Leona kahn: (growls) well... speak up, I haven't got all day!

Lincoln: y-yes, we're here for some supplies, food, upgrades for our weapons and a temporary stay at your sanctuary. We have plenty of gold to spare if it will please you and rest assured, we're not here to cause trouble.

Leona kahn stares coldly at lincoln, lynn and luna with a low growl.

Leona kahn: (coldly) keep your gold... I have an endless supply of it anyway but I'll give you what you three want... a temporary stay at my grand leone sanctuary. However, you three will be watched, kept an eye on by my guards from the shadows and if you step out of line or break any of my laws... (growled ferociously at the three louds) GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR... I'll be having wolf ribs and steak with some rhino skin soup for dinner tonight, understand...?!

Lincoln, Luna and Lynn gulped but showed no fear as they nodded.

Lincoln: yes... your majesty, Leona kahn.

Leona kahn: good... guards! Show our guests to their quarters, retrieve the items they need and remember... (glares ominously) don't let them out of your sight...

Lion mutant guards: yes your majesty!

Leona kahn: good... dismissed!

The lion mutant guards bowed down as they turn and escorts lincoln, lynn and luna out of the throne room. Leona kahn growled as she closes her eyes and rests on her throne.

Narrator: with lincoln, lynn and luna.

The three loud mutants were following the lion mutant guards through the grand leone sanctuary as the three were getting glares from the mutant civilians living in the city, much to luna's and lynn's annoyance. The guards helped Lincoln, Lynn and Luna with locating various shops to get their supplies, food and upgrades as well as paying the clerks double for it. Cheapskates, luna and lynn thought in their minds.

After picking up their supplies, the lion mutant guards showed the three loud mutants to their new temporary home, giving them a brief warning that the guards have their eyes on the three louds before leaving. The house they were staying at wasn't the best but not the worse either, couches made of fur, a high-tech television, the floors were paved with fur, a single bathroom that was a bit small as lincoln's closet room back then, a stove and oven made of scraps and three beds.

Lincoln: alright everyone, let's settle in.

Lynn plops on the fur couch, grabs the remote and turns on the television, seeing two lion mutants in wrestling gear in the ring, grappling each other.

Lynn: (smiles) oh yeah! Even in the mutant apocalypse, there's something good to watch!

As the rhino mutant sports fanatic was enjoying her sports entertainment program, luna plops on one of the three beds, the large wolf mutant rocker sighs in relaxation in feeling the sheer softness of the bed.

Luna: ohhh... this bed is sooo soft... bro... you gotta try the beds here.

Lincoln: I will but first I'm starving, I'm about to cook some roasted mutant deer and some green spot eggs, you guys want any?

Lynn: later, watching the wrestling channel.

Luna: in a moment, trying to get comfortable on this soft bed.

Lincoln shrugs as he gets dinner ready.

Back in the throne room, we see the warlord leona kahn resting calmly on her throne but we see a set of glowing yellow eyes spotted in the dark corner of the room. Soon, a swift blur came out of the shadows and lunges at the sleeping leona kahn, who's eyes shot wide open as she caught the intruder in her large hands. The leader of the grand leone sanctuary smirked as the intruder frowned.

Leona kahn: hehehe... try nice but you'll have to do better than that to get the jump on me, leone.

The one called leone grumbled, speaking in an energetic, growly, female voice.

Leone: dang it... so close. I nearly had you mother!

Leone was a 7 year old lioness mutant, slightly long blonde hair, fur, tail, slightly long claws and fangs. She wore a tattered black shirt with some armor, a dark grey skirt and barefoot with wraps.

Leona kahn: hehe... still a cub with the heart of a fierce warrior you are.

Leona kahn ruffles her daughter's hair.

Leone: h-hey, hehehe, mom stop it!

Leona kahn: so what have you been up to?

Leone: (smiles) been learning how to hunt my prey just as you and father taught me, where is dad anyway?

Leona kahn: he went out with his own squadron to search for more food and jewels, he'll be back momentarily.

Leone: okay mom, will you take me on one of your top rank hunts?

Leona kahn: (sternly) leone... you're still a cub, you're not ready to take on the top rank hunts yet.

Leone: (frowns) aaawww...

Leona kahn: you must have patience and more training... then I promise you'll be ready for anything, my little lioness soldier.

Leone smiles as she hugs her mother Leona kahn, who hugs her back. But their mother/daughter moment was interrupted by the lion mutant guards storming into the throne room.

Lion mutant guard 1: your majesty!

Leona kahn growled ferociously.

Leona kahn: you better have a damn good explanation to why you stormed in here while I'm spending time with my daughter!

Lion mutant guard 2: w-we have a bit of a problem.

Leona kahn: (growls menacingly) what happened...?

Lion mutant guard: a horde of lizard mutants have infiltrated the grand leone sanctuary with a help of a spy being one of our fellow guards. We caught the spy but the lizard mutant horde are attacking the city, some of the guards are getting the civilians to the safety of their homes while some are fighting the horde.

Leona kahn growled ferociously as she stood up, handing her daughter over to one of the guards.

Leone: mommy?

Leona kahn: look after my daughter and keep her safe, I'm going out there to defend my sanctuary and my people from the horde. And when their little attack is done, have that spy in my presence by nightfall! (Roars)

Lion mutant guards: yes your majesty!

Leona kahn leaves the throne room while the lion mutant guards watch over leone.

Narrator: with lincoln, lynn and luna.

Lincoln: alright! Dinner's ready, roasted deer and some green spot eggs!

Luna and lynn approach the table as lincoln handed them their dinner as they all chow down. Luna and lynn let out loud belches.

Luna: man bro, you really outdone yourself with this meal. It's so good! (Continues eating her dinner)

Lynn: great meal, thanks linc!

Lincoln: no problem!

As the three loud mutants were eating their dinner, they heard a bunch of screams outside.

Lincoln: huh?

Luna: what was that?!

Lynn: it came from outside!

The three loud mutants left the table and looked out the window to see what was going on as they saw the mutant civilians running and hiding in their homes as well the lion mutant guard army fighting another army of armored lizard mutants.

Luna: oh no! The city's under attack!

Lynn: whoa! It's a war going on!

Luna: lincoln we're gonna need... lincoln? (Notices the white haired wolf mutant gone) where'd he go?!

Lynn: he didn't just disappear!

Luna and lynn then looked around to see lincoln coming out of the room with blasters and a weapon bag.

Lincoln: what? Had to be prepared.

Lynn: (smirks) heh, for a second there I thought you wimped out and bailed on us.

Lincoln rolls his eyes.

Lincoln: please... like I ever do that anymore since living in a mutant apocalypse. Here... (throws a huge bag of weapons at luna and lynn's feet) pick your weapons.

Lynn takes her high-tech war hammer and pistol blasters and luna takes two high-tech twin axes and a spear while lincoln kept his shotgun type blaster and pulse blade.

Lincoln: alright let's defend the sanctuary and show the enemy what we louds are made of!

The buff wolf mutant rocker howled and the muscular rhino mutant athlete roared in war cry while the white haired wolf mutant howled himself as they went out to fight the invading horde.
