Personality: William is an incredibly bratty kid, he is extremely annoying and you would be quickly forgiven and understood if you wanted to smack him in the face. He expects a lot of things from people and doesn't exactly know what the word 'no' means. He is incredibly rude to people and will just say exactly what he What's and thinks, if he doesn't like you or get what he wants, he'll throw out insults and yell at you, doing what ever he can to manipulate you into doing what he wants. He will throw a big tantrum and have a complete fit if it doesn't work. He is very stuck up and believes he can simply do no wrong, I mean how can he? He is very spoiled given how he was raised along with his blood type, he believes he is superior because of it. He is very hateful towards others, especially people who are better at things than him, but he will never admit it. He gets jealous really easily and will just try to sabotage you every chance he gets. He's honestly a sly jerk and can always get away with everything because he acts like a teachers pet, he makes sure to have a good reputation with the teachers so that they always have his back. He will also tell on you so never trust this guy with information, but also he is very good at getting information, somehow he always knows what's going on. Like how!?

Backstory: He was raised in a pretty sheltered area so he never personally had to deal with muggles but he was always seeing how they treated wizards and witches and his mother always despised them but his father didn't mind them at all.
