The crimson red hues of Bondita's blood stained ivory white marble flooring of the resplendent Das Bhari mansion. The loud thud as her head hit the surface woke all those in the mansion. Sumati maa started wailing as whatever be it, Bondita was still her child. A mother's love always persists isn't it true. Bondita's other maternal family members may have turned hostile towards her all due to "DUSHMANI." But Sumati's case wasn't the same. She acted as if she no longer considered Bondita her daughter. Whatever be it, right from the initial days, Sumati always tried to do what is best for her child in her eyes. Life was a cruel joke to her now. After losing Arvind to a snake bite, her only reason to live was Bondita but know her child was no more. Kalindi, Tupur and Tapur tried to stop Sumati , though the girls did this to console Sumati, Kalindi did this to protect her reputation, though the naive Sumati misinterpreted  as if her Thakuma accepted Bondita.
