"Rafe, can we talk?" Magnus and Rafe currently in a car on their way to send him to school. He tilted his head to his side facing his father in curiosity. "Yeah?" He answered faintly. "I know you found Alec." Rafe widen his eyes at the words and he thought he has few more times to hide from his dad but clearly he was wrong. "Uhm." He couldn't form any words so he removed his gaze towards the window not able to look his father in his eyes.

"Rafe look at me." Magnus gripped his chin to make Rafe look at him again, he was surprised that his eyes were covered in tears begging to fall. "Oh baby." He pulled him towards his chest and Rafe sobbed immediately. "I'm sorry baby, I know you missed him, I missed him too." He said after awhile Rafe in his hug. "Are you going to bring him home to us again." He asked, looking upward to met his father's eyes. Magnus sighed before he released his grip on Rafe's body. He kept looking at him waiting for an answer, an answer he was begging to hear ever since he know Alec is alive.

"I don't know Rafe, we have to make sure he is the real Alec or not. Probably he is some guy who look exactly like him. Don't get your hopes up so much okay. If it were meant to be, then it will be." Rafe looked down and went back to his seat looking front at their driver. He noticed Henry was looking at them from the mirror. He nodded knowing he might not get what he wants but he already had plans in his head. He always get what he wants, no matter what it takes, either with his father help or not.

Alec slowly flutter his eyes open and the first thing that hits him was pain. Pain all over his body and he can barely move his muscles. He saw light coming from his window with the curtain flipping in and out due to the wind. He felt dizzy and he wanted to go back to sleep but somehow he wanted to wake up. He felt the bed dipped next to him and a hand caress his hair.

"Morning Alexander."

"Alec, look at me, its me. Hey, you're safe, I'm not gonna hurt you."

"Alec."

"I love you Alexander. Always and forever."

"Alec."

"Alexander." Alec shot his eyes open wide and he tilt his head to the side and saw Mateo concern eyes looking down at him. He was panting and breathless again but soon as he look around, he was back in his room, his current room. Every time he dreamt he wonder where he was and sometimes he forgot where exactly he is. Mateo cupped his cheek and made him face his eyes. "Hey, hey breathe. Its okay. I'm here." He said soothingly before pulling Alec on his chest lying down next to each other.

"What happened?" Alec asked after he gained back his normal breaths. "You had a seizure yesterday. I should have seen it coming, you were in so much pain it hurts me to see you like it." Mateo explains but Alec felt insecure knowing Mateo seen him in such situation, he felt vulnerable. Mateo noticed the awkwardness in between them when he planted a kiss on his forehead. "Hey its okay, I have seen it almost everyday in my shift. You have nothing to be embarrassed about. I was just so worried about you but luckily it only happened once. Are you okay? Are you still in pain?"

He asked worriedly knowing the outcome of patient after seizure but he can't do anything, not unless they are at his workplace. Alec looked up meeting his eyes before he shook his head lightly. "Just sore. I can't feel my muscles and my headache is still there." He said and Mateo look concerned at his complains. "Lets go to the hospital then. Get you treated." He raised his body but Alec pushed him back on the bed, "No, I want to stay here with you." He said and wrapped his arm around Mateo's torso. He smiled kissing Alec's forehead with his arm wrapped around Alec's upper body.

They stayed for a while and Mateo noticed Alec had fallen asleep right after so he slowly removed himself out from the bed. Alec continued sleeping till the afternoon when he woke up and tried to get off the bed, he needed to use the bathroom and when he woke up, no one was around in his room, he was alone.

He sighed lifting his legs off the bed and sat on the edge gaining his posture. He felt dizzy and weak but he needed the bathroom. He held the bed post before moving his legs slowly one by one reaching to the bathroom. Luckily for him, the bathroom is connected in his bed and he doesn't have to walk that far. As he walked baby steps reaching to the bathroom, he felt dizzy again, he tried to reach for anything but his eyes blurred and he wanted to fall, he thought he would but then he felt a strong arm wrapped around him. "I got you." He looked to his side and saw Mateo put Alec's arm around his shoulder and he lifted his body from his current position.

"I just want to use the bathroom, sorry I troubled you." Alec said but Mateo looks back at him with furrowed eyebrow. "Alexander don't ever think you troubled me. I want to take care of you, its my responsibilities." He said as he guiding him to the bathroom. "Your responsibilities?" He asked again and Mateo smirked. "Your my boyfriend Alexander, I won't leave you when things got hard." Alec smiled at the thought of Mateo taking care of him, it felt nice.

Mateo guide him to the bathroom and he wanted to assist Alec with his pants but Alec pushed him out. "What?" He asked confusingly. "I'm not gonna let you see me naked yet." He said but Mateo had a smirk on his face. "Oh so I'm assuming those pants you wore was actually on by itself then?" He said crossing his arm over his chest and leaning against the door. Alec was stunt, his jaw dropped and his eyes bulged in surprised. He look down and he saw he was in his shirt and sweatpants, how can he not realized he was in a different outfit. "How did you-" He was cut off with Mateo's lips crashed with his. Mateo grabbed his neck to deepen the kiss and Alec return with same feeling but somehow his kiss made him opened his eyes and look at Mateo's crystal blue eyes. "I need to pee." He said and Mateo smirked kissing his lips again for the last time before he closed the door of the bathroom.

Alec finished peeing and removed his clothes and stood in front of the mirror before him looking at his swollen lips due to the heated kissing moment earlier. He brought his fingers through his lips tracing them. He wasn't sure what his feelings were cause the kiss somehow doesn't made his heart sparks or his toes curled. He eyed his body at the mirror and he traced his fingers on the scar all over his body. He never knew how he got them all and when he asked his mother, she always answered briefly and kept saying it was due to the kidnapping. But when Alec saw the scar, he knew it wasn't just came from two years ago, probably older than that. Probably that's why he was so insecure on Mateo to see him naked. He doesn't want him to feel disgusted at him.

The scar was all over, his chest, his shoulder, his torso which obviously visible. He wanted to remember how it got all those scars but his brain shut it down. He sighed grabbing the towel by the hanger next to the mirror when he heard a knock on the door. "Alec, babe you're okay?" Mateo asked. "Y-Yeah, I'm gonna take a shower, I'm fine." He answered back and removed his pants and placed the towel closer to the shower. his legs started to get used to the walking and he is much stable by now.

"Okay, come downstairs for lunch after okay?" He said back and Alec answered shortly. He stepped in a shower and half an hour later he was done dressing and ready for his lunch, he had to admit he was starving. When he entered the kitchen, he saw Mateo with food tray in his hand bringing it to the table. "Hey, come on. Lets eat." He said and Alec sat on the table prepared to stuff himself with. Mateo cooks well and he made the best dish for Alec but nothing beats his mom's cooking.

"I'm thinking." Alec started when they were halfway eating. "Since my exams are over, I want to go home for a bit." He said and Mateo drop his fork and look at Alec. "Home as in Italy?" He asked. Alec nodded weakly not liking the reaction that he had. "I was just thinking I could have you for two weeks since you're not going to class and all. I have planned for us." He said and Alec smiled at him, "Oh, really? What planned would that be?" He leaned slightly closer to him and Mateo leaned closer, their nose were almost touching and their lips inches away. "Anything you want baby." He said and Alec grinned before he leaned for a kiss.

"Hey what are you doing?" Mateo asked Alec as he was sitting on the couch with his laptop on. "I got an email from my professor. They had an event tomorrow and needs volunteer. There's an extra credit for it." He said as he showed Mateo the email and he read them through. "Are you sure you're up for it, you need rest Alexander." Alec clicked his tongue at him and grabbed the laptop back. "I'm fine, I can't keep resting otherwise my muscles are wasted." He said and Mateo eyed him without forming any words. He sighed in defeat minutes after rubbing his temple.

"Fine, you want me to call Tom to send you there tomorrow?" He asked grabbing his phone wanting to call Tom and Alec nodded mumbling thank you to him. He read again the email and he felt eager to be there tomorrow. 'Need volunteer for escorting a group of 3rd grader in Art and Craft society club to National British Museum, Extra points granted.' He read and replied the email immediately signing himself up. He loves the museum and historical item so why not volunteer. 3rd grader is big enough to know how to use a bathroom and follows instructions.

"Tom said he'll pick you up tomorrow at seven, the tour starts at nine right? You need to beat the London traffic so you won't be late." Mateo said and Alec nodded with his thumbs up. He can't wait to this event even though is something he used to do back in Italy. He loves helping other people and he had good interaction with kids.

"Daddy you're not coming to the museum with me tomorrow?" Rafe asked after dinner when they were sitting down watching The Avengers together. Magnus sighed leaning his head back rubbing his forehead, truthfully he forgot about it and he had an important meeting tomorrow at the office. "I'm so sorry Rafe, I cannot make it. I had to work tomorrow." Rafe huffed crossing his arm over his chest, same expression as always, cute but deadly. "You promised." He said but Magnus completely forgot about it. "I know I'm sorry, I promised I'll make it up to you." He brings his palm together begging for his forgiveness. "Fine, but you owe me big time." Rafe said and Magnus chuckled pulling him towards his side hugging him tighter. They continued watching the movie till Rafe fall asleep and Magnus brings him to bed.

"Okay kids, line up for the entrance, pick your buddy and stick with them all day until the end of our tour okay? We're gonna put you in a group and you will be touring with one adult and please pay attention otherwise you'll get lost." The teacher starts to mentioned names and put them in four groups. The crowd isn't that much and each group contains three to four people. Rafe was unlucky to have group with that Cole kid and he wanted to change but then he saw him. Alec.

"Okay Rafe, Cole, Anna and May. You'll be in one group with Mr Lightwood. He'll guide you and stick with him till the end of the day okay." Rafe didn't say anything only to look up to the tall guy with a wide eye and shock expression, truthfully, Alec had the same expression, but he hides it well. "Hey guys, my name is Alexander Lightwood, but you can call me Alec." He started and Rafe still didn't move his gaze towards him.

"That's stupid." Cole said and Rafe look behind him eyeing the chubby kid with anger. "What did you say?" Rafe asked crossing his arm over his chest again. "His name is Alexander and his nickname should be Alex not Alec. Is he retarded or something." Cole and his friends laughed at Alec and surprisingly Alec smiled with a small chuckle. Rafe hated when people make fun of other people. "His brother called him that when they were little and the name sticks. You shouldn't make fun of people just because they different name, Cole." Rafe sticking his tongue out and Cole had weird expression on his face. "You two know each other?" He asked and Rafe forgot that Alec doesn't know who he is. he turned around and found Alec with his forehead creased and his eyebrow furrowed. "H-How did you know that?" He asked, and Rafe knew he's busted for real. Time for the truth he guess.
