Lexi's POV

  Wow! I-I couldn't believe that I actually just confessed to Lynn! Now my relationship with her will never be the same! Later that day, she walked up to me and said, "Hey, Lexi?"

  "Yeah, Lynn?"

  "I know we've hung out as 'just friends' in the past, but... I was actually wondering if..." 

  "If what?"

  "If the two of us could, y'know, go to Rollerama together this Saturday night at 6:00 PM."

  I blushed and asked, "Isn't that Couples Night?"

  "Exactly," Lynn replied and winked, "what do you say?"

  My entire face went red as I blurted out, "YES!"

  "Awesome. Saturday night at 6:00 PM. Feel free to bring your own skates. Don't forget your helmet. I'll see you there." 

  Whoa. She seriously asked me out on a date! O. M. Gosh! It's official: our relationship is now completely different!
