Yup another update...

"May I come in?" I asked to the person standing infront of me....Preeti Agrawal....the most ambitious lady in Mumbai. Standing like a broken begger. I again rolled my eyes on her lack of response. After staring at me for few seconds...she blinked her eyes...."Vivian, beta come inside."

I entered inside to see the great luxurious mansion of Agarwals now seems like an old monument....which lost its glow even after having luxurious items.

Without getting into more details of their house.... I turned towards her..."Where is Mr. Laksh Agarwal? Call him!"

She nodded and went inside....while I was just standing there with my patience. Mr. Agrawal came downstairs and gave me a smile. I just returned his gesture.

"Sit beta..." he requested. I sat on the couch opposite to him. He adjusted his glasses...."So, I assume you are not just here to spent time with us..."

"Mr. Agarwal...you need to see something. I showed him the video which made him red due to anger....he turned towards me...."Who?"

I sighed "I don't know." Then I told him everything how I found him. He promised to help me in one condition....that is I will try to make his relationship better with his daughter.

Before I accept.... I decided to ask those unanswered questions...."Who is Damini....Mr. Agarwal?"

Mr. Agarwal lost colour of his face....then he closed his eyes to control himself....then he spoke..."My ex fiance....whom I knew from my childhood....he was just another spoilt brat of our classy society.... another mean girl who thinks she deserves everything....and she wanted me... she even was successful in getting me but then... I just....”

I tried to push his boundaries..."You just what Mr. Agarwal?"

He smiled sadly...."I just broke her into pieces. I was in love with my Preeti whereas Damini used to love me and in fear of loosing me... Damini sent her father to my father for our engagement fully knowing I am already in a relationship. Dad never pressurized me for anything....so he said it would be my place to decide. I called Damini from my land phone to say how I love Preeti not her and I cannot marry her. She begged me to reconsider her feelings.

Soon Me and Preeti broke up and Damini seeing a chance again sent her father and this time I was angry with Preeti so I accepted the proposal. Our wedding preparations started... I was not a bit happy and Damini assured me she will heal me and give me time to start our relationship. Preeti was heart broken hearing about my wedding with Damini. 15 days before my wedding....Preeti sent me a video of Damini mocking her by showing me and her wedding card. I got angry at her behaviour as I already told Damini I don't want her to interfere in my life. I called her and demanded for explaination.... Damini just said that she is going to my wife and Mrs. Agarwal....she has every right to interfere.... moreover she just wanted Preeti to leave college so that there will be no one in our marital life. Next day her father came to our house and proposed a ridiculous idea along with legal papers. In the papers it was written that after marriage his daughter will have 50% share of my property...and if in future we decided to divorce each other...my 50% share will also go to her. He demanded from my father to give me my share of property from Agarwal group of industries. So that legally as a security of his daughter....she can become share holder in my seperate business.

We all got shocked....my father refused this ridiculous deal. Her father assured me in return Damini can never divorce me even if she wants but if she filed for divorce....she will have to give up her 50% so there is no way we both will get divorce. I got frustrated and told him to get out. She called me later that night to apologise on her Dad's behalf but I told her I need some time.

I forgave her and three days before the wedding, I received a call from Preeti's mom. Her mom told me Preeti is in hospital. I rushed towards the hospital where she was admitted only find out she was pushed infront of a car by Damini.

I was seeing red in front of my eyes. Damini was obsessed with me.... my dad informed me....her lawyers bailed her out.... I was furious....so I broke our engagement. She cried....begged me but I did what was right... cutting her off.

Then me and Preeti patched up....and moved on. We never even tried to get any information about her .. through mutual friend we found out....she was send to Manali for joining same course in different college. In next 21 years we never even heard a single news about....and after so many years we saw her...there in the hospital...that day when....”

I stopped him showing my palm.... because I know what happened after that day.... I don't wanna remember....

“I think I should go...” I was about to get up.... suddenly Mr. Agarwal stopped me....“Areh beta have some tea then go from here....” I refused...“No I have to go back...”
Mr. Agarwal then proceeded to tell me something but stopped himself. I waited for him as I know what he will say. He gathered courage and asked...“How is my daughter, Vivian?” His voice is breaking. I smiled....“She is alive and happy, Mr. Agarwal.”

After that without any further interaction.... I got out of that mansion....and came near my car. Today was enough for these secrets to come out....it's too much for me...Adu not talking to me...Mr. Agarwal unveiling the secret of his past about this Damini.

My phone started ringing making me come out of my train of thoughts.... I took out it from my back pocket of my jeans....only to see kid's nanny is calling. I picked up the call...“Yes, Mrs. Collins, any emergency?” She just requested us to come early this evening as she have to leave from our home at 5:30 pm instead of usual time 6:00 pm.
