Threatened

MetalCloud peeked out of her quarters that night. She needed answers...and only one mech could give them to her. Or at least she hoped.

She looked around the corner before stepping out slowly. She looked across the dark main living room where the door was up ahead. She just had to sneak across there and she'd be free to wander...once she exit the home that is.

She quickly, without a second thought, sprint across the room and toward the front door. She froze and waited for anything that resembled her oppi stomping down the hall to yell at her.

Nothing.

She narrowed her optics slightly in suspicion but quickly exit the front door without questioning it and closed it quietly behind her. She blew out a breath and looked around her pitch black surroundings, the only light coming from her bright blue optics.

She didn't see or hear anyone so assumed it was safe and ran down the hall quickly. She tried to keep her pedes from clanking against the floor but didn't exactly achieve that goal. How she knew that?

She ran around the corner, tracking Steamwave's home on her scanner, she wasn't that much farther away, when she was suddenly grabbed by the neck.

A choked scream sounded from her before she elbowed the bot who grabbed her in the stomach, spinning around to be met with two bright red optics.

"So...you're the femme Steamwave was trying to warn huh? Not such a bright one if you ask me." He chuckled darkly causing a chill to run through MetalCloud's spark.

"W-who are you?" She asked him, cursing herself when she heard her voice jump slightly.

"My identity...sweetspark," he rubbed his servo down her face with a smirk causing her to growl and try to yank away. "will remain a secret...you hear me?"

"I don't have to listen to you." She snarled, suddenly kicking him in the knee as an attempt to get away.

He snarled, his knee giving out slightly before he activated his gun, aiming it at her chest. "Master won't be pleased if I killed you...but I just might for the trouble you caused." He growled at her.

"Trouble?" She asked, pausing slightly. "What trouble have I caused?" She asked, her optic ridges furrowed in confusion.

"Oh." He laughed, straightening, his gun never wavering from its target. "You, my dear, have caused a certain mech to hate you more than anybody has ever hated someone before." He smirked. "Which is why I can't kill you....he'd be very upset if I did so...you know why?" He asked, stalking toward her.

MetalCloud was looking at the mech in horror, backing up slowly...but couldn't resist knowing. "Why?" She asked him shakily.

The mech stared at her for a few seconds before leaning down slowly, stopping right beside her audio receptor.

What he whispered caused what felt like ice to settle into her spark.

"He wants you all for himself."
