Manik's pov

Nandini, this name is not leaving my mind even for a second.. the girl i have met yesterday only has become so important to me, strange !!! Bt what can i do I have no control over my feelings. Aaj Tak Kabhi Kisi Ke Liye Aisa feel nahin kiya bt she is different. From the moment I have seen her I can't stop thinking about her, she has some magic, her innocence can make anyone fall for her.

Manik slighty smiled thinking about her.

Aj jb me use uske ghar drop krne gya, i was surprised that the people she is living with do not care about her at all. They were behaving as if she doesn't even exist. A girl of her age has opened the door and instead of getting worried or concerned for Nandini she started flirting with me like seriously..nd that lady she started cursing her as if she is the only one in this world to be blamed. I don't know how she is living with those people who treat her like that.

Flashback

Manan reached the address Nandini told Manik. He was surprised to see a small nd beautiful house there. Nandini pressed the doorbell nd a girl of Nandini's age opened the door.

She was surprised to see Nandini with a very handsome guy..she smiled at Manik, "Hi Handsome" , she spoke while placing her hand on Manik's chest.

Manik jerked her hand away and entered inside with Nandini..

"Who is there Anu", a woman came while shouting. She saw Nandini and her expressions changed into disgust.

"To tu a hi gyi, kahan thi puri rat bhar, apne Baba ke bare mein Nahin Socha Ki Jab unhe Pata chalega Ki unki ladli Nandu Puri raat bhar Ghar Se Bahar rahi hai To Kya sochenge wo.... Teri vajah se Jhooth bolna Pada Mujhe Unse that you are sleeping lekin Unhe ane de tb bataungi teri is harkat ke bare me".

This infuriated Manik, the way that lady was speaking to Nandu made him so much angry, he was about to say something when he saw Nandini holding ears while bowing down her head, her eyes had tears and she looked very afraid of her warnings. Manik couldn't take it anymore.

"Enough", he shouted at top of his voice.

" not a word.. what kind of woman you are instead of asking about her well being you are just humiliating her like seriously!! Do you even know what she had been through yesterday, no right, then u better keep ur mouth shut." Manik Shouted while pointing his fingers towards that woman.

Both the Women got scared of the Angry Monster standing in front of them while Nandini was looking at him surprisingly. After that horrible night, she never felt the protectiveness that she was feeling right now. Her baba always stood up for her but someway he was also helpless in front of his wife who always hurts her nd navu. But this man fought with that lady for her.

Manik was looking at the lady with fire spitting out of his eyes, if looks could kill, she would have been dead by now.
Manik took a deep breath, "listen I don't know what relation you have with her but let me warn you if you cause even a single tear in her eyes then I won't spare you."

He turned towards Nandu nd his eyes immediately turned soft, no one could guess that the person standing there was being a monster just now. He looked at her lovingly bt seeing her teary eyes he felt a sharp pain.

"Nandini", he was about to wipe her tears when she just ran to her room.

Nandini felt so overwhelmed with Manik's gesture. His care had melted her heart completely. His actions clearly showed how much concerned he is for her but she was very embarrased. The only thing she hates is the sympathetic look people give to her, they think that being mute is her disability and often look at her with pitty. She feels so low about herself becoz of them. She does not want anyone's sympathy, all she wants is a normal life, she wants that people talk to her casually and not due to sympathy. After she lost her voice, there were only 2 persons who talked to her nicely, rest everyone else either made fun of her, bullied her or gave her sympathy.

Even Manik bullied her, tortured her badly but then suddenly he had a change of heart. She wasn't understanding anything. Why did Manik come to save her when he was the one who gave her punishment. Maybe he realised, but whatever be the reason his concern touched her. But is it sympathy??

Yesterday he had seen her in the worst state and today also, he had only seen her miseries , her tears, is he just being sympathetic with me like everyone else.
Does he also think that being dumb is my disability and I'm not a normal person.
She was thinking all this and that's why when Manik came to her to wipe her tears, she just ran away, she was way too embarrassed for showing her weak side to him, she does not know what he thinks of her she doesn't know anything about his feelings that's why she is taking his love and care as sympathy but will Manik make her realise how much important she is for him, will he be able to clear her doubts regarding himself, but how??? Let's see.........

Flashback ends

Manik was thinking about Nandini while playing guitar in Fab5 jamming room.

(Guys, in this story, space is not a music college, it is for bussiness studies, but fab5 is a band. And due to Nyonika providing funds to this colllege, Manik nd his friends have their own jamming room for practicing music).

When suddenly his phone beeped, it was a msg from Mukti...."manik meet up at canteen, a surprise is waiting for you".
Manik sighed, he reached canteen and what he saw made his blood boiled with anger.....

Nandini with trembling steps enteres the space premises. Yesterday's flashbacks were not leaving her mind at all, all she could feel was fear after whatever happened yesterday, what if they again bully her, what if they again lock her up in the storeroom.

She did not want to come to college but she has to come on Navya's insistence.
She could not tell her the truth otherwise Navya would freak out nd would come to the college today itself. She Is also joining the college but due to some issues in her scholarship forms she would after 2 3 days nd Nandini does not want Navya to mess up with the students over there. As she has seen to what extent these students can go if somebody messes with them so she does not want her Navu to be trapped in all this.

She very slowly enters inside as she was late nd the next lecture would start after half an hour, she thought to go to the library so that no one harrases her again. But to her bad luck she was  spotted by none other than Karan ( the guy whom Alia asked to kiss Nandini).

He smirked looking at her nd slowly went near her..."bhoo",he shouted from the back making Nandini scared like hell. She got afraid seeing the same guy who was going to forcefully kiss her.

"Hey miss introvert!! Where do you think you are going, haan?? You know na we have our yesterday's kiss pending...oh come on baby I am so desperate to taste those juicy lips of yours. "  He said all this shamelessly
making nandu feel disgusted by his talks.

She just started walking towards library ignoring that moron. But he held her hand tightly.

" I think you have so much of attitude that's why after yesterday also you are doing the same mistake. Let me tell you tumne kl Manik Malhotra ko ignore kiya tha, the member of Fab5 or Fab5 ab tmhe iss college mai chain se jeene Nahin dega , mark my words and i think tmhri akl thikane lgane ke liye tmhe wps unke pas leke jana hi pdega."  Saying this he started dragging her towards the canteen while she was trying to free her hands.

He took her to the canteen nd pushed her in front of the chair where Fab4 was sitting.

" Guys I have done my work Tumhara Bakra Tumhare Samne hai".  Fab 4 laughed.

" well done Karan I am quite impressed...so as a reward u will also hv a chance to bully this bakra."  Mukti said while hi-fying with Alia.

She immediately messaged Manik to come to the canteen as she does not know anything about yesterday. While Nandini didn't know what to do, she thought that after yesterday they won't hurt her anymore as they already bullied her much but poor soul does not know that Fab 5 do not leave their target easily.

Alia goes to her nd snatches her bag which was on her back, she slightly pushes her towards the table while cabir goes to the counter and collect some tomatoes and eggs in a bowl.

By now Nandini was in tears. She never knew that coming to space would be this much disastrous for her. She never talked to anybody as she was always scared of their reaction..she always used to be in her own self. She was so naive and pure that she never felt to hurt somebody and here these people are always treating her badly nd now also they are gonna bully her, she does not know how to save herself from these monsters standing in front of her.

Mukti picked the egg from the bowl and started tossing it in her hands,
"So Ms. Introvert, ready".
Saying this she threw the egg towards Nandini and then...........
