Tonight was the night. Mostly every student was craving for this, and hopefully you were able to snatch a date for the ball. Everything was perfectly planned by the teachers, they wanted to make this a great night for the students. And thought it was a brilliant idea to settle the previous war.

The ballroom was huge and beautiful. With moon like ribbons tracing the walls, and sliver chandlers hanging from the ceiling. There was food and drinks in the corner if anyone one desired them. And a band playing softly to the side, ready to dedicate a few hours to the students every musical need.

This was the time students started to arrive, all dressed up, and masks settled on their face. The night was surely going to be filled with action. Many arrived with friends or dates by their side. Some went alone while others never even showed up at all.

Maybe you wanted some alone time or to get away from the music. Well the gardens could be a nice gentle place to calm down. Especially since it looked so beautiful in the moonlight. The flowers beamed under its glow, and the soft hum of crickets in the background. Quite romantic if you asked me.

But although there was mostly beauty, darkness crept behind the light. Seeping in through the cracks and ready to install fear...
Beware of the danger, for maybe even the people you dance with have your worst intentions at heart.
