We open this part to see Leni's past as she got her powers.

Leni (Narrating in flashback): So, I guess I should tell my story before I go off to take on Kinetica, the mean Psychic villain hired by White Rabbit to take us out and free three malevolent personalities within Luna, Luan and Lynn. I first came to discover my speedy powers when I was 16 and was doing my usual hobbies in designing beautiful clothes. I ran out of the material needed to make this special dress I was making, so I had to go to the mall to get more. Lori wasn't available so I had to run to the mall and it was a looooooooong way there.

The Scene then showed Leni taking off towards the mall in a run. In that moment, something began to happen to her as something within her mind sparked. Her urge to get to the mall fast, sparked her Type 3 psychic ability.

Leni: As soon as I thought of getting to the mall fast, that's when it happened. I didn't realize it at first, so when I arrived at the mall instantly, I didn't know what to think.

Another scene then shows one moment Leni was running through the neighborhood and in a blur as time slowed down, Leni was running at unbelievable speed which got her to the mall in seconds, gaining a look of confusion from the fashionista loud.

Leni: First, I was confused and decided to ignore it but then I was beginning to grow scared, not understanding the slightest of what was going on with me years back. Why was I running so fast? Why did I feel the urge to run fast? All these questions kept coming in my head.

Leni was then seen consulting her parents about it, and they revealed everything. Lucy was there too, as she held a connection to their Great Grandma Harriet.

Leni: When I told mom and dad about it, they said it was completely normal because of the whole connection to Great Grandma Harriet, and Lucy even confirmed it. I was still kinda nervous about the fact I had super speed, but Lori? She sympathized with me since she got her powers first, being the oldest and all. And after that, I got really used to being super-fast, learning to control my power and everything.

Leni was then seen running around some spots.

Leni: It is SO fun being fast when I got used to it, feeling that rush and the wind flowing through my hair. It was totes amazing but I didn't just use this speed for my own needs, I used my speed to help others. Link especially to help him with some accidents... but now, things are different.

The flashback ends as we see Kinetica racing around town, causing trouble.

Leni: Now, I've gotta fix a big mess, and outrace the villain that harmed my sisters. My name is Leni Loud, the Sacred Speedster, and it's about time I showed Kinetica what true speed is.

We open the episode back at the L-Psy Base, where Lily and Leni were watching over their still-frozen siblings. At that moment, the elevator door opened up as two new faces appeared. The final two members of the louds, Lana and Lisa.

Lana was 12 years old at this time, still dressed in her usual clothing of overalls and blue shirt with the same red and white sneakers and backwards red cap, everything was just a bit bigger. Overall, nothing really changed to her look in civilian form, other than that she got older, taller, and a bit more lean and athletic as well as having long blonde hair in a single ponytail.

Lisa on the other hand, now 10 years old, has messier brown hair, a bit short and was a bit on the chubby side. She was wearing glasses, a lab coat, black shirt with a green brain, purple pants and gray shoes.

Lana: Leni, Lil! We got here as soon as we could! Why didn't you tell us there was a Psychic Villain on the loose?

Lily: Well, you two were both busy at your jobs, and we didn't think you could break away from them at the moment...

Lana: Are you joking?! The animal shelter wouldn't mind me leaving, I'm their best worker. I could've snagged an animal ability or two and I would be right there!

Lisa: What is the situation here with this psychic criminal?

Lily: Her name is Kinetica. She's a psychic with the ability to steal Kinetic energy from anything and convert it into energy to speed herself up. She easily escaped all of us and zapped up everyone's Kinetic force except for me and Leni.

Lisa: I see and where are the rest of the siblings in question?

Lily: Over there.

The two siblings saw their sisters laid on the table with themselves still frozen, a bit somewhat moving.

Lily: Lisa, do you think you can use your Chemokinesis to whip up something that can cure them?

Lisa: Hmmm.... I can but it will take a few hours to do so. I'll get started on the double.

Lisa heads to her lab station to work on a cure for the frozen siblings that fell victim to kinetica.

Lana: Now what are we going to do about this Kinetic chick?

Leni: Don't worry about her, Lana. I'll take care of her, speed to speed.

Lana: Really? You sure you don't want me around to help out? If I copy the right animal power, maybe I can trap her in spider webs or something.

Leni: That won't work. She'll end up putting you in the same position as the others. I gotta take her down myself.

Lana: But Leni-

Leni: (stern) NO BUTS!

Lana jumped back at Leni's tone of voice, it reminded her too much of Lori.

Leni: (realizes she yelled) Sorry for yelling, Lans, it's just... I'm not gonna risk having you be a victim of Kinetica. I'm going after her on my own.

Lana: Sigh... Fine. She's all yours.

Leni: thanks Lana. sorry I sounded like Lori back there.

Lana: No worries. But... try not to overwork yourself out there. If you overdo it, you might burn yourself out.

Leni: Okay then.

Leni then suited up in her hero gear from her civilian clothes.

Leni: take good care of the others, Lisa. get them back up to speed. And when I got back, we were having Lynn-sanga for dinner.

Leni then put her mask on, Becoming Sacred speedster as she vanished.

Lana: Wow... we never get to see Leni when she's all serious like that. It's pretty intimidating sometimes.

Lily: Same here.

Lisa: (working on a cure) A path Leni needs to journey alone to overcome this foe.

Sacred Speedster then zoomend back into town stopping in a street, looking around for Kinetica.

Sacred Speedster: Now where's that mean speedy villain? She can't have gone too far, she's after us. And if she wants to take us down, she needs to get me too.

???: That's kinda the point.

Sacred Speedster: AAAH!!!

Sacred Speedster turned around to see Kinetica behind her.

Sacred Speedster: How's you find me so quickly?

Kinetica pointed up, when Sacred Speedster looked she spotted a news helicopter.

Sacred Speedster: Oh right... I'm still being blamed for your theft...

Kinetica: Hehehe. It's quite fun, me doing the crime while you're doing the time. Wish I could stay and chat but I'm on a mission to find your three sisters for my master.

Sacred Speedster: There's no way I'm letting White Rabbit release Voltage Skull, Hyper Elastia, and Atomic Strong's inner demons! Why does he want to let them out anyway?

Kinetica: Why else? To could break the minds of Lynn, Luan and Luna and release them to join White Rabbit in his path of destruction and domination. That's right Leni... White Rabbit has told me your identities. While I've been committing crimes, I've been trying to narrow down the location of your base, but it's been hard with your teleporting little sister. So... I figure why not immobilize the whole team and then force Lily to show me where your base is?

Sacred Speedster: That's only if I let you do that. I'm gonna stop you all by myself!

Kinetica: Pfft! There's no way you'll be able to catch me! Let's race against each other around the entire world with Great Lakes City as the finish Line.

Sacred Speedster: Fine! If I win, you don't go after my three sisters!

Kinetica: Whatever and WHEN I win, your three sisters are White Rabbit's to control and.... (Grins evilly) You have to kill the rest of the Psycho Warriors, then surrender to White Rabbit.... He's been needing a recharge for his speed type powers.

The voice from before rang through Kinetica's head again, her eyes went dull again.

???: Would you kindly.... Shut the F*ck up...?!

Kinetica: AGH!

Kinetica's head pounded as it felt like her brain was being squeezed in a vice.

Sacred Speedster: Oopsie! Looks like you weren't supposed to reveal that little bit of info. Now I know that Rabbit doesn't have much energy left from absorbing my powers. There's more to my head than just air, even I know that White Rabbit has his limits. He can only hold and use so much energy before it runs out.

???: Here's my bet, if you don't win, I leave you as an empty husk of yourself!

Kinetica: rrrggh... that won't happen, master! I'll win this race and give you all the Velocikinesis psy-energy you can eat!

???: You better.... You know what I do to people who fail me.... Especially ones that make promises they can't keep...!

Kinetica: Y-Yes master! I'll have Lynn, Luan and Luna by your feet and their inner demons released by nightfall! As well as give Leni's powers to you to take! (Smirks to Sacred Speedster) I wonder how far you'll be able to run before you eventually burn out?

Sacred Speedster: (thinks to herself) This will be the first time I've ever used my powers to race farther than Royal woods before. Hopefully I can handle it. Well like, you know what they say, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Kinetica and Sacred Speedster then Took their starting positions near a traffic light.

Kinetica: Okay, on the count of three.....THREE!

Kinetica charges up and blasts off ahead of Sacred speedster.

Sacred speedster takes off after her at her own fast speed, soon catching up to her as they run side by side as they left royal woods.

Sacred Speedster: That was so totally unfair!

Kinetica: Hahahahahaha! Who said anything to play by the rules?! The goal is to race around the world with great lakes city as the finish line. You think I was going to make it easy for you, then you're dumber than you look! With an attitude like that, there's no way you'll be able to beat me! I'll show you what it means to be the fastest Psychic alive!

Sacred Speedster: Oh yeah?! I'll give you such a run for your money when I beat you! I won't lose this race or My three sisters to you & the White Rabbit!

The two speedsters then accelerated ahead, keeping pace with each other. As they were passing by, civilians saw two blurs and felt strong winds pass them while the roads had trails of heat with vehicles knocked over by the impact from the energy the two psychics were releasing in this righteous race. Sacred Speedster or Kinetica were neck and neck, taking their speed power to new heights, running from town to town, city to city. They were nearing the pacific ocean as they were headed for california.

Sacred Speedster was soon inside the state lines as she ran through the plains of the golden state.

Sacred Speedster: I've ran halfway across the country by now. Not to mention I've been running even faster than I usually do.

Kinetica: Hey, Dumbmind!

Kinetica appeared on a street next to her, after she was lost from view earlier.

Kinetica: Don't think for a second you've lost me that easily!

Sacred Speedster: (thinking) That's weird... she caught up to me by taking a longer route. Does that mean she can't keep up by avoiding others? I'm on an empty street, while the one she's on is full of cars and people. So like... is she not able to constantly keep up her speed?

Leni was out to test that theory by changing direction and heading straight for San Francisco bay as her destination.

Sacred Speedster: Try to keep up with me, speedy!

Kinetica: (sarcastic) Real creative name donkey brain!

Kinetica followed Sacred speedster towards the bay as they still kept running at top speed. The water was coming up fast, and Sacred Speedster was nervous at first.

Sacred Speedster: Don't fall in, don't fall in, don't fall in...!

The speedster psychic then hit the beach and rushed out onto the water. She expected to just slip right under the blue sea the minute she headed out to deep water, but then...

She felt like she hit solid ground, well... At least, somewhat solid ground.

Sacred speedster opened her eyes (because she thought she was gonna be submerged), and discovered that she was still running. In fact, she was going fast enough that she was creating high waves from her path through the water. Her feet were barely submerging in the water themselves, bouncing off the brine like it was a path itself.

Sacred Speedster: OMGosh! I can run on water!

Kinetica: God. You. Are. Stupid!

Sacred Speedster: Gimme some credit! This is the first time I'm ever doing this, okay?!

Kinetica was right behind Sacred speedster, also running over the water.

Kinetica: You won't get rid of me that easily. Wherever you can go, I can go!

Sacred Speedster: Yeah, I know! (Smirks) but how far can you go without anything to take energy from?

Kinetica: What?!

Kinetica looked around to see there was nothing for miles. They had passed under the golden gate bridge and headed out to sea. And there was nothing for Kinetica to have physical contact with. Nor were there any waves to touch either, it was a calm belt they were entering, nothing for severa miles.

Kinetica: No... you figured me out?! How?! He told me you were the stupid one!

Sacred Speedster: Like I said, there's more to my head than just air. I figured out you can't maintain your superspeed unless you absorb kinetic energy yourself. That's why you ran near places that had moving objects, so you could recharge! And now that there's nothing for you to touch, you're the one who's gonna run out of juice!

Kinetica: Grrrrr... (but then smirks) You're right... but there's one thing I can touch...

Sacred Speedster: What?

Kinetica: YOU!

Kinetica then grabs the Sacred Speedster from behind in a vice grip.

Sacred Speedster: Ah!

Kinetica drains some of Sacred Speedster's energy before zooming ahead.

Kinetica: WHOO! Thanks for the speed, sucker!

Sacred speedster expected to freeze up afterwards, but she was still in motion, albeit a bit slower.

Sacred Speedster: Hey! I didn't freeze up like lori and the others! Maybe it's because I'm so fast. Although she did take a lot of energy and got a big lead... What do I do now?

It was then that Leni remembered something that Lucy taught her.

(Flashback)

Lucy: Leni. I'm sure you know this by now, but... you can also use Velocikenisis on other things as well as yourself.

Leni: Yeah... but I like, can't get it to work. I can only make myself go super fast. It's great that I can get around town quickly, but I wanna do more with my power like you and the others.

Lucy: Unfortunately, you're too dimwitted to learn more Velocikinetic techniques... However, there may be another way for you to improve.

Leni: There is? What is it?

Lucy: This is something only you can pull off. You may not be the brightest bulb in the family, but your brain can handle this technique. When used correctly... you'll go even faster than ever.

(End flashback)

Sacred Speedster: Alright Lucy, let's see if you're right. Okay brain, let's do this!

Leni then closed her eyes as she concentrated.

The human brain is the fastest part of the human body. The information it sends, goes from your arms/legs to your brain travels at a speed of 150-260 miles per hour. But for a speed type psychic, Leni's brain works 4 to 8 times as fast. Sure not much goes through it but when stuff does, it's almost instant compared to the others.

Leni pictured herself and Kinetica running, same position as in real life, focusing, Leni started to picture herself moving her legs even faster. In real life, her legs started to match the picture in her head.

Leni's Velocity Output: 67 MPH... 70 MPH... 99 MPH... 188 MPH... 209 MPH... 540 MPH

As her legs moved faster, Leni's body attained a seafoam green psychic aura, before her eyes snapped open, glowing the same seafoam green color.

Sacred Speedster: Time to go into Overdrive. SACRED IGNITION, ENGAGE!

Sacred Speedster took another step on the water.... Before she burst forward, even faster than before, instantly breaking the sound barrier, even leaving a part of the water as a steaming pool of boiling water from the sudden burst of speed.

Kinetica heard the noise from behind her and saw Sacred speedster coming up from behind, even faster than before. She was running so fast now that her legs were in a quick blur. Even the most trained eyes would mistake her for having 6 or 9 pairs of legs.

Kinetica: What the ...No way!

Sacred speedster soon zoomed past Kinetica, and as she was passing by her in slow motion, it was captured by three different angels before she rocketed ahead.

Kinetica: That was a Sonic Boom! She's moving faster than the speed of sound! How can a dipsy blonde airhead have that much power?! I can't lose! I WON'T LOSE!!!!!!!!

Sacred Speedster and Kinetica hit land, crossing into Japan and moving on to Central Asia. Kinetica took an alternate route to try and gain more energy. Sacred Speedster saw this, and knew she had to finish it.

Scared Speedster: If she gets more energy, she'll definitely try to reach my level, and if she goes supersonic, she'll destroy a city! Guess it's time to end this race right now. I dunno what'll happen when I do this, but it's Time to reach... my 100%!

Scared Speedster focused harder than she ever had before. Her aura glowed brightly as she focused harder and harder. Until she started to disappear from sight of others. As this was happening, her percentage counter was rapidly increasing, going high and higher.... Until...

Leni's Velocity Output: 300,000 km per second.

Psy Power: 100%

Leni then broke the Light Barrier. Reaching the speed of light, she vanished from sight and made a shockwave so powerful, Kinetica was knocked off her feet as she crashed into a building. She was then quickly picked up by authorities. She looked around, they were now in Great Lakes City, Leni was nowhere to be seen, but she had definitely won the race, if the traces of her shockwave was anything to go by.

Kinetica: I can't.... Believe it... there's... actually someone that is faster than even... the speed of light....?!

Meanwhile, with Leni...

Leni opened her eyes, but she saw a seafoam green void, as she was just running continuously, her blonde hair was extremely long, and very sparkly like there was glitter in it, her eyes were glowing seafoam green while coated in a glistening white and seafoam green aura.

Leni: (In her mind) Wow.... I ran so fast, I went into my own speed dimension thingy! What did Lincoln call it.... Speed place? Speed mobel? No... Now I remember, Speed Force. My own Speed force, wow!

Leni looked around as she ran, seeing the void sparkle.

Leni: Lincoln once told us that while in a space like this, that Flash guy could do a lot of amazing things with speed at this limit, like affecting time... (gets a thought) I could rewrite history so White Rabbit was never freed! I could save Linky!

Leni was about to do that, but then remembered how White Rabbit was released along with Lincoln's suppressed emotion of anger. At himself for not having psychic powers at first, and at his sisters secretly for having them. If she turns back time to the way things were back then... it would just happen again. Suddenly, she felt a hand on her shoulder, she looked to see herself.

Leni # 2: You have good intentions, trust me. But wouldn't it be better to stop White Rabbit and make a future where Lincoln can use the power he has for himself?

Original Leni: But... I miss my brother, I hate the monster he's become because of us and his anger being bottled up for so long... I just want Lincoln back.

Leni # 2: And you will. But taking the easy way won't bring him back. It'll only make things worse. Fate doesn't like being changed.

Original Leni: You're right... I've gotta use this power to help in the present, not in the past.

Leni # 2: Yeah...Let's hope that we stay with that thought, otherwise, we'll all be goners.

The second Leni faded away.

Leni: Okay, I think it's time I got out of here. But how can I, there's no way for me to slow down like this. I know! Maybe the key is accelerating so I can pop out of this place!

Leni did so, and back at L-Psy base, in another reality warping blast, Leni reappeared and came to a stop in front of her siblings.

Lynn: HOLY CRUD!

Lori: Leni! Where have you literally been?!

Leni: Guys?! You're back to normal and not frozen anymore! (Hugs her siblings)

Lana: What happened to Kinetica?

Leni: The cops took her in as soon as I knocked her down. Turns out she was working for white rabbit in order to kill us and release the suppressed demons inside Luan, Luna and Lynn.

Lynn: You mean... she wanted to let Red Cyclone out?

Luna: And Dark Moon?

Luan: Even Harley Quinn?!

Leni nodded and the three shook in terror.

Lisa: So that is White rabbit's true goal, to release the malevolent forces inside all of you, so together they can rain down destruction on the world.

Luna: Dudes, if that happens, it's game over for the earth!

Leni: Don't get down yet, guys! I discovered a silver lining... White Rabbit doesn't have a lot of energy left of my powers yet.

Lola and Lana: Really?

Lisa: I see. Even though he can copy one's powers and absorb their energy, it won't last forever, especially with prolonged usage. It'll soon deplete and he'll try to find others to feed his hunger for power.

Upon hearing that, Leni then remembered when she and Kinetica were making the bet. White Rabbit was angered by her big mouth.

Leni: Wait! I just remembered something!

Lola: What is it?!

Leni: As soon as Kinetica let that slip, White Rabbit was angry at her! I have to go back and- Lily? What's wrong?

Lily, who was watching the monitors for intel on Kinetica's current status, was staring wide eyed at a new channel. Or rather, who was on it.

On the screen was a young man with spiky white hair, red eyes, and pale skin. He wore a white muscle shirt, blue shorts, and purple boots, he's clothing was burnt, torn, and dirty all over. Blood red energy flowed over his body. The Loud Sisters immediately knew who he was.

All: White Rabbit!

White Rabbit: Well well well... Lucky day! It's been awhile, Spare Batteries. 6 years to be exact!

Luna: We sure haven't missed you, dude! I can't believe you're still possessing our bros body after this long!

Luan: You haven't even been taking care of it either.

White Rabbit: What can I say, 'Sis', Louds are very very stubborn! I understand that the Dumb Battery did away with the Psychic I sent to try and get my siblings free. But don't get it twisted. She wasn't the only one. I've got plenty, powers I've stolen from them to prepare. Isn't that right Kinetica?

White Rabbit then pulled up Kinetica's lifeless husk, drained of her life energy and powers, she looked like she was 100 years old and about to crumble into dust. The loud siblings were horrified at the sight of the lifeless psychic villain, meaning that white rabbit shows no mercy to anyone, not even his allies.

White Rabbit: This is gonna be the rest of you batteries when I suck you all DRY! And then, once that's done, I'll have my three siblings out of their own cages so we can tear this planet a NEW ONE!

White Rabbit's voice seemed to cause the base to shake despite him not being there.

Lori: That'll literally only happen if we let you! It doesn't matter how long it takes... we will beat you, and get our brother back!

White Rabbit: Alright then... let's see who wins. Me or you brain dead chocoholics! And don't worry sisters, I'll be sure to return your full powers!

Lynn: What's he going on about?

White Rabbit: No spoilers, Lynn. We gotta keep it tight for the grand reveal. See ya later, fam! Watch your backs, batteries! I might just take your spine then strangle you with it!

The screen then fizzled out. Leaving the rest of the Louds there to ponder their next move as the screen faded out.
