Chapter 66 ~
Mother of my Children

Shivaay was helpless while the rest were really confident that this drama was gonna end. Supriya did check on Ragini and she turned back to Pinky saying, "She is pregnant!"

The world turned upside down for everyone except Ragini. Everyone were silent, no one reacted until Supriya left the house.
"How is that possible!" asked Shivaay to himself.

Pinky went straight to Shivaay and caught hold of his coat, saying "Are you my Shivaay?! Can he cheat his family and wife?! Did my son stoop that low? I had hope that you can never do anything like this but you proved me wrong! Thank you for breaking my trust."
She turned back to leave when Shivaay caught hold of her hand.

"Mom!" He called her out wanting to continue further.

"Don't you dare call me your mom again. She already died when she got to know how great her son has become!" she exasperated when Shivaay felt his knees going weak.
"We aren't anymore related to him either." OmRu announced when Shivaay couldn't withstand anymore and fell on the floor.

Anika held him straight as she couldn't see him like that.
"Anu I don't want you to be in this relation anymore when he never valued you! He doesn't deserve you!" Pinky stated pulling her away from Shivaay.

Shivaay was devastated as everyone left him. He literally dragged Ragini to his room shouting not in a very loud voice, "What the hell was that Ragini? How the hell are you pregnant?"

"Shivaay don't you remember? One night you came home drunk to discuss about this fake drama! And in that process you and me becam..." She didn't complete when he almost raised his hand against her.

"Don't you dare say that! I can never cheat my Anika and I know nothing happened between us!" He hollered digging his palm on her shoulder.
"You accept or not I'm the mother of your child." she said coldly.
"I thought you were my friend and you would help me but you backstabbed me!" he said not able to believe what he heard.

He stormed out of the room not wanting to have anymore discussion. He was in his study crying his heart out not knowing what to do. He couldn't bear what his mom and brothers told a while back when he suddenly felt the door opening.

He composed himself as he saw Anika standing in front of him.

"How could you Shivaay?" She asked looking deeply at his bluish grey orbs.
He couldn't respond to her when she cried out loud falling on the floor. He immediately ran to her saying, "Anika don't cry please! Please..." he pleaded when she didn't stop.

"Anika please for my sake stop crying! I can't see tears in your eyes." he said caressing her face.
"Ragini is pregnant?!" She asked when he felt her eyes accusing him.

"With your..." she didn't complete when he cupped her mouth.
"No No No Anika!" Shivaay shouted crying terribly and continued, "I can't imagine anyone else as the mother of my children except you Anika!"

He saw her widely smiling by then, confusing him. She said with much confidence in her voice,"I already knew it Shivaay! I just wanted you to accept that you didn't make any mistake."
"You trusted me so much?" He asked her placing his palms on her cheeks.
"How can I lose trust on my husband who is the most perfect person in this world?" She asked back when he squeezed her into a tight hug.

"Okay if you don't leave me now I will die out of suffocation!" She said chuckling at him when he glared at her.
"Okay sorry!" She said holding her ears when he spoke genuinely, "I'm really sorry for all the mess I created Anika!"

"You should be sorry for the raita you spilt Billuji!" She said irked by the fact that he created a very big problem for them.

"Sorry!" He said looking down when she demanded, "Okay now tell me what's the reason behind all this mess?"
"You are the reason!" He said pouting when she exclaimed in shock,"Fhat the wuck!"

"That's my line." he said when she twisted his ears while he winced in pain.
"Actually everyone in our family consider you as their daughter, Anika. If they get to know about our deal they won't be able to withstand it. And moreover I didn't want them to accuse you in anyway. I always want them to treat you as their daughter!" He said when she smashed her lips on his, tears rolling down her cheeks.

Parting, she said "Why are you like this Shivaay? Both of us are equally playing a role in this deal of ours! Then why do you want to take the blame on you completely?!"
"It's because I lo...I want you to be happy always!" he said when they shared a cute eye lock.

"Am I happy with all this? Even though I know this was a drama, when you told Ragini was the mother of your child, my blood boiled in anger" she said hitting him playfully.
"Sorry sorry!" He said trying to protect himself.

"Why did you cut Stevens call that night?" Shivaay asked her when she asked back, "How do you know I cut his call?"
"I was right next to you!" He said remembering the night at Chowdhary mansion.

"I wanted to spend some time with my husband! I mean I was enjoying my time so I didn't want any work related matters to disturb me." she said mentally scolding herself for blurting out so many truths since the start of their conversation.

"I don't want you to spoil your career because of me Anika. You know that Levi's deal is very important right!?" He asked her when her mind voice said, "Nothing is important than us!"
"Yeah I spoke to him the next day Shivaay! You don't panic so much, I know to deal my deals. You only don't know, you keep creating messes!" She said making faces.

He was finally happy that Anika was with him and that he can clear the mess but he soon lost his smile when he thought of his family.

"Shivaay I understand. We will solve this together and I'm sure our family will understand you." she said assuring him.
