Part 1; Chapter 7 - Galaxy Steve
=Rainbow Steve's POV=
He passed out again, collapsing to the ground.
We stared at the mysterious Steve in front of us. Who was this? I walked over and kicked him. No response.
"I think he's dead." I stated.
The Sabre guy came over and shook him. Still no response. He went to check his pulse.
"No, no, he's alive... Wait, was he the comet?" He wondered.
I shrugged, remembering seeing a large blue comet streaking across the sky earlier.. And there was blue fire in the crater as well. "Maybe."
Sabre went to pick him up, only to realize he couldn't. I went to help, but all we could get off the ground were his legs, arms, and head.
"Oh! I have an idea!" Sabre said. He unfolded his onesie, (that I had worked plenty hard on folding the right way, thank you,) and wrapped it around the starry Steve's torso. He took the sleeves and leggings of the onesie and pulled with all his might, pulling the steve out of the crater.
I went to help him, pulling the unconscious being up onto the grass. We continued to pull the Steve back to Sabre's camp.
As soon as we got back, it was midnight already. The moon was right in the middle of the sky.
"I should get going..." I mumbled. "I don't wanna be here much longer.."
"What?" Sabre asked, "Why?"
"Well, um... I was put into a hyper sleep, and I'm not sure whether it worked and I still have all my memories, or it didn't work and I was teleported."
Sabre stared. "But all your memories are gone, Rainbow..."
I shook my head. "No, I clearly remember....." I drifted off, recalling Blue jumping in front of me to save me. He had died.
"Hello? Hellooooooo?" Sabre waved his hand in my face. "Rainbow? Overworld to Rainbow Steeeeeve?" He said in a sing-song voice. "Huh?" I asked.
"You drifted off for a second there." He stated. "I thought you went to the moon!"
"Ha, ha, ha." I said sarcastically.
"Either way, you should stay the night. Get some rest."
I huffed. "Fine, but only 'cause you're so persistent." I mumbled.
Sabre folded his onesie into a sloppy pillow, giving it to me. I thanked him, lying down. I began to drift off, when-
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!"
I bolted upwards, looking for the source of noise. It was the starry Steve.
"WHAT ARE YOU SCREAMING ABOUT!? I'M TRYING TO SLEEP HERE!!!" I yelled.
"WHERE AM I!?!?!?"
"THE OVERWORLD, YOU IDIOT!"
"WHAT!?"
"Stop screaming!" The guy named Shark said. "Who is this guy!? Why did the rainbow dude follow us!?"
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-"
"SHUT UP, MOOSE!"
"I'M CONFUSED!!!"
I glanced over at Sabre, who was just sitting there, a frustrated look on his face. "All I wanna do is get a good night's sleep for once..." he mumbled, "And all of you are already screaming and yelling at each other, disrupting my peace."
Now everyone was awake. I groaned. "Can't we all just go to sleep...? We can deal with this in the morning."
Sabre began to mumble things, obviously upset, Nathan and Moose were yelling at each other, Shark was questioning the starry Steve, the starry Steve was confused and freaked out, and then there was me.
Amongst the chaos, I just decided it'd be a good time to leave. I got up, re-folded the onesie, put it near Sabre, and ran.
I didn't go far, though. I sat against a tree, where I could barely hear the others. Before long, I was asleep.
