Every loyalist looked to him with suspecion especially to the Black Templars and Dark Angels, while the Salamandera wanting explanation as well as to make sure it doesn't escalate

Said Ronan as he looked at the Salamander and Dark Angel, luckily he took some time as well as his Brothers to read the current Space Marines Chapters especially the famous ones Black Templars, he is one of those who have beaten Sigismund in single combat until this day he is the only Marine that Sigimund haven't defeated and one of the reason why Abaddon feared him

Ronan gathered with his officers and Auxiliary namely Master of the Forge, Archmagos and Chief Apothecary etc. to discuss of their losses

"how many did we lost Brother?" Said Ronan to his chief Aphocary Markus

"Fortunate only as few as 13 Brother though some would be put into Dreadnoughts"" Said Markus "We have harvested their gene-seed, they are the first among many in the future, we need to establish permanent recruiting world to replinish our numbers

Ronan nod at that, it was mainly thanks to their experiance and tactics that they have quite little casualties not to mention the 3 chapters already soften the enemy and he have to plan carefully for future engagement

"This planet has martial culture we can gather some recruits, our deeds may put some boys to be interested to joining our Chapter, but with our numbers we need more planets and made some pact for ready recruits to be taken" Said Dean

:We may, still we have to carve out our own realm for that matter" Said Aaron

Everyone looked to him for that proposition "And pray tell brother, this Inquisitions would take it as suspecion if we are not careful enough" Said Nath

"Each Great Company will defend it, and for every 5 years they will stay to defend the realm and rotate to another Great Company vise versa, only when dire need that they will be deploy, though to keep their skills sharp they are permitted to send at least 3 companies to other battlefield should the need arise" Said Ronan

They are thoughful for that, well 5 years is a short time so, they agreed for his proposal

After some talk they'll all agreed to make their own realm similar to their parent realm of Ultramar except they might left some worlds where they can make ready made recruits, still they would recruit in civilize worlds but not before molding them into martial culture similar to Ultramar

With it, Ronan would one more meetings with the 3 chapters and show them more evidence, the Salamanders they quickly earn their respect and ally as it appears Ronan was gifted by Vulkan a power sword and everyone of them are amaze that his powerfist is directly handed to him by the Emperor himself, which made the Black Templars saw some reverence towards him due to their believing that the emperor is a god even their chaplain saw some divinity on him which Ronan shrugged, last time he check the Emperor bless him that even Psykers would saw his aura that protecting him from their powers

After that, the Planet's Governeor granted Ronan and the Templars to get recruit obviously the Templars gets the most boys due to their reputation and many have know their existence

Also given rights to built a recruiting ground to the Knights of Ultramar as the Templars have many and let them have the planet as one of their recruiting worlds

Then they depart and the Knights themselves have private talks with the Dark Angel and swore an Oath to never reveal the Fallen Angels of course Ronan have a private talk with Beliel about it and have to reluctant agreed but not after he gave some points about the Fallen

After that, the Knights of Ultramar goes out to make a name for themselves and search for a realm of their own and make allies
