So, my mom just told me that she's probably gonna have to "take our dog" tomorrow.

She obviously means to be put down because she hasn't been eating for the last few days and she's been struggling to walk more than normal. She's been in her bed literally all day, which is more than normal. My mom literally had to hold her water up to her for her to drink it. On the off chance she does walk, she just kinda drifts sideways before running into something.

She's already 17, which is more than the average life span fir her breed of 12-16, and most commonly 12-14 (based on five seconds of research).
