Later today…

Sammy was sitting on the couch with a frown while Camille and Ben were front of her with arms crossed and stern looks. After leaving school, the twin was called for a talk with her aunt and uncle after getting a call from the principal about the fight between Sammy, Anderson, Taylor and Pablo as well as the attack on school in a brawl behind two alien figures. Many witnesses already explained that the three delinquents started the fight but Sammy wasn't safe either as punishment was in order.

Camille: So already on your first day… you get into a fight with three teens?

Sammy: But Auntie I-

Ben: It ain't good when someone is bullying you on your first day, I know from that and understand that but you gotta at least get a teacher if things get all heated.

Sammy: I know but I couldn't, and if I did those three wouldn't stop! They thought it would be a good idea to pick on me since I'm new, the two of the three had bats to try to bash my & my friends skulls in if I didn't give them money. I didn't want to fight but something drove me to defend myself, can you blame me?!

Camille: I suppose not. And I already got a call from the principal & the three's parents, and witnesses believed that this Anderson, Taylor and Pablo started the fight with you, this isn't the first time of their mean streak. I'm glad you defended yourself but still you're not off the hook. After half the school is repaired, you'll have a week detention.

Sammy: What?!

Camille: (glares) Would you rather go to juvie like the three you just fought?

Sammy: N-No. Detention’s okay, I guess…

Ben: Good. You're too cute for juvie. It's good you stuck up for yourself but sometimes no good act or deed goes unpunished.

Camille: I'm just glad you're okay and nothing was broken from this sudden… alien attack on the school. I'm still having a hard time believing it. Just… don't get in trouble like that again.

Sammy: Yes, Auntie Camille. Yes, Uncle Ben.

The two hugged their niece.

Camille: Now c'mon, dinner's ready.

Ben: Made my special award winning goulash with a side of cornbread and juicy turkey legs.

Sammy: (chuckles) I could eat. I'm as hungry as a shark right now.

The three went into the kitchen.

Lola: You're kidding right?

Lynn: An alien fight from outer space? Now I know those comics and sci-fi movies are rotting your brain, Lincoln.

Lincoln: Look, it's the truth and it's all video and trending worldwide. Why is it so hard to believe? We've seen dragons, magic and ghosts.

Lana: That… is true.

Lucy: (appeared outta nowhere) And so what transpired at our school.

The sisters and Lincoln screamed.

Lucy: Here's the proof on the news.

Lucy turns on the TV as she, Luan, Lynn, The twins, Lisa and Lily sat down on the couch, watching Royal Woods News.

Katherine Mulligan: This is Katherine Mulligan reporting to you live with a special scoop. Due to a video broadcast from royal woods high school which was under the attack by a mysterious creature of unknown origin.

Katherine Mulligan: And not to mention what looks to be a heroine of unknown origin that seems to be fighting off the creature.

Lynn: What the hell?!

Katherine Mulligan: From what we gathered from witnesses so far, the video is trending worldwide in hashtag: Alien Heroine vs Alien Warrior. Questions are arising if there's more aliens among us? Are some good or bad? Will more of them be coming to earth now that they've found us? Do we have a new protector now? (Panicked) Or will our brains be harvested? It's fact people! They can't have my brain! (Grabs the camera) THEY CAN'T HAVE MY BRAINS!!

The news cuts off showing Katherine Mulligan in a straight jacket with a crazed look and a sign that says “technical difficulties, we'll be right back!”

Lincoln: Well… proof enough for you?

Luan: Well aside from Katherine Mulligan going all coco crazy, I see it.

Lynn: She is very strong, I actually wanna take her in a fight.

Lola: Lynn, she literally reduced that ugly, one eyed alien maniac to a puddle of goo. How do you believe that you could take her in a fight?

Lynn: Never underestimate Lynn-sanity’s strength. (Kisses her left bicep)

Lola has an unimpressed look.

Lisa: I must say, this truly is an amazing discovery. Other lifeforms besides our own human resources, this does call for observation and experimentation.

Lincoln: Lisa, I know you're intrigued and curious but I doubt the alien girl would let you or anyone dissect her.

Lisa: Oh nonono, brother unit. I simply require a DNA sample or two study the alien lifeform’s molecular structure and signs of where it originated from.

Lucy: Sigh… Suuuuuure…

Lana: All I can say is that alien girl is cool, I wonder if we'll see more of her?

Lily: I hope so. It'll be nice to have a hero in our hometown if more aliens are gonna show up.

Lincoln: Who knows? Anything can be possible.

Luan: (giggles) Revv up the H symbol on the rooftop to call our mystery Hero by night, hehehe!

Lincoln heard his phone beeped, pulling it out and seeing numerous texts from Lori, Leni and Luna. He quickly texts them back.

Lynn: Who's texting you, Linc?

Lincoln: Lori, Leni & Luna. Apparently, they saw the video of what happened at my school and wanted to know if I was okay. I gave them the heads up.

Lucy: Got a text from mom and Dad about the same thing while they were at work. We're all good.

Lola: Guess the video's more popular than I thought.

Lily: I hope no bad guys or girls saw it. They might think she'll be a bad girl to stop, lock up or trying to use her or something.

Lola: Oh please, like that'll ever happen.

In a military base within the desert, inside was a shadowy silhouette of a man sitting in his command chair, who was looking at the fight between Cyclonicon and the empowered & transformed Sammy, watching with cold blue eyes.

???: (gruff male voice) I knew it… they've finally come. It's time to prepare for the war of mother earth and outer space.

In an unknown location within the amazon rainforest… inside the facility was a shadowy silhouette of a woman sitting at an office desk, watching the same video on a holographic screen, green eyes full of intrigue and curiosity.

???: (elegant female voice) Hmmmm… interesting, perhaps she could be of use to us in the near future of battles to comes. (Calls out) men, prepare my jet, we're heading to royal woods on the double.

Within an underground bunker/laboratory, was a shadowy silhouette of a man working on an invention when news of the video in royal woods popped up, gaining his attention as the figure gazes at the transformed Sammy with sinister yellow eyes and a demented grin.

???: (male voice full of malice) So… another extra terrestrial being has made it's presence known on earth & no agency to cover it up. Perfect… I could use her in my possession, to replicate and further improve on my objectives to have the whole world in my hands. I'll be seeing you soon, lifeform, very soon… hahahahahaha!!

His laughter echoed throughout his labs, the bats above scattering with shrieks.

The next day…

It was the weekend as Camille's home was seen with Sammy finishing up on mowing the lawn, turning it off and wiping the sweat off her forehead.

Sammy: Phew. Okay, check mowing the lawn off list after cleaning the garage, taking out the trash, cleaning the kitchen, helping Aunt Cammy in scrubbing her car, helping Ben move things around & take old junk out the attic and… that's about it. Well, gotta hit the showers.

Sammy then heads back inside, heading upstairs to the bathroom to freshen up. A few minutes afterwards, Sammy came out wearing a white & blue sports bra and stretchy pants with a towel around her shoulders, heading downstairs to the kitchen to pour her a fresh glass of lemonade before heading over to her room.

Taking a sip of her beverage, she sat down on her bed, placing the glass on the stand and seeing the news of herself in her transformed state against Cyclonicon. 50 percent of the royal woods folk praised her while the other 50 percent see her as a danger to threaten their lives or a vigilante to steal the police’s jobs. Sammy paid no mind to it, there were always gonna be critics, good or bad. She got a text from her mom Tammy, asking about her first day in royal woods high as well as her worry about the fight & attack on the school, Sammy replied back, stating that she's having a good time with Aunt Camille and Uncle Ben, and that she was okay, nothing broken or serious.

Her mother was relieved and texted back to be safe and don't get into trouble. Sammy replied back to issue no problem & she will steer clear of any. Another text came by & this time… it's from Amy. The spoiled twin was boasting about how her great life is like with “Samey” gone & wondered if hers was falling apart without Amy there to make it somewhat relevant? Sammy frowns, not even bothering to reply as she blocked & deleted Amy's phone number from her contacts. She meant what she said that She & Amy are done, no arguing, no fighting, no being in Amy's shadow and definitely not being a second to her. Sammy's life couldn't be better, having some friends already and possessing powers of a gem from outer space, thinking about using them for good.

She already beat her first bad guy though admittedly, it was out of dumb luck. Perhaps she can get the hang of it & do what she can to protect royal woods if more like Cyclonicon show up to cause chaos. Sammy would be lying if she wasn't nervous but the twin wouldn't let that overwhelm her, she couldn't quit, she won't.

???: Then you must be chosen to house the Azurite's power. To make sure no one will take it.

Sammy: Huh?

Sammy looks around, seeing no one.

Sammy: Who said that? Who's there?!

???: I did.

Sammy looks at the full length mirror closet door, seeing herself in the transformed state staring back at her but her eyes were completely azure blue with white pupils. Sammy freaked out.

Sammy: What the?! Who or what are you?!

Reflection Sammy: I'm merely a guide transferred to the essence of the Azurite, taking the form of your empowered state.

Sammy: …. Have I gone crazy?

Reflection Sammy leaves the mirror, floating near Sammy like a spirit projection.

Sammy: …?!

Reflection Sammy: No. You haven't. I'm here to help you with what you must prepare for.

Sammy: Prepare for?

Reflection Sammy: The employer of which Cyclonicon spoke of. Her name is Rizara, a very powerful conqueror & destroyer of numerous worlds. She is ruthless, merciless, deadly & a very malevolent force that will stop at nothing to get the Azurite for her ambitions.

Sammy: A conqueror & a destroyer?

Reflection Sammy: Yes… As you can see, the Azurite was created to bring balance, it's power to help the greater good of the universe. However, those of impure & lust for power like Rizara want to use it's boundless transcended power to cause catastrophic destruction or to have the entire galaxy under their boots which can never be allowed to happen…

The projection brought up silhouettes of nine different figures.

Reflection Sammy: You were not the first person to be engulfed by the Azurite's energy for it can never be destroyed, only rebirth or transferred to something more gem wise or someone. 9 other pure vessels have use the Azurite's energy to bring peace and stop individuals of evil nature in many shapes or forms, even sacrificing themselves in the process of saving countless worlds. You are the 10th vessel.

Sammy: I'm…

Reflection Sammy: Yes. With your battle with Cyclonicon, you only used a mere fraction of the Azurite's energy. But Rizara and others like her won't cease until the Azurite's power is in their hands. Evil must never be allowed to take root of it or the universe is doomed.

Sammy was shocked by this news.

Reflection Sammy: You now host the Azurite's essence, I can help you in training to master their powers one by one, to become a guardian, a protector, a hero of not just your planet but the entire universe.

Sammy: ….!

Reflection Sammy: It all depends on your choice. If you don't wish to do this, then the Azurite's essence will be extracted from your body & to move on to the next host who will be chosen. So, what shall your answer be, human?

Sammy was silent, thinking about all the information she had just heard. It was so overwhelming to take and Sammy never thought she would be chosen for a job like this. But as overwhelming as it would be, she doesn't see herself quitting, what if she did? That would leave those she loved vulnerable if the individuals looking for the Azurite find her without it defenseless as well as tearing up the city looking for it.

She couldn't let that happen.

Sammy: (determined) I'll do it. I'll be the next guardian. No matter how hard the tests and trials will be, I'll do all that I can to protect those I love & this world.

Reflection Sammy: Excellent. Perhaps there's hope for you yet. Call upon me when you're ready to learn, there are many trials for you to face…

The projection vanished. Sammy then plopped down on the bed with a sigh.

Sammy: Well… guess normal is out the window in this new journey.
