She came in room to see the baby wide awake but still scared sitting up on the bed. She immediately took baby in her embrace then gave her some milk which she had got from the hospital kitchen before coming up. She also made her have some breakfast. Then she got lots of toys for the baby from there children recreational area. 

She got freshen up and decided to hop into the ward as she was feeling very restless wanted to check on the stranger once. She wore a simple chicken pista colour kurta on faded blue denim apron she approached toward the room with baby. She made baby sit near him baby was very softly touching his face as she knew it was not good for baby to be exposed to his open wounds she gave her to the nurse and asked her to take her to her suite she'll be back after rounds and she left towards the lift 

As she came out near reception area and was going towards her cabin. she found some goons shouting at the receptionist she immediately went to that direction to know what the chaos was all about.

As she stepped closer she got to know they were enquiring about a kid and a tall fair skinned man. It didn't take her time to realize they were asking about the stranger and that kid .She was just in thought of getting back without being notice as she turned back she saw nurse holding the baby 

she took the baby in her arms and hid her face in the crook of her neck and started walking fast towards lift but before she could reach she saw the goons coming towards the direction. She silently turned and walked few steps opened the emergency exit door and slid towards the stairs. As she reached the next floor she hurried into the strangers room. Within no time with the help of caretakers and nurse she got him shifted to her boutique suite . 

Her suite had a big double bed,couch, resting arm chair near the balcony which opened to a small artifical garden on rooftop. (Boutique suites in hospital are like a nest for the bird its has all the luxury facilities of a home in one room with constant attendants usually alloted to VIP's or pregnancy cases who needed critical care from early months of pregnancy and are advised  to be in hospital for a long period. They're super expensive affair)

It was a beautiful room which held loads of pics and certificates. It looked like a paradise no one is allowed into that room except swara's trustworthy nurses and work ladies. Even Karan had never entered into the room as it would be locked when swara is not using it. It was swaras personal space and she didn't like anyone in her personal space. 

Swara was just staring at the stranger without even blinking her eyes tears were not stopping from her eyes. She was feeling at peace seeing his calm face but thought of his pain and agony were causing pain in her heart. She was now feeling dizzy she remembered about her medicine and was about to reach the meds when she heard mumuring. She turned to see it was him rolling on bed with pain he was  restless as if something of the painful past are flashing in front of him.

She immediately rush towards him and held his shoulder in place she was trying to stabilise his body but he was continuously wriggling in her hold causing his wounds to bleed an pain. He was saying only one word shona....Shona....I... i ...'m ..soorryyy..shona...no....no....leave mme dddooonnt touchhh...She was crying badly now seeing his condition she held him tight making him feel her presence around bent a little and spoke gently in his ears " I'm always with you" He immediately stopped resisting and calmed as if her voice reached his soul. As he again went unconcious she made him lie properly by placing pillow under his head and hands to avoid his hands from moving and getting in contact with the wounds. She also kept his legs elevated she checked his drip and his medication list she had a dismay on her face she immediately disconnected the drip and put him on another one.

Baby was given in care of swara's friend Shamoli  who is a teacher by profession and on vacations she's right now having summer camp at her playgroup so the baby was also sent there to get refresh. Swara made sure that baby was safe and  no outsider gets suspicious of her presence.

Karan had returned to hospital as he went to check on the person he found that swara shifted him to her suite. He was baffled and very angry he started going towards her suite he knocked and asked swara to open it.She was still sitting holding him near to her with blood red eyes as if she cried blood instead of tears she was mess to gather right now. 

As soon as she heard the knock and karan's voice she replied : I'll see you in cabin within 15 minutes. Karan was very angry rage was visible on his  face. She on other hand was busy looking at the stranger and taking care of him she covered him with a bedsheet as heavy comforter may cause him pain. She decreased the AC. Splashed some water on her face and went to meet karan after giving a glance at the sleeping stranger.

Swara : Hi Karan, Good morning

Karan : Whats so good about this morning?

Swara: You sound angry any issues ?

karan: yes biggest issue of my life

Swara: What?

karan : You

Swara (leaving a sigh) : Ohh may be you should stay away from issue for some days so that you feel better.

Karan (Angry Tone) : So that you can enjoy with strangers.

Swara (anger shot up) : Mind your language Mr Mehta

Karan : So from Karan i become Mr mehta that to for a stranger.

Swara : i don't need to answer you anything.

Karan : you have to damn it i've the right to know

Swara : No you don't have any right and i don't owe you an explanation.

Karan: So much love for a stranger or i must say old lost lover.

Swara :Just shut up and stop talking rubbish.

Karan : Oh ! that one day old stranger God knows who he is some goon,thief or terrorist became so important for you.

Swara : When you don't know about a person don't utter non sense.

Karan : I think its high time we inform police he might be dangerous this issue will be once and for all over.

Swara : You can't do this

Karan : I'll do it if possible i would have killed him instead of saving him yesterday if i would have known in a day he'll snatch you from me.

That was it for swara her anger reached the peak. Karan felt a burning sensation on his cheek swara had given him tight slap.

Swara : Don't even in your wildest dreams think about harming him.

Karan : Who the hell is he your past or new present or someone in between it to satisfy your desire.

Swara she was burning with rage her anger had no boundaries.

She shouted on top of her voice echoing the complete hospital

SWara : He is Dr Sanskar Maheshwari.....my Sanskar...my love...life...reason that i still exist...my....

Her answer left him spell bound and surprised but he cut her before she said that last word 

Karan ( with smirk) Oh that betrayer who ran away leaving you all alone. he has to pay for everything i'll make sure and don't link yourself with him ever you are mine only mine would always be mine

Swara : Stop it and mind your tongue and i'm taking him home with me till swara is alive no one could touch her sanskar. I'm only his in all my births and till i'm alive.

She stormed out of the room banging the door behind. Leaving karan shocked and sweating.

Karan (monologue) : Your past is invading in my present which i won't allow. No one can snatch you from me i'll marry you by hook or crook.

Swara (monlogue) : I've waited for you and i am only yours...I'm alive after finding you and won't loose you to anyone.... even if world hates you my heart can never.....Questioning your genuinity is like questioning my existence.I love you and only you forever and ever.

She reached the floor and was rushing towards her room when karan called her and she stopped near the door.

Karan : I am sorry for hurting you. Whatever i said about you was wrong i'm extremely sorry but i didn't say anything wrong about him he is a betrayer he should be punished for his deeds. He is not right for you thats why your family selected me for you.We will soon get engaged yes mind you didn't marry him. He doesn't deserve you at all.

A pair of ear in pain and despair were listening to this tears were rolling out of his eyes. His body was feeling paralysed whole world around him stopped he wanted to talk but couldn't. His swara was going to be hitched with someone else. Yes, it was sanskar who heard everything in his semi concious state .

In the meanwhile someone entered the room from the window and started unplugging the appartus. Finally he turned off the oxygen valve as he did that sanskar started breathing heavily as he started throwing his hands it moved vigrously,his hand hit the frame kept on the side table which fell with a noise. 

Karan was still trying to divert swara, But before swara could reply karan the noise from room startled her and as she entered the room she was shocked to see sanskar gasping. She immediately rush to his side started plugging the apparatus and also on the oxygen cylinder... She was in pain seeing his condition and also scared with the mere thought what if she didn't arrive on time. 

Karan taking this as an opportunity entered swara's room. He was awestruck looking at the beautiful space but was angry when he looked around to find it was not just a room but a place which held the memories of  swasan's love. Each and every corner had there pics with sanskars achievements and degree certificate neatly hanging on wall. It was a room in which she kept him and his love alive all throughout.He noticed the fallen frame near the  bed in which swara was in sanskars arm. His blood was boiling and he said in mind i'll make your relationship just like this frame broken and shattered.I won't let him back in your life never again.

As swara saw him bit stable She immediately went and sat beside sanskar holding his hand. You again saved my life like always. Once because of me you reached here but not again please just don't panic i'm here and will always be there. She was totally lost in him listening to the song played somewhere unknown but the lyrics exactly matched her situation...

She held his hands and placed light peck on his knuckles....Her tears were rolling down her cheeks as if it'll wash away all their pain with its flow....

She was checking him breathing and looking emotionally towards his pale wounded face... His pain was reflecting in her eyes...

She was longing to hold him in her arms...just wanted to feel that he is safe and with her...All her love was pouring through her eyes continuously she had lost herself in those moments..

She was remembering their moments were she can see him smiling and holding her close....She closed her eyes to feel those moments again.....

She was so lost that she forgot everything around thats wen someone's hand on her shoulder pulled her out of the imaginary world throwing her into the reality even the sound of the song was no more to be heard... She immediately wiped her tears...

Someone kept hands on her shoulder she saw karan but didn't say anything and kept on staring sanskar without blinking eyes as if she blink the eyes he will disappear. Breaking the silence in the room

Karan : Swara if you don't mind please have your lunch its in my cabin till then i will take care of him at least till he is here let me take care of him so you get some rest.

Swara : He is not staying here i'm taking him home with me i'll look after him and you please stay out of it.

Karan : I know your angry on me but please for once trust me just have your lunch you didn't have anything since morning even you have to take your medicine.

She felt sanskars grip tightening on her hand she gave a faint smile on his state.

Swara : Please send it here i'll have it in the room.

Karan left from there without uttering a single word.

As he left and in sometime sent food for her. She ate it after which she locked the room and immediately went near sanskar and rested herself near him inhaling his smell. She slipped into a sound sleep as sound of his heartbeats were the lullaby which soothed her restless heart.

Past is come back knocking how will the present react...past holds a lot of mysteries within for everyone...It brings a usher os memories hunting down so now is it the time to relieve the past in presetn...Will it just change the present or just turn the table completely....
