The scary part of being finishing college, is knowing that the next step is your wedding.

I want to be a singer and I know I have the voice for it, but my parent's wanted me to go a typical brown people route.

I'm doing a double major, in law and music. I'm pretty sure that's a combination nobody has ever heard of it, but it's what happens when you have 2 dreams to complete.

Anyways, that's what they all talk about at home. My wedding. I don't even want to be home.

I told my parent's that I'm leaving to school and they said bye to me.

I love my parents more than anything and I don't even want to think about leaving them, so I try to avoid thinking about marriage.

But then I get to school and I have dumb friends that won't stop teasing me about my crush.

I won't even get to marry him. He's a really nice guy, but I don't see him ever liking me.

Let's see what the future holds.
