-in Dawn's mind- Dawn's POV 

I was holding a charm in my hand, the charm looked like a phoenix, Slayer was battling the evil force. I closed my eyes and transformed into my battle form. Slayer and Karma looked at me scared. I attacked the leader of the dark force. My eyesight was getting blurry every time I hit them. What is happening to me? The leader pinned me to the ground.

??: you know you remind me of my aunt who died"

: my mother..."

??: hello cousin"

??2: Poison, knock her out and then kill her lover!"

Poison: yes mother"

What happened next scared me. I used the phoenix roar, Poison was sent flying and everyone but me covered their ears. I stood up and tried to shift but I blacked out from the pain.

I opened my eyes and saw I was laying in a bed. I looked around and saw it was not mine or Slayer's room. I sat up and saw a poster of a knight, where I'm?! The door opened and Neko walked into the room.

: Neko?"

Neko: good, you're awake"

: where I'm?"

Neko: my place, Slayer is here too"

: where is he?"

Neko: downstairs, like I got to go. See you later"

Neko grabbed a bag and left. I went downstairs and saw Slayer talking to someone on the phone. I walked over to him and gently hugged him. I felt a hand on mine. Slayer hung up and hugged me. I placed my head on his chest. Slayer gently kissed my head.

Slayer: I'm so glad you are safe* I looked at Slayer* I was worried about you*I gently touched his cheek. Slayer gently moved me closer to him. I kissed Slayer. Slayer kissed me back. I felt Slayer's arms wrap around me. I wrapped my arms around his neck. Slayer gently broke the kiss* are we together?"

:* kissed him again* yes"

Slayer gently picked me up and spun me around. My face turned deep red. He gently placed me on the floor and kept me close to him. 3 weeks later I had the same nightmare over and over again. Karma has been helping me with my powers. I sat on the edge of my bed. Slayer walked over to me and gently took my hands in his. '

Slayer: babe, I know something is wrong please tell me*I started crying, Slayer gently pulled me into a hug. I cried in his chest. 5 minutes later* babe please"

: For the past three weeks, I've been having the same nightmare over and over again. "

Slayer: can I know what the nightmare was about?"

: no, my family did not want to deal with my aunt and cousin, my father said they have turned down a wrong path"

Slayer: babe, I promise that I will never let you get hurt* he kissed me, I kissed him back* I heard there is a party going on tomorrow night, do you want to go?"

The next day. Me and Arno were getting ready for the party. I wanted no makeup this time. I looked at my dress.

Arno spun around in her dress.

Wow, she looked pretty. At the party. I stayed by Slayer's side. Arno was holding Neko's hand. I ship them. 2 hours later we were sitting at a table when we heard yelling. I was about to get up when Slayer placed his hand on my arm telling me not to move. Slayer kicked the table and we were now hiding.

Neko: a fight is happening"

Slayer: Neko, do you have your radio on you?*Neko showed a radio* you know what to do* Neko touched the radio*"

Neko: my group should be coming any minute now. Arno do you have the pendant I gave you?*Arno nodded yes* Slayer please tell you have your car nearby"

Slayer: I do"

The glass broke and people landed near us. Me, Arno was sitting in the car. Slayer and Neko were talking to someone. I looked at my phone and saw the news.

" A local party is chased by dark evil people who are working for someone who we don't know. The people that were hurt are being taken to the hospital. A team of warriors stopped the fight before a lot of people got hurt. Neko's the leader of the light team is currenting talking to the news about the team"

I placed my phone down. Arno looked at me and tilted her head. I handed her my phone and laid my head back on the back of the seat.

Slayer's POV

I walked over to my car and saw Dawn was sleeping. Arno was reading her phone.

Neko: is Dawn asleep?"

: yep"

Neko: we should get her home"

: I will, want to ride with us?"

Neko: sure"

1 month later, Dawn's POV

It's snowing school is still out. I was watching Netflix when my boyfriend handed me a cup of hot cocoa. I smiled and moved the blanket for him. Slayer sat next to me and gently placed the blanket on us. I gently placed my head on his shoulder. Slayer gently wrapped his arm around me and smiled. After the movie Slayer gently kissed my head. I smiled and gently laid my head on his chest.

Slayer: sleepy my love?"

: a little, the winter weather messes with me"

Slayer: want me to turn up the h* the power went out* what the?!"

I started to get cold. Slayer gently pulled me into his lap and tried to warm me. Karma walked downstairs and was using his fire as light.

Karma: what happened?"

Slayer: the power went out"

Karma: I will call the power people, Dawn, are you okay?*I nodded no, my powers are weakening. Karma walked over to me and wrapped a fire bracelet around my waist. I looked at the fire* it will keep you warm until the power is back on"

: thank you"

Karma: anything for a friend"

I laid on my head on my boyfriend's shoulder. Slayer smiled, Karma pulled me and Slayer on the ground.

Slayer: Karma what the heck?!"

Karma: quiet"

The front door was kicked down, they went upstairs. Karma slowly dragged me and Slayer to the basement.

Slayer: Karma, we need to go to the other realm, we will be safe there"

Karma: don't worry* pulls a blanket off an old mirror, he drew a fire symbol on the mirror and it started to change* Dawn, you and Slayer go in first I will be right behind you"

Slayer grabbed my hand and went through the mirror

No One's POV

As Dawn and Slayer went through the mirror.

Karma: Dawn look at your clothes"

Dawn looked down at her clothes and saw they were different.

The gate opened on the other side, Slayer, Dawn, Karma landed on the ground ( on their feet) the light guards pointed their weapons at them.

Neko: stand down men, they are with me"

The light guards put their weapons away. Neko walked over Dawn.

Neko: how are you feeling?"

Dawn: a little dizzy but I'm okay"

Neko: let's get you guys to the tents, Dawn I can take you to the healers"

Neko lead Dawn to the healer's house. Slayer and Karma went to the meeting tent.

Later that night Dawn's POV

I was sitting next to a river, looking at the stars. I felt something being placed on me, I looked and saw Slayer placing a blanket on me.

Slayer: what are you doing here alone?"

: thinking"

Slayer gently sat behind me and covered us up with the blanket. I gently placed my back against his back. Slayer wrapped his arms around me and smiled.

Slayer: is there anything I can help you with?"

: babe, can you help me with my powers"

Slayer: of course my love"

I slowly closed my eyes.

Slayer's POV

I gently picked Dawn up. I went to my tent and placed Dawn in the bed. Her necklace touched the pillow. I gently kissed her head. Tomorrow we move to the camp zone. Karma walked into the tent.

Karma: Neko wants to speak with us"

I went to the meeting tent. Neko, Arno, and Amelia were waiting for me and Karma.

Neko: good now, we are all here, the plan is to move to the camp zone by noon. Xeriesa is on the move, her last known location was in the castle ruins, her son is there too"

Amelia: no"

Neko: we need to figure out his name"

Amelia: we need to find them"

Neko: I know we need to"

Karma: before they find Dawn"

: that's my girlfriend you are speaking of there Karma"

The next day, after they moved to the camp zone. Dawn was talking to her twin Amelia. I went to my old place. I opened the door and saw old pictures of the light team. Arno, Neko, Karma, Shad and me. We added two new members, Amelia, and my girlfriend. I heard a knock on my door. I walked over and saw Shad standing here. I hugged Shad. Shad hugged me back.

Shad: sorry I been gone longer than normal"

: it's fine, how is your beast form?"

Shad: got it uncontrol, I was helping the light force"

: it's okay*We spent the day talking. Dawn walked into the room, her skin was pale. I walked over to her* babe are you okay?* Dawn passed out, I caught her and took her to my room* Fairies of light please come to me"

The fairies came to me and stayed near Dawn.

Fairy 1: she is weakened by a power in her that she can't reach"

: the power she fears to get"

Fairy 1: yes"

Fairy 2: she needs to get that power before the silver moon"

: that's in two weeks"

Fairy 2: yes"

3 hours later Dawn's POV

-her dream-

A light appeared near me.

??: Dawn, do you need help getting the power?"

: yes"

The light handed me the phoenix charm.

??: your boyfriend needs to help you train with that the charm"

I opened my eyes and saw fairies flying in my room. The door opened and Karma was standing there.

Karma: fairies out* the fairies flew out of the room* Dawn, how are you feeling?"

: better, where is Slayer?"

Karma: downstairs, he is talking to Neko and Arno about a new plan"

: new plans?"

Karma: we will fill you in later* he throws a bag at me* get changed we are heading to a village"

Karma closed the door and I sat up and changed into the clothes that were in the bag.

I looked at the arm armor, why do I need this? I went downstairs and saw Slayer wearing armor that made him more hotter than before. Slayer walked over to me and smiled. Slayer gently pulled me close to him. Slayer gently kissed my head.

Slayer: babe, you look awesome in that armor"

: *blushes* t-thanks b-babe. Y-you look h-h-ot"

Slayer chuckled a little and kissed me. I kissed him back.
