Dedicated to ioye_Ayesha for telling me to update and for all the votes :)

--Shreya's POV---

I woke up and looked at the time. I cursed realizing I was already late. I quickly got ready for work.  I didn't bother making breakfast.

It was a miracle that I managed to make it on time.

I got a text from Ryan about their wedding and told him we'd be there for sure.

---Atif's POV ---

I decided to not go to work today. I woke up early and went out for a walk. I decided to not deal with Shreya, first thing in the morning.

I got back home to see she was gone. I went to the kitchen and no breakfast was made.

Great, I'll just grab something.

I went to pick up my phone but realized it wasn't mine. Shreya had two phones, one was business and one was personal.

So that means she took mine.

Sh*t! What if Radhika messages her?

I quickly called from her phone to see where it'll take me.

"Thank you for calling the law center, where we take care of all your legal needs,"the operator said.

SHREYA WORKS IN A LAW CENTER? SHE'S A LAWYER?!

"For divorce papers press 1. Child support 2, accident claims 3, insurance claim or fraud 4," she said.

I'm about to press one if my wife keeps up her behavior.

"Please pick an option. If you would like to speak to someone press 7," she said.

Why didn't you say that earlier? I questioned her mentally as I did what she wanted.

"Please hold. Your call is important to us and will be answered in the order of which it was received," she said.

I patiently waited and thankfully it was a quick up. Must have called at the right time.

"Hello, this is Shreya. May I have your name and case number," she said.

"Your husband and we are going to have a case number if you keep up your behavior," I said.

"Sorry sir. Wrong number," she said.

"Shreya! Damn it women! You have my phone and left your business one at home. Send me the address of you work so I can give it to you, because it's been going crazy," I said.

She told me the address and hung up.

I got ready and her phone went off again. The text caught my attention so I read it.

Shreya,

I know I'm not supposed to message you on this number, but I can't stop thinking about you. I really love you and you keep ignoring me. I understand that you got married and won't talk to me out of respect for your husband, but please just meet me once. I want to see you and hear your voice. You won't text me and you won't answer my class. Please contact me! I love you so much.

She didn't even have a name for this number and he didn't even put a name.

I quickly marked the message as unread and went to her work place.

"Hello, please take a seat. All of our representatives are currently busy," the receptionist said.

"Oh. I just need to drop off my wife's phone," I said. "And get mine."

"Sir, Shreya Ma'am has an important divorce case going on. Please take a seat," she said.

"How do you she's my wife?" I asked her.

"She has pictures of you guys in her office," she said.

"Oh," I said and went to take a seat.

About 10 minutes later the same number texted her.

Shreya,

I have had enough of you ignoring me. I'm coming by your office next week and nobody can stop me.

Wanna bet?

The guy next to me, who was elderly, started a conversation with me. I respect elders and give them my time.

"They have so many cases going on. I've been here for almost an hour," he said.

"What are you here for, if you don't mind me asking?" I asked.

"Fraud and forgery," he said. "Someone signed some papers with my signature and I almost lost everything. I just have my car and family," he said.

"Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that," I said.

"It's okay. I'm working with Shreya. She's a nice girl. I do feel bad about what happen to her brother though. But she still manages to make it through everyday. She was gone for a while, because she got married so my case was picked up by another lawyer. I swear to you, he had no idea what he was doing. I told them I'll wait until she's back," he said.

Her brother? What the hell happen to her brother?

"What happen to him, if you don't mind me asking?" I asked about her brother.

"The grooms family was asking for a dowry without letting the groom know. So he went to help her out but he never came back home," he said.

WHAT? No wonder she hates us!

Before he could carry on she walked out of her office.

What suprised me next was Radhika walking out right after her. Wasn't Shreya working on a divorce case?
