The next day...

In the Loud Mansion, Lincoln and Danny were on the couch playing a cyber warrior type fighting game with Ember strumming her guitar next to Danny, The Loud sisters were out with their friends except Lisa who was in the lab downstairs, Wulf was still resting after the events with Technus & Johnny 13 and Spectra & Kitty were in the kitchen having a conversation.

Lincoln: C'mon, c'mon the bionic reaper's nearly on it's last life, just a few more hits...

Danny: Shhh, we're in the zone. Don't break concentration....

Both men were button mashing their controllers, Ember rolls her eyes with a chuckle. Even as men, they're video game nerds no offense to them, she thought. Lincoln & Danny were on the edge of their seats, entering the final combination move to aim at the final boss, destroying it and winning the game.

Lincoln: YESSSSSSSSSSS!!!

Danny: FINALLY!!!

The two men stood up, basking in their victory, followed by a solid high five.

Danny: That's how it's done!

Lincoln: It took for f**king ever to get to this level once on our road trip and finally, we slayed the bionic reaper!

Danny: Yeah, it took numerous tries but it was well worth it.

Ember: Heh, boys and their video games...

Danny: C'mon Ember, it was fun. You can try video games out if you give them a chance.

Ember: Baby pop, I love you and all but I'm not a video game nerd, no offense to you two.

Lincoln: None taken, I get that a lot from my sisters at times back when I was younger. Hell, some of them call me out still on that.

Danny: Em, you don't have to be a nerd to enjoy gaming. Everyone basically plays them, nerd or not. I mean, do Linc and I look like nerds?

Ember: ... Well, No but you're hot and still a nerd.

Danny sighs while Lincoln chuckled.

Lincoln: Well, she got us there, mostly you man.

Danny: Oh don't you start.

Lincoln: Hey, I understand. Sometimes Ronnie Anne and Sid call me out on the hobbies I'm into. You get use to it.

Ember: Heh, he's right dipstick.

Danny: (arms crossed) Well someone's getting the cold shoulder.

Danny turned his back to Ember, who frowns. She sat her guitar down & walked towards her boyfriend, wrapping her arms around his neck in a loving manner.

Ember: C'mon Danny, I know what you're doing. We both know you can't ignore me.

Danny was silent.

Ember: (mischievous grin) Dannnnny~... You know giving me the cold shoulder will make me tempt you~.

Ember rubs Danny's broad shoulders via massage while rubbing her ample chest against his back. Danny would be lying if he wasn't tempted but he kept up his straight icy glance with sheer will power to shut out Ember's charms.

Lincoln: Hahahaha, I don't think he's giving in, Ember.

Ember drops the grin, frowning as Danny was not giving her any attention. The silent treatment was one of the things that got to her when Danny plays that card until she admits that she's wrong or a different conflict or she does it as well.

Ember: (in her mind) Okay, dipstick... you're not going to make me cave, we're both tied on that and you're not winning this time.

A few hours later...

Ember yells in annoyance and frustration, finally caving.

Ember: Okay... Okay! I give! I guess.... video games aren't all... for nerds...

Danny smirks.

Danny: That's all I needed to hear. Score board: Danny 100, Ember 99.

He kisses the rockstar halfa on the cheek. Lincoln laughs while Ember groans.

Ember: (mutters) You're so lucky you're cute, dipstick...

Lincoln: Do... Do you two actually keep score on who's right & who's wrong?

Danny: Yes & No. We tend to make a game out of it. If the loser gives in, the winner does whatever he or she wants to the loser but nothing extreme of bizarre. Ember...

Ember was already trying to sneak away but Danny teleported in front of her. She gulps as Danny raises his hands which glowed icy blue with a smirk.

Danny: Time for your punishment.

Ember: Danny, no. You already got me to admit that I was wrong, can't we call it even?!

Danny: Nope. Now get over here...

He was wiggling his icy blue glowing fingers. Ember quickly ran for it as Danny chased after her in the next room. Lincoln heard them but did not go after the two ghost halfas.

Ember: Danny, get away from me! I mean it Dipstick, stay back! AAH!!

Ember let out a loud squeal, followed by a massive burst of laughter in the other room.

Ember: EEEEEEEHAHAHAHAHA!!! COLD, COLD, COHOHOHOHOHOLD!!!

Kitty & Spectra heard the commotion and exit the kitchen to the other room to see Danny tickling Ember on the bed, the rockstar halfa laughing while shaking & shivering with the young man using his ice power to a cold touch to the tickle. Spectra was already laughing at this as was kitty.

Danny: (chuckles) Consider this payback for that last punishment where you spun me around that wheel a dozen times while your friends pelted me with ecto tomatoes.

Ember: YOU SON OF-HAHAHAHAHA! K-KITTY HEHEHEHELP!!

Kitty: Sorry Em, love you & all but I'm staying outta this one.

Penelope Spectra: (smirks) Ya kinda walked into that one, Ember.

Ember: YOU TRAITORS HAHAHAHA!!! AHH SO COLD, I'LL GET YOU FOR THIS, HEHEHEHEHE!!!

Danny: (grins) Gotta love you being so ticklish, my fiery rocker.

Ember: EEEEEEHEHEHEHEHE!!! BABY POP, I SWEAR I'LL PAY YOU BACK FOR THIS, HAHAHAHA!!!

We later cut to Lisa, who was finished with her next project to fight the ghosts invading royal woods with the help Danny's Fenton Works tech had to offer. The brainiac woman walk out of the basement from the passageway, entering the kitchen where she passed Kitty, Ember & Spectra having a conversation. Entering the living room, something caught the genius's eye as royal woods news was on TV with Katherine Mulligan.

Katherine Mulligan: This is Katherine Mulligan reporting to you live on royal woods news. As you know, ghosts are running amok in our fair city & the L-Gear Crusaders are doing everything in their power to stop them alongside the all time Hero of Amity Park, Danny Phantom. However, I received footage of something quite shocking...

Various footages are shown, Lisa's eyes widened.

Lisa: Everyone! Come quickly!

Lincoln, Danny, Ember, Kitty & Spectra came running/flying in to join Lisa in watching the news.

Lincoln: What's going on Lisa?

Lisa: Observe.

The five see the footages shown by Katherine Mulligan and immediately had mixed reactions.

Ember: The hell?!

Penelope Spectra: Ugh, One was bothersome enough...

Danny: Oh no...

Katherine Mulligan: As you can see, footage was shown of not one but six Danny Phantom lookalikes lurking around, causing havoc and stealing valuable items & cash.

The footage shown six different versions of Danny, four males and two females, one of the women Danny immediately recognized as the six were seen stealing money, rare items and inflicting great damage on everything and everyone in their path.

The first was a 17 year old version of Danny who looked like a vampire with ghostly pale skin, his nose distorted to look like a bat's, red eyes, fangs, pointy ears, a more athletic body & clawed hands with jagged maws on his palms. He wears a trench coat, black slim armored suit, silver belt & black boots.

The second one was a very tall adult, jungle warrior themed version of Danny who has pale skin, red eyes, long snow white hair slicked back wild, had a muscular body with scars. He wears a silver headband that frames his face, white/black/green war paint on his face, was shirtless, wore a fanged necklace with a green crystallized slit eye, silver armbands, a white sash, black pants, silver ankle bands & was barefoot. In his hand, he holds a black & white spear with three green orbs in the blade.

When Kitty got a look at the second phantom, her eyes became sharp with slits as a blush spread across the biker ghost woman's face. She didn't know why but this jungle version of Danny had something that make her core set a blaze, also catching the attention of her beastly white tiger amazonian side.

The third version was a tall woman with pale skin, red eyes, black eyeshadow & lipstick, sharp snow white hair with a long bang going down & the left side shaved, an X scar on the left cheek and had a curvaceous & highly muscular body with an overly large chest, strong wide hips, thighs & a plump rear end. She wore a black choker with silver studs, a black & white two piece skullclad armor bra & trunks, the DP symbol on the chest & the right side of the trunks, a black & white trim custom jacket with shoulder spikes, black armbands with silver spike studs, a silver stud black belt, black kneepads with a DP symbol on the left kneepad, a bullseye symbol on the right kneepad, black & white trim boots.

This adult version of Danny, the fourth,  bared a striking resemblance to his evil future self, Dark Danny but with major differences; He has a bulky and muscular body and fangs but he lacks the pale blue skin, pointed ears & flaming hair. His snow white hair is wild and slicked back down to his back, his skin is ghostly pale white, red eyes and possesses a third glowing purple eye on his head & a goatee. He was wearing a tattered black tattered, hooded cape with a white & black, white & red eyed medallion holding it in place of the center, a pure white bodysuit with a sharp black trim and armor with an icy blue DP symbol on the chest, silver armbands, black gloves, belt & boots.

The fifth was a slightly tall adult version of Danny who has a well athletic body, mismatched eyes; one right eye glowing red & one left eye pure black with a white pupil, a black flame pattern mark on the left side of his face & sharp snow white hair. He was wearing a black trench coat, a sleeveless black armor shirt with a white trim, a white sash with a circular green emblem containing the DP symbol on it, black armbands, black pants and boots.

And finally, the sixth phantom was one of the missing ghosts & his clone/cousin, Danielle "Dani" Phantom, now grown up as well. She was a slightly short woman with pale skin, like the other phantoms, her eyes were red instead of her usual green, snow white hair which was longer & a downward ponytail. She has an athletic and curvaceous body with a slightly large chest, well toned hips, strong wide thighs & a shapely plump rear end. She was wearing a sleeveless, black top with white side flame pattern & the DP symbol on the chest and the midriff exposed, double black band on her biceps, white gloves with black skeleton hands, black trunks with a white flame pattern, double black bands on her thighs, white kneepads with a DP symbol on the left one & a fiery skull on the right and white bottom with black flame patterns.

Danny: Dani...

Katherine Mulligan: These spooks are not here for a welcome party with the catastrophic deeds they're inflicting on our town & it's people. What is their goal? Are they trying to ruin the phantom name? Is Danny Phantom behind this lookalikes attacking our town? Has the Hero of Amity Park gone bad-AAAAAHHHH!!!

The woman was blasted by an ecto beam, the cameraman frighteningly turned to see Dani Phantom approaching him, he screams and runs away dropping the camera. But the camera was levitated up to face the ghost woman with a soulless expression.

Dani: (dark, emotionless tone) Dannnnnnny.... Dannnnnnny....

Danny: ....?! .

Dani: Come on back Dannnnnnny.... Come back to the circus... He is waiting for you... Come back.... The show can't start without you, Be one of us again Danny...

The camera showed static. Danny, Lincoln, Ember, Kitty, Spectra and Lisa stared at the static TV in silence.

Ember: Okay.... Anyone else feeling chills after that?

Lincoln: Danny? That was your cousin, right? But who are those five phantoms?

Danny: I don't know but that was Dani alright. She looked possessed.

Penelope Spectra: (sarcastic) Gee, you don't say. what was your first clue?

Ember: Her eyes were red, last time I checked they were green like yours dipstick.

Lincoln: It's not just her, the other five phantoms eyes were red as well.

Lisa: A form of mind control is possible from rare forms of hypnosis, a device to connect to the nervous system, etc. As for the five phantom lifeform, theories can hypothesize that they are either artificial clones like Danielle, robots or cybernetic lifeform with ectoplasmic energy or the multiverse theory of different variations of one Danny Phantom has been brought here.

Everyone minus Kitty looked at Lisa.

Lisa: What? Just pointing out an educated guess.

Penelope Spectra: (pinches the bridge of her nose) I can understand your scientific language but it can be a headache...

Danny felt a hand on his shoulder, turning to Ember.

Ember: It doesn't take a genius to know this is a call-out and a trap. Through that zombie act, someone's using your cuz & the other mimics to bait you to go to them. Ya don't think it's that cheese head plasmius, do you?

Danny: No. Aside from Danielle, Vlad's not able to create a perfect clone without my DNA or they'd melt into an ecto-puddle. Plus, he hasn't been seen or heard of since the disasteroid, especially after dad & everyone else found out the truth about him.

Lincoln: Well if not Vlad, it's one of your enemies working with the mysterious ghost. Let's just think about it, we have six phantoms, including your cousin, all have red eyes, causing destruction & stealing items. We also have a specific lead on Dani saying something about "come back to the circus?"

Danny: (Thinks) Come back to the circus...? Be one of us again...? Who would... (Eyes widened) .... Freakshow.

Ember: That creepy, ghost obsessed ringmaster? I thought you send him packing.

Danny: I did. He remained in jail since the last time I fought him, guess that mysterious ghost broke him out & hired him to bring me down.

Lisa: Then we shouldn't waste time. With your Fenton finder device, we can track Danielle's ecto signature, leading us to her and your enemy.

Lincoln heard his phone ringing and takes it out, face timing it to answer, revealing Lori in her Storm Soldier attire & it appears to be raining where she is.

Lincoln: Hello? Lori, what's up? Did you see the news about the six phantoms.

Storm Soldier: I did but the girls and I have bigger problems!

She was seen dodging something big as Lincoln and the others caught it in their sight.

Lisa: First eldest sibling, what's your status?

Storm Soldier: During our time with our friends, something erupted from the ground, some sort of plant like ghost that's controlling everyone!

Danny: Undergrowth!

Storm Soldier: Luna, Luan, Lucy & Lola are dealing with him but that living weed ghoul ain't alone. Another ghostly monster came out with downtown coated in dark clouds, it looked like an armored spirit with lightning like horns & a tail like a tornado, myself, Lily, Leni, Lana & Lynn are tailing him but he's causing a lot of damage here!

Danny: Vortex!

Storm Soldier: We're trying to get as many people away from the carnage as we can but both of those giant elemental ghouls aren't making it easy, we may need more backup!

Lincoln: We're on our way.

The call ended.

Penelope Spectra: I never figured Undergrowth & Vortex would be added to the equation of this city's destruction.

Lisa: More enemies?

Danny: Yeah. Those two ghosts weren't easy to beat when I was young. Undergrowth is a plant elemental ghost, watch out for his mind vines or you'll be his puppet. Ice is a major weakness, aim for the roots & he'll shrink, be weakened to take down. Vortex can control high extremes of weather, his armor is very tough to get through, believe me, I know. His weakness is direct sunlight, he'll shrink and lose power.

Lisa: Noted. Lincoln and I will aid our sisters.

Penelope Spectra: (sighs) I have nothing better to do so I'll help you out.

Danny: Then I'll go after Freakshow & save Dani.

Ember: Kitty and I are coming with you.

Danny: No. You're not.

Ember: What?

Danny: Look, Freakshow is after me. That's exactly who he'll get. Besides, if you or Kitty came with me, he'll end up brainwashing you two & who knows what powers that mysterious ghost gave him.

Ember narrowed her eyes at her boyfriend but Danny kept a firm yet stern stare, not wanting to debate about this. While Ember didn't like it, Danny didn't want her to be a slave to Freakshow. He has no doubt Ember can take care of herself & hold her own in a fight but he just can't risk it.

Ember: (sighs) Fine. I'll let you handle the circus freak yourself but if you get brainwashed, I'm gonna hit you over the head with my guitar to knock some sense back into you.

Danny: (joking smirk) Oh you wouldn't do that, you love me too much.

Ember: (taunting smirk) Don't push it, Dipstick. I will start swinging.

Penelope Spectra: (Annoyed) As much as I want to hear you two "flirt", can we go now? It's making me sick.

Danny: Right.

Lincoln: Let's gear up!

Everyone left but Ember stopped and saw Kitty standing there, still in a mesmerized state. The rockstar halfa goes over to her friend, waving a hand in front of her or snapping her fingers but no reaction. She grabs Kitty and shook her.

Ember: Kitty? Kitty?! Kitty, snap out of it!

Ember slaps her.

Kitty: Ouch! Hey, what gives Em?!

Ember: You are standing there like a statue. What were you thinking about?

Kitty: O-Oh nothing. Just shocked by the news and that phantom abs...~ I-I mean, the damage they're causing, especially that hot, jungle warrior Danny-I mean, we gotta stop them, right?!

Kitty smiles sheepishly, trying to hide her blush. Ember gives her an awkward look.

Ember: Okay... Let's go. Undergrowth & Vortex are trashing the place. We'll going after them while Danny's going after the circus freak.

Kitty: Oh.

Ember: C'mon!

Ember grabs Kitty's hand and flew off with her.

While Ember & the others were helping the rest of the L-Gear Crusaders deal with the sudden appearance of Undergrowth and Vortex downtown, Danny was heading southwest of royal woods to track down Danielle and Freakshow. With the upgraded Fenton Finder, the ghost hero got Dani's ecto signature, flying to the location. Danny lands and took a look at the place, it looked like some sort of carnival but it was very ancient & abandoned.

Danny: (rolls his eyes) Of course he'd pick this place.

Danny passed through the rigidity gate, entering the abandoned circus. The place was slightly coated in fog and sounds of creaks & groans can be heard. Danny's ghost sense went off, his guard up for anything that twisted ringmaster has to throw at him.

Danny: Hey Freakshow, if an abandoned carnival & a little fog is your best attempt to scare me, you'll have to do better than this!

Suddenly, the lights flickered on & off, followed by distorted carnival music with the ride and stands operating on their own.

Danny: (Deadpan) Really? That's it?

Soon, he hears the voice of Freakshow but doesn't see him, his echoing through the carnival.

Freakshow (echoing voice): Ladies & Gentlemen... I am Freakshow, ringmaster of the new and improved Circus Gothica!

Danny noticed that everything around him begins to change distorted-like with ominous red & purple energy, from an old, ancient carnival to a new yet bizarre, nightmarish looking one as the rides, stands, areas and the franchise was all pure darkness & horror.

Freakshow (echoing voice): Circus Gothica, where your nightmares come to life.

Danny's ghost sense went off & turns to see a 10 ft tall, cloaked grim reaper like ghost with red eyes and a scythe ready to decapitate Danny, who dodged it.

Freakshow (echoing voice): Circus Gothica, where the clowns never smile.

Danny readies an ecto beam but felt hard breathing behind him. He turns to see a gigantic frowning clown head who roared and went to chomp on Danny with its sharp fangs but he got out of the way of the ghoulish head.

Freakshow (echoing voice): Circus Gothica, come & get your freak on.... with real freaks!

Danny was blasted from behind by beams of ecto lightning.

Danny: AAAAAH!!!

Danny fell to one knee, spotting a couple of male & female looking gothic variants of Frankenstein's monster with various parts, armor & stitches, all red eyed and groaning like zombies. Danny found himself surrounded as a cloud of red & purple smoke appeared on stage, revealing Freakshow himself, accompanied by Lydia, the brainwashed Dani Phantom and the other five phantoms.

Freakshow: (grins) Circus Gothica, cross over to the dark side...

Danny: Just when your circus couldn't get any freakier, eh Cue ball?

Freakshow: Ah, Danny Phantom, the hero of Amity Park. How I've longed for this moment... The moment where you'll pay for ruining my plans & throwing me in prison, a not so pleasantry of horrors I had to endure there...

He snarls with a sneer.

Danny: Well I've heard of & lived through the whole revenge tours before, trust me. You're not the first.

Freakshow: Not dignifying that, I'm sure you're aware of what's happening... The ghosts plaguing this city, the mysterious mastermind behind it all & my helping hand with it...

Danny noticed the new crystal ball staff.

Freakshow: (smirks) Like the new staff? My associate who freed me bestowed it upon me as a gift, it's stronger than the old one & can do much, much more than control ghosts...

Danny: Yeah, it's too bad I gotta break that one too along with your control over Dani and the other phantoms.

Freakshow: Ah yes... Your cousin... (Places a hand on Dani's shoulder) Out of all the phantoms my associate gifted me with, she's my most favorite. Speaking of phantoms, would like to know who they are & how they resemble you in a way?

Freakshow snaps his fingers as Dani and the five phantoms move to surrounded Danny, who got ready for a fight.

Freakshow: Since your rise to fame, I've learned quite a lot of you, especially from anonymous benefactor. From start to finish, going from an unknown ghost halfa who made friends & a lot of enemies human or ghost to being a beacon of hope, a global world hero everyone can depend on but what if...?

Danny: Okay, now you and the mystery ghost are stalking me now? Honestly, being famous isn't all that's cracked up to be.

Freakshow: Maybe. But what if it wasn't the case? What if humanity never accepted you? What if you were driven down a dark path? What if you fallen? What if-?

Danny: What if you just shut up?!

Danny fires an ecto beam at Freakshow but it was blocked by Lydia who formed an ecto barrier of tattoos.

Freakshow: Tsk tsk tsk. Despite you being grown, your patience needs to proper training. Allow me to continue, the story of phantoms from other worlds, starting with Danny, The plasma vampire.

Danny: Other worlds?

Plasma Vampire Danny lunged at Danny, who got into a fist fight with him. The halfa was appalled with the vampiric version of himself & his level of strength, speed & fighting skills.

Freakshow: A boy never entering the portal to become a halfa but went through mutation via bite from an ecto ghost DNA infused bat, becoming a ghostly vampire.

Danny was sent back, he fired an ecto blast at Plasma Vampire Danny, who holds up his palms, revealing the maws as he caught the blast, absorbing it and strengthen himself to sped in a blur to knock Danny aside.

Freakshow: (taunting smirk) Forgot to mention, he absorbs ecto energy & plasma needed to fuel his hunger, a scourge upon the wicked after his family fell to another phantom vampire. He thinks of these powers as a curse, what's wrong with that? In my care, it's a gift.

Danny got up and saw someone next to him, seeing the jungle warrior version of himself. He quickly got up to dodge the spear as his double, who twirls his spear, charges and fights against Danny.

Freakshow: Primal Phantom, the King of Ghost Prime Jungle. Unlike you, he didn't receive praise after his identity was revealed. Hated & blamed for the ghostly attacks by all except for a few. He fled to the ghost zone, descending into madness but found & taught by a guardian, he evolved into a warrior of pure instinct & spirit, a real member of the wild side...

Primal Phantom & Danny traded blows before the jungle warrior nailed a fierce ecto palm strike to nail him in the chest, knocking him back with a grunt. The orbs in Primal Phantom's spear glowed and swings, a large ecto slash to Danny who formed a barrier to block it but it still sent him back a bit.

Freakshow: Hahahahaha... Wonderful!

The Barrier depleted with Danny looking through the smoke and sees someone running towards him, grabbing him by the neck to chokeslam him into the ground. Danny groans & is lifted up by the bulky, female Danny lookalike.

Freakshow: The infamous Deanna Phantom. Believe it or not, she's more of a twin of your alternate counterpart. A strong bond between the other, abusive parents, Deanna on the parkour & punk side as both she & alt. you gained ghost powers. But... (Grins) he met his end by another Plasmius... making Deanna go down a dark path, becoming a ghost brawler that shows no mercy to anyone...

Danny broke away from Deanna, nailing a couple of ecto powered fists to the female phantom brute, who took the hits. Cracking her neck from the left to face Danny, he delivered another punch only for her to catch it, firing a couple of ecto charged solid fists to the face and gut of Danny, placing him in a hammerlock position & nailed a monstrous lariat, making the ghost man spin to hit the ground.

He opens his eyes with a pained grunt and rolls out of the way of an earth shattering stomp by Deanna, regaining his bearings to enter a defensive stance. Deanna then leaps back as another Danny lookalike lunged at Danny, who readies himself. The two trade numbers of fierce blows but this Danny alternate was quite a master of different martial arts, combined with green yet pitch black ecto energy.

Freakshow: Meet Danny Phantom, The Phantom Patriarch or the Father of Phantoms. He had quite a life that mirrored yours, saved the world, got accepted & got the girl. But to paraphrase a deranged individual, all it takes is one bad day...

The Phantom Patriarch forms a demonic looking entity that hits a double ecto slash to Danny with it's bone blades, yelling out in pain.

Freakshow: He lost the love of his life... Such a tragedy. Tragedy can have negative effects on people & ghosts alike. (Smirks) Started finishing ghosts & human threats until he was deemed a threat instead of a hero anymore, exiled. But found out that others have tried to replicate what happened to you/him, to create powerful halfas as weapons, many have been successful. He made it his mission to kill the ones responsible, giving the halfas a family when lost & abandoned, having them use their newfound gifts to take out the wicked, This Phantom was the reckoning to all...

Danny slowly got to his feet. The Phantom Patriarch vanished and in his place was the fifth phantom who greatly resembles Dark Danny.

Freakshow: Ah, this phantom is a treat...  Notice anything different or similar about him? Something from your past...? Or from... (grin widens) Your future...?

Danny's eyes widened.

Danny: No. You couldn't have... How did you...?

The fifth phantom inhaled deeply and unleashed a bizarre combination of his ghostly wail mixed with his icy blue ecto energy. Danny counters it with a ghostly wail of his own, resulting in a sound barrier breaking stalemate before it broke in a massive shockwave as Freakshow shields himself & his minions with a barrier, seeing the two fight it out.

Freakshow: Oh my associate knows about you quite well... including the greatest enemy known to you, yourself. The death of your family & friends, going to Vlad, the two ghosts halves ripped out of the human sides to merge into one pure evil entity to destroy all of humanity, I know it all... Hahaha...

The fifth phantom split into six clones to fight Danny either up close & personal while some would use distance ecto blasts & constructs to catch him off guard.

Freakshow: This phantom is identical in a way to your future counterpart, lost his family, friends and a teacher who's name is not worth remembering in a fiery blast... Overcome by misery, guilt, suffering, anger and hatred but which sets apart this phantom from your future self is Vlad, he didn't go to him, he didn't split Masters and Plasmius in two to become the most diabolical ghost to ever existed... This phantom permanently surrendered his human half to become allllll ghost with a cold, cold hearted.

Danny: ...?!

Freakshow: (grins evilly) Since then, he has been a ghost of pure malice who has destroyed many in his way, conquered the worlds of humans & ghosts, hence the name Danny Phantom, The Cold hearted King.

Danny was sent flying through five stands before coming to an erupt halt, shaking his head to glare at the Cold Hearted King with Plasma Vampire Danny, Primal Phantom, Deanna Phantom & the Phantom Patriarch joining him, the red eyed ghosts staring coldly at him. Freakshow gave the word with a nod, Danny was going to fight but he received an ecto knee strike to the back of the neck, knocking him out. Standing behind him was Dani as she & the five phantoms stared down at the unconscious Danny.

Freakshow: Hahahaha! If there's one thing about revenge, it was true beauty at it's finest but it's not over yet, the show has just begun, hahahahahaha!!

Later...

Danny was heard groaning, eyes slowly opening to find himself in darkness. He attempted to move but find himself unable to, feeling that he was bind in something, the phantom couldn't phase through the confinements either much to his frustration.

Danny: (in his mind) Great... Just Great...

Soon, the light came on, showing a room where the walls are mirrors, showing Danny in a special yet gothic looking straightjacket and strapped to a wheeled table. He suddenly looked like he hasn't slept or seen better days, looking like he's crazy, dark lines over his eyes, messy hair & everything.

Danny: (in his mind) Oh Nonono, this is not happening. What did that crazed ringmaster do?!

Danny tried to yell out but he noticed that his speech is fractured, only yelling out deranged & almost unintelligible gibberish as he struggled against the binds.

Danny: (in his mind) What's with my voice?! What's going on here?!

He heard a click sound, turning to a mirror like door opening up to reveal Walker, the ghost warden.

Danny: (tries to speak) Walker! Look, I don't know what's going on or why I'm here but Freakshow is obviously responsible for this, you gotta-

But to the ghost warden, Danny was only speaking in deranged & almost unintelligible babbling. Walker shook his head with a cold stare.

Walker: I always knew you were nothing but trouble punk. And here I thought you would actually be an okay adversary but you've broken a lot of rules in both your world & the ghost zone, due to your broken mind.

Danny: (normal speech) What rules? (Jokes) Did I jaywalk in the ghost zone road? But seriously, I don't know what you're talking about. (Deranged voice Walker hears) aggghh!! I didn't do it! Terrible mistake! Let me go free!! Raaaagagagaga!!

Walker: You can't deny the mass invasion and mass murders you've committed, punk. Which is why you're gonna be taken care of personally.

Walker approached Danny, grabbing the left part of the table and wheeling him out of the room, going through a dim light hallway. Danny then noticed a couple of ghosts joining Walker on this ghastly walk through the halls. Some ghosts he recognized as friends or as enemies, with either glares or disappointed looks.

It was Box Ghost, Desiree, Pandora, Frostbite, Dorathea, Aragon, and Skulker.

Desiree: (snarls) What an atrocious thing you've reduced yourself to. Why am I not surprised? You're just like any man I've encountered, you've finally shown your true colors.

Frostbite: (disappointed look) I can't believe you would go this far... You were a kindred spirit... You had such good in you to protect both worlds, yet you've committed such heinous deeds in your broken state... Tis a shame...

Aragon: (disgusted tone) I have no pity for you, you would try to challenge my rule, ruined my wedding and have me humiliated, consider this an eye for eye... (smug grin) And I hope your demise is a slow & painful one...

Dorathea said nothing but cast a sad, disappointed glance at Danny before turning away, not seeing her cry.

Pandora: (cold glare) How far you've fallen Phantom, you've become the very thing you were sworn to stop... You murdered those you cared about, spread destruction across your world, even try to take out Clockwork and the observants... Look at what you've become...

Box Ghost: YOU PHANTOM HAVE BEEN A REAL PLAGUE UPON THE THE WORLD OF TWO, NOW YOU ARE TRAPPED IN A SQUARE FEET PRISON OF THE BOX GHOST'S CREATION-

Skulker: Silence!

Box Ghost was silent.

Skulker: I waited a long time for this, whelp. Ashame I couldn't capture you myself to give you a death worthy of the greatest hunter but I'll at least have your pelt when this is over.

Danny: (in his mind, rolls his eyes) Year after year, he's still talking about wanting me as a pelt. No surprise it's one of the reasons Ember dumped him.

Soon, they reached the end of the hall, the gates opening to reveal Freakshow dressed as a doctor along with Dani, Deanna & Lydia as nurses and the four alternate male phantom as guards. Danny's eyes widened as the ringmaster grinned evilly.

Freakshow: I take it he's ready for his... intensive care...?

Walker: Yeah doctor, the punk is finally ready to face justice.

Danny: (normal speech) Freakshow! What kind of bizarre world did you put me in?! (Deranged voice the others were hearing) I didn't do it! Not my fault! Get me out of here! CUT ME FREE!!!

Pandora: Be silent!

She shocked Danny with an electric ecto beam from her finger, making him yell in pain.

Freakshow: Honestly, we should feel sorry for the fallen hero... He never got over Samantha's death & lost his new flame, Ember, was it? It made him go mad to commit these atrocities...

Danny: (in his mind) Wait but, Sam's not dead. I mean, she disappeared without a trace but that doesn't mean she's dead! And Ember? No! She couldn't have been... I wouldn't have, I can't lose her too! This isn't real!

Freakshow: I doubt he knows what I'm even saying, he's lost in his own broken world... Ha! He's just gone now, a twisted shell of what he used to be in human & ghost.

Danny: (Normal speech) I CAN understand what you're saying & whatever you're doing, it's not going to work! (Deranged voice the others were doing) ALL WILL DIE!! ME WANT FREEDOM!!! AAAAGH!! CUT ME FREE! CUT ME FREE! CUT ME FREEEEEEEEE!!!

He was struggling against the restraints as his mouth was covered in ice by Frostbite to silent him. Only muffled yelling and screaming was heard.

Walker: The punk is yours now, Dr. Freakshow.

Skulker: (arms crossed) And remember our agreement.

Freakshow: Yes, yes. His ahem... Pelt will be yours once he's done.

Freakshow pulls out a syringe of red & purple liquid. He approaches Danny who struggles and muffled yells.

Freakshow: Don't worry... (Grins maliciously) It won't hurt a bit, Hahahahaha!

He injected the liquid into Danny's head as his world faded to black.

A hand rose out of the ground like a zombie, Danny getting out of the ground.

Danny: (groans) Waking up in an illusion nightmare, sleeping again only to wake up in a new one buried. This just keep getting weirder and weirder. At least I don't look or sound like an unhinged psycho anymore.

Danny looks around, the entire landscape resembled both Amity Park & Royal Woods combined but with a Circus Gothica like nightmarish take along with some apocalyptic features. One of the most disturbing things was he noticed four versions of him (not the alternate phantoms) in cages, the first was roaming with a sneer, the second one was in a fetal position rocking back & forth, the third one was ramming against the walls & cage door in a failed attempt to get free & the fourth one is... eating a dead squirrel?

Danny: Gross.

Danny noticed the roads crumbling and breaking apart, he managed to float before the road would collapse under him. He heard a diabolical laugh & saw a giant Freakshow in a spirit form, glancing down at him.

Freakshow: You're in my world now, Phantom. With this new staff of power, I can control reality & illusion tremendously. Welcome to Gothica World!

Danny: And how did becoming a so called master of reality work out for you last time?

Freakshow: Tch. Keep up the jokes while you can. You tend to overcome every battle you've been no matter how difficult & yet (glares) you always win! (Smirks) Today, that changes...

Danny: No games here, Freakshow. I want you to release Dani & tell me who you're working for, pronto!

Freakshow: For a lowly ant, you seem to talk a big game. You're in my world now & here, I am the headliner! Time for you to experience a nightmare beyond what you can comprehend.

Freakshow opens his mouth and chomps on Danny. Inside, Danny was falling in a never ending abyss of wailing souls.

Freakshow: (echoing voice) I will take you to a new level of madness.

The souls lashed at Danny who dodged, punched and fired ecto attacks to keep them at bay.

Freakshow: (echoing voice) You'll be tortured physically and mentally farther than what you've experienced before.

Danny saw ghoulish versions of Tucker, Jazz, Jack, Maddie, Valerie, Lancer, Dash, Paulina, Star and everyone he's known in his teen years started to attack & swarm him.

Freakshow: (echoing voice) And when the finale, you'll soon realize that I am not one to upstage, that I am your master!

Danny was completely swarmed, seeing the feral eyes of those either friends or enemies trying to devour him... until he landed on a giant floating rock in the middle of nowhere, the wailing souls and ghouls gone. He slowly gets up as his ghost sense was going crazy, out of the ground, Plasma Vampire Danny, Primal Phantom, Deanna Phantom, The Phantom Patriarch & Cold Hearted King leaped up to attack Danny, who formed a barrier to drive them back. Danny then took the fight to the five phantoms, each trading shockwave induced blows with one another.

Freakshow: (echoing voice) Hahahaha! Fight! Fight til your heart's content, it'll be entertaining to watch your strength waver!

Danny felt Plasma Vampire Danny's drain ability by his jagged maw palms from behind on his shoulders while Primal Phantom delivered strong & solid wild strikes to him, earning grunts. Danny kicks Primal back & grabs Plasma Vampire Danny to judo throw him over to hit Primal. Deanna would spear tackle Danny to the ground and hammer away at him, Danny caught both fists with his eyes glowing blue and fired a beam of ice from his eyes that knocked Deanna off him while getting frozen.

Danny got to his feet and saw The Phantom Patriarch leap up with a green & pitch black ecto construct blade ready to slash. Danny blocks the blade strike while the Phantom Patriarch would delivered more swift & lethal blade strikes to Danny, who would avoid & block the attacks while getting a few cuts. Danny caught the blade in both hands in a stalemate with the Phantom Patriarch before headbutting him, hitting a couple of ecto fuelled fists before nailing him with a spin kick.

Danny was caught off guard when as Cold Hearted King descended upon him with a herde of ecto ice explosives, barely dodging them as the ground exploded with sharp ice sticking out of it. The two phantoms would trade attacks but Danny was having difficulty dealing with this version of himself, considering how Freakshow explained how he's a parallel double of Dan Phantom.

Freakshow: (voice echoing) What's the matter? Can't you fight a variant of your ultimate enemy? You barely survived the first one when you were young, surely you can survive the second one?

Danny and Cold Hearted King kept up on fighting until Danny flew out of the way of an icy blue ghost beam. Cold Hearted King was engulfed in an ominous blue aura as a giant construct of a terrifying visage, a beast wrapped in skeletal dragon armor, letting out a ghoulish roar, much to Danny's shock.

Danny: (in his mind) What kind of power is that?!

Forming a giant icy blue, blade, Cold Hearted King gave the order to drive the blade down, unleashing tremendous shockwave to break the large floating rock with Danny getting caught in the massive blade's attack, causing him to yell out in pain as he fell into the swirling vortex of tattoo like hideous creatures formed by a giant, smirking Lydia. Danny attempts to fly up but Dani appeared with a powerful blast to send Danny disappearing into the twister of monsters.

******

Danny: AAAAAAAAAH!!!

Danny falls flat on his back, groaning.

Danny: I swear this is really getting on my nerves.

Getting up and cracking his back, Danny finds himself in the ghost zone but it looked worse for wear. He really needed to keep on his guard, right now Danny is stuck in a world of bizarre reality and illusion, yet it's starting to get to him in frustration, he needed to find Dani & Freakshow and fast or he's going to go mad.

Danny: Easy, Danny, he may control this place but he doesn't control you...

Danny flew around the wastelands of the Ghost Zone, he heard something, a woman crying. He went to the direction of the sound, finally finding the source and his eyed widened upon seeing a familiar goth woman who was engulfed in green flames.

???: Danny...

Danny: S-Sam?

Indeed it was Sam or an illusion of her surrounded by green fire, eyes devoid of life. Danny was having bad memories of him & sam's fallout, the break up and eventually her disappearance.

Illusion Sam: Why...? Why didn't you listen to me? I didn't want you hurt or worse, I loved you too much to lose you, why? Just why...?

Danny: Sam... I know you meant well, you ended our relationship as I wanted to solve our conflicts... I wanted to make things right-

Illusion Sam: (eyes filled with hatred) I loved you yet you let me die... you let me die... you let me die!!

Danny: No! I didn't let you die, I tried looking for you, we ALL did! I didn't want this fate for you! I... tried...

Danny fell to his knees as Illusion Sam was fully engulfed by the green flames, reduced to ashes when the last thing Danny saw of Sam was her cold, soulless glare. He shook his head, grief and frustration setting in but he can't let it cloud his mind. He needed to keep going, he needed to get-

His thoughts were cut off when he heard another cry, one also very familiar to him.

Danny: Ember... Nonono...

Danny went quickly to the source of the sound, spotting his girlfriend on her knees with her back turned to Danny as she was crying.

Danny: Ember, what are you doing here?! I told you that I'll handle Freakshow, I don't want you to be hurt!

Ember???: D-Danny...?

Danny: Don't worry, I'm here now. I know it's bizarre here but I won't let him harm you anymore.

Danny placed a hand on Ember???'s shoulder only for her to knock his hand away, catching Danny off guard. The rockstar halfa turning around to glare at him with red, hate filled eyes.

Ember???: Don't touch me, you monster!!

Danny: Monster? Ember, it's me! Freakshow is controlling you, you need to snap out of it! I don't wanna hurt you!

Ember??? chuckles sickly.

Ember???: Oh but you did hurt me, dipstick... You hurt me... I loved you & you betrayed me... You took the precious part of who I am!!

Before Danny could speak, Ember??? started to change, her face was swelling up, her longer hair losing its fiery touch and her body started to expand & swell up to highly overweight proportions, the rockstar halfa looking like her alternate, fat future self who suffered at Dark Danny's hands.

Illusion Ember: You took away my passion for music, my beautiful voice when you ruined my vocal cords with your ghostly wail! You made me into this hideous shell of myself!

Danny: But that wasn't me! It was the dark future me! Ember I love you & I still do! Please... I lost Sam, I can't lose you too...!

Illusion Ember: I hate you! You took everything from me! You ripped out my heart & I'll rip out yours out-AGH!

Illusion Ember was blasted in the blast by a medium sized ghostly wail, the overweight rockstar ghost slowly falling the ground not before giving a hurtful look to Danny, her form fading away.

Danny: NO!!!

???: Actually, that was me. And I told you before, you're becoming more like me than you know, hahahaha...

Danny heard the familiar sinister voice and laugh, looking up to see Dark Danny/Dan Phantom standing there, arms crossed with an evil smirk.

Dan: Hello... Daniel...

Danny: No, you can't be real. You're still locked up!

Dan: Maybe I am, maybe I'm not. (Grins maliciously) Heh, your head is spinning right now, isn't it? Your heart beating so much through your chest, unable to grasp reality from illusion... ready to explode.

Danny growls and charges at Dan, who grins even more as the two fought.

Dan: I must say I'm impressed, you've gotten stronger since our last fight. But even with all that power... You still lack discarding your humanity. It's killing you inside, knowing you're going to lose those you care about again & again & again...

Danny and Dan kept exchanging blows until Dan vanished and reappeared with several duplicates of himself, all charging Danny. The ghost man fought each clone of Dan to put them down with his fists, kicks and ecto based attacks but more would take their place to keep attacking Danny. He would later get overwhelmed as the Dan clones pinned him down while the real/illusion Dan stared down at him.

Dan: You will never escape or change your true future, no matter how hard you try. You've already lost Sam, you'll lose Ember, your new Loud friends, your old friends, your family, EVERYTHING! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Dan's sinister laughter echoed as the clones followed in the laughing at Danny, who winced while seeing Freakshow in the sky, laughing as well. Then the sudden visions of his precious loved ones in death situations sparked in his head rapidly, causing Danny to slowly start laughing himself in madness along with Freakshow, Dan & his clones.

Meanwhile, The L-Gear Crusaders, Ember, Spectra and Kitty had finished a long, brutal battle with Undergrowth and Vortex, successfully defeating them & sealing them up.

Nexus Ace: Good work everyone.

Blood Beast: Thanks for the save, bro. That walking tornado was really starting to bug me.

Atomic Angel: Ugh, that overgrown weed ghoul need to learn to keep his roots to himself.

Ice Moon: At least Danny gave us a heads up on their weaknesses, dudes. Good thing my ice abilities came in handy.

Mistress Manic: Ya really break the ice or should I say the root, hahahaha! Get it...?

Kitty: (rolls her eyes) Okay, like no.

Power Phoenix: At least they're gone.

Ember suddenly felt a pained jolt in her head.

Ember: Agh!

Storm Soldier: You alright?

Ember: I am, but just a feeling...

Shadow Samurai: That Danny may be trouble?

Ember: How?

Shadow Samurai: Another abilities in my knowledge of the spirits. You seem to have a link with Danny due to your romantic bond. Sigh, I can see his predicament and it's not good.

Jurassic Brawler: How not good?

Shadow Samurai's eyes glowed to show a spiritual projection, the L-Gear Crusaders, Kitty, Ember and even Spectra either shocked or horrified of seeing Danny in Freakshow's twisted reality, pinned & tortured by Dark Danny or an illusion of him, all laughing sadistically with Freakshow while Danny's eyes was shut while laughing crazily.

Lightstar Soldier: Oh god...

Kitty: Who's that Danny? He wasn't on the news with the other six phantoms, he's really scary.

Penelope Spectra: (smirks) Never knew this side of Danny before... Interesting...

Galacta-Woman: Expression growing increasingly fanatic... He's going mad...

Ember: (worried) Danny...

Nexus Ace: (Using an earpiece communicator) Danny, come in Danny! Respond, we're heading to you! C'mon snap out of it, answer!

Back to Danny...

Danny was laughing crazily but he was getting tired and exhausted as Dan, his clones & Freakshow looked down upon him, laughing with evil grins.

Dan: You will never be rid of me, I will always exist in you.

Freakshow: Truly amazing, I have finally broken the phantom. And don't worry, the nightmare's nearly once I deprive you of everything to the point where you're a thoughtless husk to bend to my will, hahahaha!

Danny had cold sweat rolling down his forehead & was wavering with laughter until he heard something in his right ear, or someone.

Nexus Ace's voice: Danny, respond! We're heading to you! Whatever you're going through it's not real, snap out of it!

Danny: Linc...?

Then he heard Ember's voice through the earpiece communicator.

Ember's voice: Danny! Baby pop, can you hear me?! Whatever is happening, fight it! You went to find your cousin, right? Don't quit on her, don't quit on me, now snap the hell out of it & kick their freak's ass!

Danny: Ember...?

Danny's expression changed, looking at the laughing Dan Phantom, his clones & Freakshow. With a low growl, Danny's eyes narrowed with a glowing green, defiant glare.

Danny: I. Won't. Give. IN!

Danny yells, unleashing his ghostly wail so loud it send Dan & his clones back against the wall, the clones vanished. Dan was being ripped apart by the wail.

Dan: This... Can't... Be...! I am inevitable... I am invincible... I am you....

Dan was fully shattered as the illusion vanished. Danny didn't stop as his ghostly wail started to affect everything, much to Freakshow's shock as glowing red & purple cracks started to form.

Freakshow: What are you doing?! Stop it, this is my world! I rule here, you can't do-

Freakshow was cut off when he felt cracks forming in him.

Freakshow: NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

He begins to be engulfed by bright lights as the place fell apart.

******

Soon, Danny was back in the Circus Gothica carnival, breathing heavily while Freakshow was on one knee, accompanied by Lydia & the six phantoms. The ringmaster glared at the halfa ghost man.

Freakshow: How...? How did you break my world?

Danny: (slight smirk) Guess surprises comes in all shapes and sizes...

A whirlwind of fire appeared behind Danny, revealing Ember who brought the L-Gear Crusaders, Kitty and Spectra as the rockstar halfa went to the ghost man's side.

Ember: You okay? Did he hurt you?

Danny: It's been a crazy cycle but I'm fine.

Ember: (smiles) That's good. (Glared at Freakshow) Cuz I'm gonna hurt him!

Nexus Ace: Time for the circus to be shut down.

Blood Beast: Get ready for a long, merciless beating, ghost obsessed creep!

Freakshow glared angrily with an eye twitch at the group.

Freakshow: Never! I won't be upstaged again, not by you absurd supers & especially not by YOU GHOSTS!!!

Penelope Spectra: Definitely a bad case of envy for us ghosts. Oh the sweet misery...

Galacta-Woman: Indeed.

Freakshow: Tch! You may have broken my illusion world but it matters not, I still have control over reality and the six phantoms! Speaking of whom, entertain our audience! Dani dear... Lydia...

Freakshow raised the staff as red and purple ecto aura engulfed him, transforming him into his ghostly monster form (A/N: The one from the Danny Phantom episode, Reality Trip)

Freakshow: Join me in giving Danny Phantom a final performance to DIE FOR!!!

The five alternate phantoms go for the L-Gear Crusaders, Kitty and Spectra while Danny along with Ember fight a ghostly empowered Freakshow, Lydia & Danny's brainwashed cousin Dani in a heated brawl.
