Ciel's P.O.V.

It has been weeks since I last saw (y/n).

She is with my rival, Alois trancy. Who know what Alois is doing to her!?

I was getting all mad and frustrated. How could this happen!!

I will take her back. From him. No matter what happens...

The jealousy grew bigger as I was thinking about Alois holding her.

How he would talk to her and make her smile.

I was thinking about it and the pain got worsen everytime.

(Y/n), I don't want you... I need you...

You're the only one I have left...

If you leave... what will happen to me...?

I can not afford to be weak, yet I already am...

(Y/n)....

Third person P.O.V.

A minute, an hour, a day, weeks have passed and Ciel is just getting worse.

He couldn't stay focused on his work but her.

He would be stuck in his bedroom or his studys..

And at night was the worst. He got to a point where he would get 2 hours of sleep at best.

One day he was sitting on the ground, in the corner of his bedroom.

His sweat was all over his body and his eyes were half closed.

His breathing got fast as the air was cold.

He hugged his knees and leaned against a wall.

He would look around the room, but to see everything blurry.

His cheeks were all red. And Sebastian knew where this was getting to.

Sebastian went to the Trancy manor secretly and knocked on the window of (y/n)'s room.

Sebastian's P.O.V.

I knocked on the window. She stood up and came over and opened the window.

"Lady (f/n), I would like for you to come back."

"Why? I really enjoy being here." She said in a happy toon.

"Y-young master might be having a separation axiety and he needs you."

"What!? How come!?"

"Young master still sometimes have Separation Axiety from the day he lost his parents already young age. And that might be the reason. Do you wish to go or do you wish to stay?"

She looked at me with the worried eyes. "Sebastian.... Take me. Take back... to where Ciel is..."

Then I carried her and ran back to the manor.

'Foolish human' I thought to myself.

Third person's P.O.V.

Few minutes after Sebastian had left, Ciel collapsed.

Then Mey-rin knocked on the door. "Young Master...?"

No answer...

"Young master...!?" Then she opened the door, revealing Ciel, lying on the floor.

Mey-rin gasped and ran down stairs yelling,

"Young master collapsed!! Y-yes he did!"

Right then, Sebastian and (y/n) came in.

Sebastian was still carrying (y/n) and ran upstairs to Ciel's room.

(Y/n) had her tears falling down when she saw Ciel lying on the floor, face all red, wet from the swear, and breathing pretty fast.

(Y/n) got out of Sebastian and ran towards Ciel.

Hugging him tight in her arms with her warm tears falling down her cheek.

Sebastian came forward and carried ciel and layer him on his bed.

(Y/n) followed and sat at the edge of the bed, holding Ciel's hands.

Few days have passed and (y/n) was able to bring Ciel's fever down.

Your P.O.V.

I didn't know what was going on. But Sebastian said,

"Young master has a small case of Separation axiety since his parent's death. He tries so hard to hide them and act like an adult but sometime the axiety can take him over by sec."

I slowly leaned against Ciel and hugged him.

'Poor Ciel...' I thought to myself.

Ciel's P.O.V.

I felt someone hugging me. For the first time in forever...

The hug was long and warm. So I wondered who it was. When I opened my eyes, I saw...

(Y/n).

She looked at me with tears. I looked at her in joy.

I hugged her back. "(Y/n), (y/n)... You came back..." I murmured.

She looked at me again with a small smile.

"Of course I came back. Why didn't you tell me?"

"Tell you what?"

"About the Separation axiety..."

I slightly looked away. "It wasn't that big of a deal..."

"But do you know..." she paused. Making me look at her.

"Do you know how much I worried about you!?" She started to sob.

A girl like her was.... crying...

Then I heard a loud noise. Oh no...

The door opened and to see...
