I took a deep breath. Hopper was behind me.
I could do this couldn't I?
I knocked.
"One second!" I voice called.
The door opened.
"Hey, there El." Kali said.
"Hello Kali." I said.
She pulled me into a hug.
"I missed you." She whispered.
"I missed you too." I sobbed.
She was crying too.
I had never seen her cry. Never.
"Nice to see you again Mr. Hopper." Kali said.
Ironic. Kali has hated Hop. Said he was restricting and a bad man. Now they talked like normal people.
"Call me Jim." He said.
"So El, I hear you have a boyfriend now." Kali said in a sing song voice.
"Oh brother, already?" I whined
Kali laughed.
