You practiced your vocals as you applied your make up backstage. You were an actress getting ready for the evening play. You were playing Cosette in the French play Les Misérables. You had an incredible singing voice and you loved performing this play on the weekends at the theater in Paris, France. Your friend and fellow actress Lexi Langdon called to you. "Y/N, are you ready yet? It's almost time for you to take the stage luv." She said. Standing from behind the stage door. You looked at the time and you had 5 minutes to get out there. Luckily you are ready and on time as you always were. "Yes I am ready, I'm coming now." You said as you made your way to the stage. "Good luck my friend." she said. You smiled. "Thank you Lexi, I shall give them my best performance yet." you said. Lexi laughed. She knew you always did well at every performance. Lexi played Madame Thenardier, who was the wife to Monsieur Thenardier who ran one of the Inns. She made you and the audience laugh when she was on stage playing that part, and she was the funniest actress you knew. She always had something hilarious to say. 

You came out on stage and took your place before the lights shined upon you, this occurred when Marius was looking for Cosette. They would sing to one another as they first meet one another in the gardens of her estate. Marius was played by your good friend Caspian, who was one of the best actors you've come to know. The lights came on and you waited for Caspian to sing his lines before you sang yours. It was quite an emotional scene and a beautiful one too. As you performed beautifully on stage someone heard you singing as they walked by the theater. 

Your boyfriend, Louis de Pointe du Lac was walking by the theater when he heard a lovely singing voice, he was curious as to who that beautiful singer was. He snuck into the theater to see you on the stage, singing a duet with Caspian. He couldn't believe it was you! He had no idea that you were an actress. He was fascinated with your talent. "My god! She's an actress! and...her voice...it's so beautiful!" he whispered in shock. He knew he wanted to watch the rest of the play in its entirety. He took a seat in one of the chairs and watched the rest of the play. Once the play had ended you caught sight of him in the audience. You couldn't believe he came to see you, and let alone stay for the entire performance. You quickly got changed backstage and ran out to Louis. 

He picked you up and spun you around before setting you back down, he leaned in and gave you a quick kiss. "My love that was remarkable! I never knew you were an actress." he said in shock. You laughed. "Yes I am, I would have told you but I was too shy." you said. Louis smiled and nodded. "Well now you know...and I take you enjoyed it?" you asked. "It was magnificent darling! I would watch it again in a heartbeat." he said. making you giggle. 

"Perhaps I could introduce you to the cast next time, see what happens behind the scenes." you offered. Louis's eyes lit up. "I would love that!" he said. you giggled. "very well then, I shall show you the next time I am called to perform." you said. Louis smiled. "Wonderful!" he said. "Shall we return home? I am quite tired." you said. "of course my love, and shall I carry you? I can see your trembling slightly." he said, noticing that your legs were shaking a bit from wearing heels all evening. You nodded and he carried you bridal style all the way home to his plantation.
