"Dad wants to have this big family dinner tonight."

"Say no more! I'll be there." Harry spoke up. "I mean— uh... I'm touched that you all take me as a family member."

"Harry... you are family— let me complete!" Louis barked out when Harry opened his mouth again. "-to me. But dad doesn't know about you-

"- he knows about Niall?" Harry seemed really hurt by that.

"No." The other lad sighed. "He knows nothing." After a minute of silence, he continued. "And I don't want him to freak out or have an attack, I would love to keep it strictly to ourselves." He took Harry's hand in his and gave it a kiss. "I'm not ashamed. I'm afraid. Please understand this. You and Niall are definitely my family." He looked Harry and smiled. "But for now... no."

Harry knew Louis' dad was never comfortable with his choices and that made Louis always feel low. Harry doesn't want that. He wants Louis to be happy. So he just whispers an okay and hugged Louis.

"Your hair... they are growing back. They'll be all grown like before in no time." Louis smiled at his sister through the mirror. She was right. He loved his long hair and definitely missed them. "Are gonna cut them?" Lottie pointed at the scissors in Louis' hand. "Louis... if it's about dad, then it's stupid! You love them that way and you can't change that."

"I can't bear that judgemental look everytime he give when he look at me. As if, he never wanted me to grow up into this... this girly boy." Louis closed his eyes in shame. He felt Lottie embracing him in her arms. "I've always had this urge to please him. Let him have a boy, he wanted. But look how I ruined everything." His eyes filled with tears. "Long hair, girly dress up and fell in love with boys..."

Lottie took the scissors from Louis' hand and kept it in the drawer back. She pulled him on his bed and caressed his back. "You did not chose all of this for you."

"But dad-

"Tell me one thing, Louis," She peered dead in Louis' eyes. "You claim that Niall and Harry mean a lot to you and you want to please dad too, right?"

Louis gave a short nod.

"Y'know, dad will not be pleased hearing about Harry and Niall and let alone your polygamous relation. So if he'll ask you give up on them. Will you?" Louis almost forgot to breath. "Will you throw away your love for them to please dad and hurt two other important people?"

Louis never thought about this before. He was also not planning on telling his dad. The thought of leaving his boys was really scary and heartbreaking to him.

"I don't want to scare you, Louis. But think about it. Think about yourself." She got up and gave a encouraging pat on her brother's back. "We love you." She smiled at him. "Now get ready."
