in the same grade as me" Tai said "I'm Sora Takenouchi. Pleased to meet you" Sora said "This is Brody and he goes to the same grade and class as me" Tai said "I'm Brody Takano. Nice to meet you" Brody said "That's Matt who's also a fifth grader" Tai said "I'm Matt Ishida" Matt said "This is Joe" Tai said "Joe Kido, I'm in sixth grade" Joe said "This is Izzy from fourth grade" Tai said "I'm Izzy Izumi" Izzy said "And this is..." Tai said looking at Tk "Tk Takaishi, I'm in second grade" Tk said "I think that's all of us" Tai said "Wait a moment we're missing one" Sora said "Mimi's missing. Mimi Tachikawa" Izzy said "That's right! Mimi from fourth grade is missing, I lost sight of her" Joe said and they all hear crying and the run towards it and soon see Mimi running followed by another digimon.

"Mimi!" Sora said but they all stop when they see Kuwagamon is here and flies over them "Are you okay?" The little digimon asks Mimi who's on her knees tired "Tanemon" Mimi said referring to the small digimon "You need to be strong" Sora said going to Mimi's said "Sora you're here" Mimi said "He's coming back!" Tai said as Kuwagamon was flying back to them causing the kids to run followed by their digimon "get down!" Matt said and they all lay down as Kuwagamon flies past them "What the heck is that?" Joe asks "He's coming back" Yokomon said "I won't let it hurt us!" Tai said "It's impossible Tai. We need to keep running" Brody said "He's right we got nothing to defend ourselves with" Matt said "All we can do is flee" Izzy said and the kids continue to run but eventually stop reaching cliff.

"We can't go forward. We need to look for another way" Tai said but Kuwagamon catches up to them. Kuwagamon tries flying at them but the 8 digimon jump infront of the kids shooting bubbles which didn't do much and they get fling around Kuwagamon's body and landing on the ground while Kuwagamon crashes into some trees "Yokomon!" Sora said and all the kids see the digimon on the ground hurt and quickly hurry to them and pick them up.

"You're an idiot Koromon! Why did you do that?" Tai asks "But Taii. My duty is to protect you" Koromon said "Koromon..." Tai said "Pusurimon..." Brody said "Yokomon..." Sora said "Tanemon are you okay?..." Mimi asks "Why did you all try to fight that monster?" Izzy asks "Tokomon" Tk said "Hang in there Tsunomon please" Matt said "Pukamon why?" Joe asks and they all hear Kuwagamon stand up and the kidsget back till they're at the end of the cliff "That beast is still alive!" Tai said as Kuwagamon slowly gets closer "It's going to kill us" Tai said "We gotta challenge it" Koromon said "Huh?" Tai asks "Our duty... is to fight that monster. No matter what" Koromon said "What are you saying?" Tai asks "It's true. We were waiting for you all" Motimon said trying to get off Izzy's arms "Don't do it" Izzy said "No Pusurimon you guys shouldn't fight" Brody said "But we want to. I want to protect you Brody!" Pusurimon said trying to escape his grasp "I have to go" Yokomon said "You can't. You all can't beat the enemy" Sora said "No matter what we gotta do it!" Tsunomon said squirming a lot "Me too!" Tokomon said doing the same and one by one they all started squirming a lot except Tanemon "Tanemon, you'll go?" Mimi asks "Yes" Tanemon said "Let's fight!" Koromon said as finally all 8 escape the kids' grasp and start charging towards Kuwagamon "Yokomon!" Sora said "Motimon!" Izzy said "Tsunomon!" Matt said "Tokomon!" Tk said "Pukamon!" Joe said "Tanemon!" Mimi said "Pusurimon!!!" Brody said "Koromon!!!" Tai said and all 8 strange devices glow and the 8 digimon get covered in a bright light.

"Koromon!/Pusurimon!/Tsunomon!/Yocomon!/Motimon!/Tokomon!/Pukamon!/Tanemon! Digivolve to!" All 8 digimon said and digivolve into.

"Agumon!/Herissmon!/Gabumon!/Biyomon!/Tentomon!/Patamon!/Gomamon!/Palmon!" All 8 said suprising the kids and all eight digimon charge at Kuwagamon who slaps them back into the ground but they get up "That won't stop us!" Agumon said and Kuwagamon starts to fly "Poison Ivy!" Palmon said stretching her vines and entangles them around Kuwagamon's leg holding him in place as Patamon flies up "Boom Bubble!" Patamon said sucking in air then spews an air shot out in one burst hitting Kuwagamon and Tentomon flies up as well "Super Shocker!" Tentomon said hurling electricity that he ampligied with his wings hitting Kuwagamon and before Kuwagamon can put his other foot on the ground for balance, Gomamon slides over making Kuwagamon trip and drop to one knee as Agumon, Herissmon and Gabumon run towards it "stay back everyone. Pepper Breath!" Agumon said spitting flame breath from his mouth hitting Kuwagamon "Blue Blaster!" Gabumon said releasing a stream of blue ice-like flames from his mouth "Spiral Twister!" Biyomon said attacking with ethereal flames "Lightning Quills!" Herissmon said shooting lightning-coated quills and all eight fire their attacks again causing Kuwagamon to fall down presumably defeated while the kids watched in awe at what they just witnessed "They defeated it" Tai said "Taiii!" Agumon said as he and the others were running to the kids happy as they all hug their respective digimon happy and congratulating them.

But the celebration is cut short as Kuwagamon gets up "Tai!" Brody said and everyone looks in shock at Kuwagamon as Kuwagamon digs its teeth? Into the ground causing the part of the cliff the kids where standing on, split from the rest and the kids and digimon scream as they start falling down.

Definitely, this is how the long and exciting summer vacation of the eight kids is about to start.
