Chapter 27: Operation Kill Thornkin And Eri

We all watched as everything began to grow quiet.The pigeon that introduced itself as Hato, flapped its wings while using its amazing eyesight to scan the area for anything unusual.

"See anything?" Gohan asked as held onto Satoru.

Since I'm able to fly, I released myself from Gohan's grasp and waited for the smoke to clear.

"Ren's knocked down on the ground but he's still alive." Hato said before any of us could see anything.

When the smoke did clear, Ren was flat on his stomach unconscious just as the bird said.

"Whew! Thank goodness for that," Goku commented, "He doesn't seem to be harmed in any way."

"I wouldn't be so sure." An ominous voice spoked.

We all turned around to see a young male with snow white hair and ocean blue eyes staring down at us with a slight smile.

"You don't have your red hair and eyes," Hato responded first, "You feel the need to be in your real form then, huh?"

"This is Mamoru?" Gohan questioned with a shocked look, "He looks... like Eternal..."

"It's almost as if he's the male version of her." Piccolo said next.

Goku didn't say much of anything and neither did I. However, I did notice just how handsome this guy was. No really! He was almost as good looking as Ren and Gohan!

"S-So hot..." I pretty much fell into a trance.

"Tania...!" Gohan glared my way, "How about we remember the fact that he's the bad guy here!"

Immediately, my heart skipped a beat and my eyes turned into large hearts.

"Gohan!" I raced over to him and intertwined my fingers then brought them just below my chin, "Don't be jealous! I swear you're way hotter!"

I guess my comment took him by surprise cause he blushed and scratched his cheek, "Gosh, you think so?"

"Hell yeah!" I accidentally became too excited.

We were just about to have a moment when suddenly—

"Stop with the flirting!" Piccolo interrupted us, "There's no time for that!"

"Right!" Gohan flew past me and floated next to Piccolo, "Sorry Piccolo."

I frowned and followed.

I wanted my kiss... he's so hot when he's jealous...

"So you're having a thing with Eri now, Thornkin?" Mamoru once more talked, "What a dog you are! I don't see why Eternal ever cared for you."

"My name is Son Gohan! Not Thornkin!" Gohan snapped.

Mamoru raised an eyebrow, "Oh?"

Gohan nodded.

Before any more could be said, my eyes widened at the sight of what was behind Mamoru's back.

"WISHEATER!" I screamed before glaring at the man who had my sword, "So Ren really wasn't the one who stole my sword! It was you!"

"Of course it was me! Ren could never get his hands on a sword this fascinating."

The guy then seemed to stare at my chest. I blushed and used my arms to cover them, "What do you think you're looking at?!"

"Those necklaces..." He replied with a cold voice, "How'd you and Thornkin manage to get your hands on them?"

"That's none of your business!" I replied all while wrapping my hand around the heart of my locket.

"Those necklaces were made by the people of my planet..." Mamoru informed us. He then clenched his fist and growled, "You fools! You have no idea what those lockets are capable of, huh?!"

"We only know that the lockets give us a certain light if the person places a picture of someone in there and that person gets in some sort of trouble." Gohan answered.

"For people who are just holding the soul of a deceased person, no pictures are required. The necklace can read into your heart and already know who it is you most want to protect."

"Wow..." I grabbed my necklace, "That's what it does?"

Mamoru then pointed his finger at Gohan and yelled, "Thornkin! Quit hiding in the boy and face me like a man!"

"Ehhh?" We all just gawked.

I sweat dropped.

What the heck is this guy trying to do...? Thornkin doesn't come out unless Gohan's beaten to near death.

Very smoothly, Mamoru drew out my sword, "I guess I'm gonna have to beat the kid within an inch of his life to get Thornkin out here... or I could just try to unseal his soul through the locket... either method is fine really."

I sweatdrop.

He figured it out... hehe...

"Id think again if I were you!" Gohan got into a stance, "I am Gohan. No one else!"

"So be it..." Mamoru got into a stance also.

"No!" I float in front of my boyfriend with my back turned to him as I glared at the evil man in front of us, "Wisheater was stolen from me... I'm going to take my sword back and out of your hands."

"I swear... you look nearly identical to Eri. I've got a score to settle with her also so I'll get to you next." The white haired man smirked, "You were the one who assisted in killing my beloved saiyan goddess. You'll regret doing that!"

"She was a crooked woman who was after my life!"

"LIES!" Mamoru snapped and pointed Wisheater at me, "Eternal was a good woman who did nothing but protect everyone in the universe. She wouldn't take a life unless she knew that that person posed a threat to it."

Mamoru's eyes glared at Gohan's, "You should know, Thornkin. After all, you were the one who slaughtered her family."

"What?" Gohan gasps.

"It wasn't you, Gohan." I tell the half-saiyan, "but at the same time, it was..."

"You know something about this, Tania?"

I nod, having decided that I would tell Gohan about his own past life, "I saw all of this in a dream a while back before I even knew who Eternal was. It was sometime after I met Videl and her father for the first time."

"That must've been Eri's way of communicating with you." Mamoru replied, "Too bad she can't show you what'll happen to you once I'm finished with Thornkin."

"Too bad you won't be able to see what'll become of you once I have Wisheater back in my grasp." I get back at the guy.

"We can't harm him too much, Tania. Remember what happened to Ren?" Gohan whispers to me.

"Ah yes..." Mamoru chuckles,"He does have a point, little girl. You see... Ren is my reincarnated body. Harming me would be the same as harming him."

I gritted my teeth.

"Yes... Ren thought he could escape my eventual release but you all saw how that turned out..."

"You coward, Piccolo comments, "Using a kid as a shield to protect yourself."

"You gotta do what you gotta do, right?"

"You really irritate me and I'm tired of talking... Give Ren back his body and Wisheater back to me!" I demand.

"Give your lives to me and I'll give Ren back his body. Wisheater on the otherhand... stays with me."

"What?!"

A dark hole then appeared behind Mamoru and slowly started to suck him in.

"Now if you excuse me, I forgot that I needed to go do something just before I kill the two of you... I'll be back..." He says as the vortex began to close.

We all try to chase after him but when we did, the vortex closed completely and there was nothing we could do.

My heart shattered as my sword was once more taken away from me.

"WISHEATERRRR!" I wail as Mamoru could've been in a whole new realm.

A/N- YES! Another update in one day! These chapters have already been in development for quite some time but I never gotten the chance to edit and read them over. Just like in my Naruto update, I said that I haven't forgotten the fanart contest or anything and that I'll explain once more why I literally haven't been able to update.
