never knew her name

she wandered onto the beach

to play volleyball

a couple more tokes

viewed the sharks awhile longer

sun was getting hot

walking by the court

the chick was serving .. ten all

I strolled on along

found a corner store

bought a texas highway map

I was high .. real stoned

miles .. wrong direction

spent the next few hours drinking

heading fast .. back east
