Chapter 24

PAST LIFE

Jungkook's house:

"YAH, YAH, YAH!!! HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO TELL YOU DON'T KISS MY SISTER  IN FRONT OF ME?!"

Jungkook said as he threw his slipper towards Jimin.

Jimin skillfully dodged the slipper and gave a wink to Jungkook.

It made Jungkook even more pissed off.

"YAH!! COME HERE, YOU BRAT!!"

He said as he picked up the broomstick from the corner and chased his sister's boyfriend as well as his bestfriend.

On the other hand, his sister Jeon jiwoo laughed at their silliness.

Finally Jungkook caught Jimin and beat him up in his butt with the broomstick.

"OWW, OWW, OWW!! YAH! IT HURTS!!"

Jimin said making a painful face and Jungkook stopped beating him.

"Don't ever do that again and come with me. We have a lot of things to do in the garden".

He said and went outside to his garden which is in the outer town of the Busan Kingdom.

"Y/n ah, why didn't you go to the court room?. Your father has been asking me. I think he is angry for what you did".

Taehyung, her bodyguard and best friend said to her.

While Y/n stood up in the balcony, her back facing him.

Hearing his words, she started to speak without turning towards him.

"You know very well Tae, that I don't like these things."

Taehyung walked up to her and stood beside her.

"I know very well, that you don't like these things. Atleast do simple things like this whenever he asks you. Or he will be more pissed off."

She left a deep sigh on his words.

"He is arranging me a marriage without my permission. I don't even know the prince."

"And..."

She said as she fully turned towards him.

"I want to marry the person I love. But look what is he doing to me. Arranging a marriage to whom I don't even know."

"I understand, Y/n. But we can't do anything about this and you very well know this. Then why are you behaving like this?"

He said as he held her shoulder lightly.

"It's better than not trying anything, Taehyung!"

She said as she shoved his hands away from her in anger.

"I'm....trying my best to convince him and make him understand what I need. I'm sure he will understand me sometime in the future, because afterall he is my father".

She said and turned towards the railing in her balcony and stared at the sky.

She heard a sigh and a hand wrapped around her shoulder in comfort.

"Arasso. And I'm sorry for fighting with you."

Taehyung said with a little smile. Y/n looked up to his smiling face.

"I'm so sorry for fighting with you. It's not even your fault but I raised my voice at you".

Y/n said in a low voice while looking down.

Taehyung smiled and hugged her.

"Aish, jinjja...stop making that face, bear!"

He said while chuckling.

Y/n immediately pulled away from him when she heard him calling her 'bear'.

"YAH! how many times I told you not to call me 'bear'?"

"Why? It's so cute and suits you".

He said and slowly stepped back from her making a great distance between them.

"YAH, YOU... COME HERE!"

She said as she chased him all over the room while pulling up her gown with her hands in order to run fast and comfortable.

Tae ran out of her room and Y/n ran towards the door.

When she made it to the door, she  bumped into a hard chest and almost fell backward until a big hand wrapped around her waist.

Taehyung saw who came and immediately left the place.

Y/n felt she was wrapped around by someone and opened her eyes only to see a pair of dark brown eyes staring into her soul with so much love.

She saw an incredibly handsome and an attractive tall man with honey skin and a tattoo on his face.

The first thing she noticed in him when she saw him is the tattoo on his face. It looks so beautiful on him. It added even more manliness to him than he already is.

When she stared at him, the man just tightened the grip around her waist while looking at her.

"I already knew you are so beautiful but seeing you this close, I didn't know you were this much beautiful. It really mesmerises me".

Hearing his words, a slight red colour appeared on her face.

"Who...are you?"

She slowly asked him more like a whisper as she got out of his grip.

"I'm Kim Namjoon, Prince of Ilsan and the person you are going to marry".

Hearing the words, 'the person you are going to marry', she scoffed in disbelief.

"May I know why are you here, Prince of Ilsan?"

"Prince of Ilsan? Why are you not calling me by my name?"

"Why should I? I don't even know you."

She said and walked towards her balcony but came to a halt when she heard his words.

"That's why I'm here. I want us to get to know eachother. It's not like our marriage is going to happen anytime soon. So we have a lot of time, my love".

"M-my love?"

She said as she turned towards him.

"Yes. I know it's first time you see me. But I know you for ages. And I'm loving you for so many years".

He said as he slowly made steps towards her.

When she heard that an insanely attractive and handsome prince who is capable of doing everything and who has a personality that everygirl wants, loves her really made her heart skip a beat.

She brushed off her feelings and started to speak.

"Why do you love me?"

Hearing her words, he chuckled while taking slow steps towards her.

"There is no need for a reason to love someone. It just occurs naturally."

"That's right. But I want to marry the person I love. Not the person who loves me. Please try to understand".

She said as she looked up to him while Namjoon was already infront of her.

But still keeping a good distance between them.

"I understand you. That's why I want us to get to know each other. Even after knowing each other, you still don't love me, then I'll leave you alone and cancel this marriage.
What do you say?"

He said while looking at her seriously. Y/n could notice his determination in his eyes.

"I accept your deal. Prince Kim Namjoon".

She said as she extended her hand towards him while Namjoon's face  immediately lit up on hearing her words.

He immediately took her hand and shook it like a little child.

Y/n thought he is cute and slightly smiled at him.

"Well, Princess Y/n. I just came to meet you today. And I have to go for now since it's time to go to my palace. I'll meet you next time when I come here".

She smiled at his words.

"Okay. And thank you for understanding the things of what I said."

Hs smiled at her words and grabbed her hand gently.

"I'm also very thankful that you accepted my proposal".

He said and gently kissed her hand.
He smiled and looked at her lovingly for one last time and left the room.

When he left, she left a sigh and walked to her balcony and held the railing thinking about the proposal he just did.

Until the door of her room slammed open revealing a curious Taehyung.

She flinched at the sudden sound and turned to look at him.

"What the hell, Taehyung?"

"YAH, YAH ,YAH!!! what did he say to you?"

He asked and Y/n analysed his face only to see his face and eyes screaming pure curiosity.

She left a sigh.

"I'm glad and happy that atleast he understood what I'm feeling."

"What? Did you tell him that you want to marry the person you love?"

She nodded her head.

"Yes. He understood me and made a deal."

"What deal?"

"That he wants to get to know us each other. Even after knowing each other, still I don't love him, he said he'll leave me alone and cancel the marriage".

Hearing her words, his eyes widened.

"Really did he say that?"

She nodded her head responding him.

"DAEBAK!! YOU ARE SO LUCKY Y/N!! BECAUSE HE IS A MAN OF WORDS."

She turned to him smiling.

"I know this fact when I first saw his eyes."

She said smiling to herself and stared at the sky.

"Ah...Y/n, I forgot to tell you something".

"What is it?"

She asked without turning to him.

"When I went out of the town, I saw a beautiful garden full of beautiful, vibrant and fragrant flowers which you will love for sure".

He said purely excited like a child.

While hearing his words, she immediately turned to him.

"Really?! I want to go there and see the garden. Please take me there".

He chuckled at her.

"Arasso, arasso. I'll take you now.
Let's go".

He said and they both went out of the room to see the mentioned beautiful garden.

Little did she know that she is going to meet someone whom her life is destined with.

Here, the first chapter of her past life that she remembered when Namjoon kissed her. It's going to be a little longer past life moments because I want to show how the moments they made in their past life influences them in their present lives.
