It was around 5pm, Sameer was eagerly waiting for Naina. He kept staring at the entrance.
For the first time, he was waiting for someone...someone to come back... someone who would not leave with him.

Sameer specially arranged evening snacks and dinner for Naina. Like a child, he kept checking the time... the entrance.

"Naina abhi tak aayi kyu nahi? College toh over ho gaya hoga."
He thought and suddenly realised he had her number.

With a slight blush and a wide smile, he dialled her number. The ring kept going but she didn't picked his call... he gain tried but again there was no response.
Just like that, the time kept passing... it was 8pm now. But there was no sign of Naina.

The once cheerful Sameer...again turned into the arrogant and furious one.
He felt betrayed... he felt hurt. He was furious with Naina... shy didn't she came? If she doesn't want to come back then why she promised?
He throws the glass in anger ... breaking it.

"Yeh tumne theek nahi kiya... Naina."
He said and tears of pain started flowing from his eyes.
Cursing himself for hoping so much... for expecting so much whe  he knew he doesn't deserve anyone attention, love and care.
It was his mistake to again trust someone... to think that someone wants to be with him.

🎵"Teri nazron mein hain tere sapne
Tere sapno mein hain naraazi
Mujhe lagta hai ke baatein dil ki

Next day, Sameer went to the college... but unfortunately Naina didn't came today.
He was really upset... he kept shouting and bullying every student, whom he met in his way.

Munna and Pandit tried to stop him but he wasn't listening to anyone.

"Aaj Sameer itna gussa mein kyu hai?"
Pandit asked worriedly.

Munna nodded, "Haa Pandit...itna gusse mein toh last tab tha  jab-"

He stopped himself from revealing too much... eyeing Swati and Preeti, who were standing with them.
But Swati and Preeti pleaded them to tell everything.

Sighing, Munna said,
"Sameer itne gusse mein tab tha jab Nanu usko chorkar chale gaye the... tab teen mahine tak woh gusse mein kabhi yeh cheez tod ta toh kabhi kuch aur... car bhi speed mein chalata jaise use apni zindagi ki parwah na ho... tabhi se usko yeh cigarette peene ki aadat bhi lag gayi...college join hone ke time tak uska gussa toh kam hua par woh udassi reh gayi."

Pandit nodded sightly  "Haa, wahi udassi jo woh hum sab se chupata hai."

Looking at Sameer and his behavior, Munna said with tearful eyes.
"Pata nahi iss baar Sameer ko kis baat ka itna dukh phucha hai."

Sameer, with Kartik and Sunaina, was teasing and bullying other students. He tried to divert his mind but nothing was helping him.

Gritting his teeth, he thought, "Mujhe itna faraq kyu padh raha hai? Mujhe toh khush hona chahiye... yeh chashmish se peecha hi chutta... Huh. Par yeh gussa... mujhe itna gussa kyu aa raha hai? Kyu itni takleef ho rahi hai... kyu dil mein ek chubhan ho rahi hai? Uss Naina ke naa aane se main itna hurt kyu feel kar raha hoon?"

Feeling frustrated with his thoughts, he started talking with Kartik and Sunaina.

Sameer, suddenly asked, "Aaj club chale?"

Kartik and Sunaina grinned widely.
Putting his hand on Sameer shoulder, Kartik said,"Sameer... hum toh parties aur club ke liye always ready hai."

Sunaina nodded and then scrunched her nose.
"Haa, bss Munna, Pandit, Swati aur Preeti... inka pata nahi. Yeh hamari tarah party animal nahi hai."

Sameer shrugged, "I don't care... Main jaana chahta hoon."

"If you want toh hum dono kaise mana kar sakte hai. College ke baad chalte hai."
Kartik said cheerfully.

Sameer nodded with a small smile. Just then Kartik goes from there to attend a call. Sunaina looked at Sameer and said,
"Sameer...parso raat ko club se tum achanak hi gayab ho gaye."

Sameer replied with a blank face, still thinking about Naina.
"Haa, woh main thak gaya tha so ghar chala aaya."

Sunaina nodded and then said with a big smile, "Oh! Anyways... aaj toh main tumhe ghar jaldi jaane nahi dungi. Khoob masti karenge... dance karenge."

Sameer nodded... he didn't look excited.

As expected Munna, Pandit, Swati and Preeti denied to go club again. Sunaina and Kartik didn't force them.
Munna and Pandit tried to stop Sameer but he ignored their advice and went with Sunaina and Kartik.

After reaching the club, Sunaina and Kartik straight went to the dance floor. Sameer, on the other hand, found a place to sit and tried to relax.

He saw waiter serving the drinks... he was going to order one when he suddenly heard,
"Tum aaj se sharab nahi piyoge, promise."

Sameer shook his head and thought,
"Promise toh usne bhi kiya tha... why should I care? Waise bhi main uski baaton ko itni ehmiyat kyu de raha hoon?"

He angrily ordered a drink for himself.
Kartik went to attend a call... Sunaina goes back and sat beside Sameer.

Waiter come and serves them drinks. Sunaina had it in a go but Sameer looked reluctant... he was unable to break his promise.
She saw him hesitantly looking at the drink.

Smirking, she kept her hand on his shoulder.
"Tumhe kisi baat ka stress hai kya, Sameer? You can tell me."

He shook his head and said, "Nahi ... sab theek hai."

She narrowed her eyes and came a little closer to him,
"Phir drink kyu nhi pee rahe...you know na...tum mujhe bata sakte ho, Sameer."

Sameer started feeling a little awkward with their closeness. He looked away and said,
"Sunaina... I'm fine. Tum... Tumhe pareshan hone ki zarurat nahi."

He kept his drink on the table and stood up... he was going away but suddenly Sunaina hugged him.

Sameer got shocked... he tried to push her away but she didn't budge and said,
"Sameer... tum mujhe lekar pareshan mat ho please."

Hearing Sunaina, Sameer got confused... he push her away and asked,
"What?? Tumhe lekar? "

Sunaina again camr closer... she kept her hand on his cheek a little forcefully and said angrily, "Haa, Sameer. I know tum mujhe... mujhe pasand karte ho. Aur mujhe Kartik ke sath dekhkar... tumhe takleef hoti hai. Main jaanti hoon... tum mujhe pasand karte ho. Aur... Aur main bhi tumhe pasand karti hoon... pasand shayad meri feeling ko describe nahi karta... I love you, Sameer. I love you."
