--Several months  later---

---Atif's POV---

I had accidentally found out that Shreya had developed feelings for me a several  weeks ago and ever since then I couldn't think straight.

It made me realize why she does everything that she does.

Today marks ten months of our wedding anniversary and I'm suprised that we haven't killed the other person yet.

I overhead her telling someone a few weeks back on the phone that she was in love and I was about to just let it go until I heard it was me that she loved.

I remember last month I had gotten extremely sick and she took care of me throughout it all. She would sleep next to me, so I can wake her up if I needed anything.

One of those nights while she assumed that I was asleep, she had kissed my cheeck and confessed her feelings. I already knew since the phone call, but after that I had the hardest time thinking about anything else except for her.

Just last month I took her out and told her that I was thinking about her nonstop. She blushed so bad when I told her everything, since she thought I was asleep.

Flashback

"But you were asleep,"Shreya said.

"You assumed I was. I just had my eyes closed," I said.

She started blushing like crazy.

"That's why I brought you here today," I said.

I turned to face her.

"I want you to know that I feel the same way about you. Ever since that night, you've been on my mind non-stop. I can't think about anything or anyone, it's just you," I said.

I pulled her closer to me.

"I love you Shreya," I said.

She hugged me in less than a second.

"I've been waiting for too long to hear you say that," she said.

I kissed the top of her head.

"I promise you that from here on out, I'm going to make up for hurting you and I'm going to be the husband that I can," I said.

Flashback Ends.

On a way unhappy note, Radhika still lived with us.

I was crazy about my wife now so I didn't care about anything.

"I'm home!" Shreya yelled walking in.

"I'm glad," I replied taking her into my arms and kissing her forehead.

"Oh!I needed to tell you that Aarav  messaged me today," she said.

"Why?" I asked.

"He's throwing a surprise party for Inaaya's birthday," she said.

"Okay, we will be there for sure," I said.

"Great. Get ready it's an hour from now," she said.

"See, I told him he's never going to learn how to do anything in time," I said.

She laughed at that.

"I'm kidding. It's tomorrow and he needs your help to set the hall up," she said.

"No. I want to spend time with you," I said.

"Shut up. You have to help him. Remember, your not the only way that makes the rules here anymore," she said.

"Yes boss. I will go help my dumb friend, who can't figure timing out," I said and she laughed.

"Be nice. You have extremely nice and extremely hot friends. If I wasn't taken, I would marry one of them," she said.

"Ya, well that's too bad because you are mine," I said kissing her.

This wasn't our first kiss, but every time we kissed it felt perfect.

"I wouldn't ever want it to be any other way. I love you so much," she said.

"I love you too," I said.
