Beginning
This will not have any gore or anything horror related.
Now back to the story:
The Loud siblings were in the living room with bored expressions on their faces. It was a hot summer day without a cloud on the sky...which obviously meant that the entire block was using their air conditioners. So no one was surprised that the power suddenly went out meaning boredom.
"Ugh. I can't believe that we're stuck in here without anything to do." Lori said.
"If it wasn't so hot then I would suggest that we go outside or to the pool." Lynn said.
"That wouldn't work since we're banned from going to all of the pools due to some incidents." Lincoln said causing some of his sisters to look nervous. Before anyone else can say anything, Lily crawled over to Leni who picked her up.
"Poo Poo." She said.
"What?" Leni asked before Luan spoke.
"She wants you to read a story for her." Luan said.
"A story? You mean like some fairy tales...sounds boring." Lynn said.
"Come on, Lynn. Everyone enjoys fairy tales at some point and they teach us some important lessons as well." Lincoln said.
"Our bro is right. Besides, listening to the tales could give us some kind of entertainment." Luna said.
"The fairy tales also gave me some inspiration to become the beautiful princess that I am today." Lola added which caused Lana to roll her eyes. Eventually, Lisa with Lori who provided some light went upstairs to get the book of fairy tales. It was worn out by years of use, but was still in a somewhat good condition.
"Here you go." Lisa said as she handed Leni the book. She was about to read it when an idea popped in her head.
"Maybe we can add our own spin on these tales." Leni said.
"Our own spin?" Lola asked.
"I mean, Lily can't be the only one being entertained so why don't we make these stories more interesting." Leni said.
"Really? I'm not sure if I really want to..." Lynn started to say before Lincoln spoke again.
"Then how about all of us do our own spin on the tales while you go find something upstairs to do. Besides, it's not like you're better at spinning tales than any of us." Lincoln said. The other sisters smirked at each other as they saw Lynn gain a determined look on her face.
"Is that a challenge?" Lynn said.
"Yep, but it's okay if you're too chicken to..." Lincoln began to say before Lynn interrupted.
"Then let's get this competition going so I can prove that I can make stories ten times better than any of you." Lynn said.
"So which story should start with first?" Lisa asked. Leni slowly opened the book and looked at the titles before stopping at one and said:
The Three Little Pigs
Hope you enjoyed the chapter...Bye 👋
PS: A short beginning to begin the book. Don't worry though, I'll make chapters longer when the next chapter comes out.
