So, a while back I told yalls about the one where Ash's Pokemon were stolen during Volcanion & The Mechanical Marvel, right? Well, here are some other ideas, no matter how much of a canon divergence it would cause. Also, worth noting a lot of them take place in XY/Z.

-Alain stole Ash's Charizard

-The Sudowoodo in Forging Forest Friendships was Brock's (So a Brock return :)

-The One Piplup that walked over to Ash & Co. in Going For The Gold! was Dawn's (So a Dawn return & yes, it was directly inspired by the small mentioning of Dawn in said episode)

-Due to the amount of times they've died and been revived, Ash randomly dies for about a day per region. Pikachu for less time, TR & Brock for even less, and other traveling companions for an even smaller amount of time. This is so their bodies can catch up with the fact that they've died and they often act a bit loopy for a few minutes prior. I actually have an idea for exactly when during XY & SM. I imagine in XY it happened directly after the Kalos Crisis, like literally the next day, so everyone was extremely concerned, except for the Champions, who by this point understood what was happening. In SM, I imagine it happening while they're all in Kanto, with Ash just randomly falling and Brock starting to act loopy, so Misty drags Brock to the main lab building while she gets one of Ash's Pokemon to carry him (and Pikachu) to the lab. Basically, everyone except the Kanto natives are very confused and concerned.

-The Lapras from Bonnie For The Defense! is Ash's.

Part of me wants to make a Book filled to the brim with Pokemon Book ideas because I always have like 80 and it'll give me a place to put them, no matter how stupid I think they are. Who knows, maybe someone will even really like one of the ones I think are freaking stupid. I'll probably end up making the book tbh.
