Lexi's POV

  If there's one thing that teen sitcoms have taught me, it's that one of the best ways to get closer to your crush is to learn more about them. I couldn't look in Lynn's locker because I didn't want to look like a stalker, so I decided to wait until lunchtime to ask her about her interests. I put on extra deodorant/antiperspirant in the bathroom to avoid sweaty pits and turned on my poker face to avert awkward moments. When lunchtime came, I sat next to Lynn and stirred up some conversation. I learned that she's a total sports fanatic, which definitely explains her physique. She also told me that the cheerleading squad for her hockey team was having tryouts at the Snowflake Ice Rink at 2:00 PM on Saturday and that I should wear ice skates for it. I got out my phone and added it to my calendar.

  At first, I was kinda confused about Lexi joining a cheerleading squad, but maybe she just really likes ice-skating.
