Peter Pan's POV

I didn't even bother to go back to camp because I still had to breathe in what had just happen. I had never felt this way before and it hurts...this feeling hurts more then a wound because it can't be healed right away, but I had to do what was best for her...let her go for good.

I laid on my bed taking in deep breaths. I remembered her sad look when I gave her back the necklace and a tear spilled down my cheek and them a few more followed. I had been trying to avoid it, but it just kept crawling back to me no matter how many times I try to push it away. I close my eyes as memories swirl around my mind, but it seemed that one of them wasn't just a memory...it was happening and I was hearing it.

Lucinda: Just give me a reason.
Just a little bit is enough
Just a second, we are not broken, just bent
And we can learn to love again.

I saw Lucinda as the shadow held her hand flying over as Lucinda carefully came into my room through the window.

I sang for some reason.

Pan: It's in the stars
You are still written in the scars on my heart

She walked up to me and held my hand making me stand up as our eyes locked once again.

Both: You're not broken just bend
And we can learn to love again.

Lucinda's POV

We looked into each other's eyes and from that moment on I saw something that I had never seen before.

Love and forgiveness.

I looked in Pan's eyes and gave him a warm smile as tears shed on my cheek. I wrapped my arms around him as my head rested on his chest and then I whisperer to him.

" Please don't let me go. "

He sighed and released me as he brushed my loose hair from my face and spoke.

" You don't want to leave. Do you? " , he asked me as he overlooked my shoulder glancing at the shadow who saw we were busy and just flew away.

" No. " , I said softly " Please...let me stay. "

" Lucinda...I-I-I can't..." , he said with despair

" Why? Why do you want me to leave? " , I cried as I looked up to his green eyes.

Peter Pan's POV

Flashbacks filled my mind.

" Well things have changed and well now I call you Pan... "

" Things have changed Pan. I changed and you changed. "

" As long as you hold my hand Peter, then I shall always be your star to shine in your darkened heart. "

" What's there to believe? "

" Wanna hear a joke? It's your love life. "

" You are the only boy that I truly admire. "

" Peter Pan? Aren't you a lost boy in Neverland. "

" The real question is Pan...Are you all better? Are you okay? That is the real question because I don't know anymore. "

" You're aren't Peter...you're Pan. "

I released my hands from Lucinda and put my hands on my head as if in I couldn't take it anymore.

" I want you to leave because I'm not who you would want to be with. " , I cried " You loved me...but I couldn't return the favor to you Lucinda. I couldn't be the perfect boy for such a perfect girl like you. "

" What do you mean? " , she asked me

" I thought I would be better off without you because you deserved a normal life, so I wanted to let you go but then I decided to take a second chance at this love thing, but you wanted to leave..." , I cried

" I thought I was doing you a favor. " , she said choking on her tears

" You don't understand Lucinda. I'm lost without you. " , I sighed
