Imagine that you are traveling to Rivendell with Lady Galadriel and Celeborn as your parents and Elrond falls deeply in love with you and asks you to stay.

Y/N were riding on a beautiful stallion alongside her parents as they made their way to Rivendell for the Feast of Starlight. It was your first time in Rivendell so you were quite excited to be there for the party. Finally you arrived as a dark haired elf came out to greet you.

"Hello! I'm Lindir and welcome to Rivendell! My lady if you will follow me to the baths we can get you prepared for the feast. "

You were escorted back and quickly bathed and. Had someone do your hair. Your mother came in with a grin as she held up a dress similar to hers except yours was blue and silver with a crown of silver leaves and blue sapphires.

"Oh it's wonderful!" You gasped as you quickly slipped it on, letting your mother do your hair to your choosing. Finally it was time for the feast as Lindir came to escort you to the ballroom.

Elrond was down there along with his daughter and sons as they greeted guests. His eyes immediately swept over to you and he couldn't take his eyes off you.

"Everything alright Ada?" Arsenal spoke with a smirk.

"Yes of course, you stay here-" Elrond fumbled as Arwen dismissed him with a wave. Quickly, he rushed to your side as he greeted your parents.

"Lady Galadriel, Lord Celeborn a pleasure to see you as always. Who is the fair maiden?"

Lady Galadriel smiled "Our daughter, Y/N."

Y/N.  Elrond thought, he loved the name on you very much.

"A pleasure to see a beautiful girl like yourself." He bowed and kissed your hand. "Care to dance?"

You were so awestruck by him that you could only nod in agreement.
As you went off, Your parents shared a smirk and secretly like the sight of you both (*klaus voice* SHIPPAHHH)

You spent the night dancing together, until it was nearly dawn when you decided to take a walk in the gardens.

Elrond wanted to ask you to stay, but he was so nervous that you might say no, but he had to know. It's now or never he thought.

"Y/N?" He asked while tracing your shoulder from behind.

"Yes my lord?" You asked happily as you watched the sunrise.

"Would you.... possibly.... want to stay here? With me?"

You turned to face him with a saddened expression. "As much as I would love to, I don't know if my parents would let me."

Elrond peeked up. "So you do feel
Something then?"

You laughed quietly. "Of course I do! I'd move here in a heartbeat."

Elrond twirled you around overcome with joy, but realized the problem.

"What are we gonna do?"

"You will stay." A feminine voice spoke.

"Mom!" You hissed as your face turned beet red. "Were you spying on us?"

"Yes."

"MOM!" You whined "that's creepy!"

"You we're going to stay anyways to have an arranged marriage one way or another to Elrohir or Elladan, but this will work too." She shrugged casually.

Your jaw dropped as you looked towards your father. "you planned this?"

"Don't look at me! This was your mothers idea!"

"Celeborn! We agreed to-"

"Let's get out of here shall we?" You whispered as you made a mad run for the exit.

Turns out, the "arranged marriage" worked out pretty well and you spent many happy years together the end.
