Itarilde put on a beautiful blue gown and smoothed her hair. This was her first date with Thrandruil and she wanted it to go perfect. A knock was at her bedroom door
"Are you ready Itarilde?"

"Yes I'll be there in a minute." Itarilde called out as she composed her face and stepped out in the hallway. Thrandruil had on a white tunic with silver lining. His cool eyes fixed to her as his jaw dropped open in surprise

"You look gorgeous!!" He oohed as he motioned for her to spin "absolutely fabulous!""

"Thanks! Your not to bad yourself! Shall we go?" She asked

The king bowed down as he took her hand and leading her to a private ballroom where a candlelight dinner was laid

"Thrandruil..." Itarilde was speechless "this is amazing!"

"I'm glad you liked it I uh have a gift for you..." He whipped out a small box. Itarilde opened the box with excitement and gasped in shock. Inside where two heart shaped diamond earrings

"Thrandruil these are fabulous! Thank you!" Itarilde hugged the king causing him to have a little tinge on his cheeks

The couple sat ate and talked about there hobbies, childhood, and there interests and cracking jokes along the way

Itarilde laughed " I still can't believe you had a yo mamma war with Thorin when you were kids!

"Not to mention that I won!" Thrandruil grinned proudly violin music began to play as Thrandruil stood up "would you care to dance?"

"I'd be honored my king." Itarilde stood as they danced for a very long time staring into each others eyes. Finally the music ended and Thrandruil escorted his maiden to her room

"Good night Itarilde " Thrandruil smiled
"Goodnight, thank you for the evening," Itarilde smiled back

Thrandruil stared at the beautiful girl he wanted to kiss her but wasn't sure how to do it then he thought welp here goes nothing YOLO! And kissed her full on the mouth causing her to kiss him back. Once Itarilde was in her room she squealed and expierenced fangirling extreme syndrome
