"I'm sorry, what?" Serena asked.

"I remember, who you are" Ash exclaimed.

Serena was starting to feel happy after he said that. However, her happiness went down when he started mentioning certain things.

"You're the girl from my childhood, the one whom I had feelings for, and the one who betrayed me" Ash said reminiscing his memories.

"Ash, I regret everything about the betrayal, I don't want you to hate me" Serena said in the verge of tears.

Ash decided that it was the right time, he grabbed Serena by the waist and pressed his lips against hers. She was surprised at his actions but didn't fight back and just returned the kiss. They were doing that for about more than a minute until Ash broke it off. Serena was confused as to why he did that until he started explaining.

"Serena, I can never hate the girl I love, you mean too much to me" Ash explained, "I'm just happy you regret because now, I'm not heartbroken anymore"

"Oh Ash, thank you for forgiving me" Serena said as she pulled him into a hug. The two were hugging for a while until Ash realised that Andrew had been watching while sipping a cup of tea.

"I have no idea how that could happen without you getting a memory spike" Andrew exclaimed.

"How long have you been here?" Ash questioned.

"Since you two were kissing" Andrew answered.

Ash just let it slide and the three of them went to the room Andrew got booked. He told Ash to sit down while he placed a memory reading machine on his head. Andrew turned on his laptop and started typing away on the keyboard. After about a minute, he gained some interesting information that Serena was confused about.

"Interesting, your memory level is now at 37%" Andrew exclaimed.

"What was it before?" Serena asked.

"Last time I checked, it was at 8%" Andrew answered, "You must revolve around Ash's memories a lot"

"Well, I have known her since childhood and she is the person whom I care about" Ash exclaimed.

"Oh, thank you Ash" Serena thanked while blushing.

"Hey, why are you nervous?" Ash asked, "We are dating, right?"

"Well, we didn't say it but I guess it works" Serena replied.

After checking Ash's memory, Clemont, Bonnie, Max and Dawn walked into the room. Andrew had invited them to help with Ash's amnesia. They spent an hour trying to get Ash to remember them but he vaguely remembers them. Dawn got an idea and raised her hand for a high five to which he returned. This got him to remember the times the two celebrated when one wins something. Clemont also got an idea by saying his catch phrase and making a machine to which Ash remembers.

"So far, Ash remembers Dawn and Clemont" Andrew stated.

"Now how can he remember me?" Bonnie questioned.

"I don't know, you didn't have that much impact on him like Max" Dawn exclaimed.

"Wait, I know a way he can remember me" Max said going through his bag. He pulled out his Pokenav which Ash remembered during his Hoenn journey.

"Aw no fair, now I'm the only one he doesn't remember" Bonnie said in frustration.

"Hey now, I'll remember you at some point" Ash informed.

As the day went on, Clemont, Bonnie, Max and Dawn left the room going back to theirs. Serena only left for a bit to grab her stuff and stayed with the two. The room was quite big and had two separate bedrooms, one having a bed for two. Andrew took the other room so that left Ash and Serena with the king-sized bed. While Serena was unpacking, Ash decided to ask her something.

"Are you okay with me sleeping on the floor while you take the bed?" Ash asked.

"Ash, don't be silly, we should sleep together now that we are a couple" Serena replied.

"I mean, I've never experienced this so I'm kind of nervous" Ash confessed.

"Don't worry Ashy, you'll get used to it" Serena informed.

"Ashy, is that my nickname you gave me?" Ash asked.

"Yes, you don't like it?" Serena answered.

"Of course I like it Sere" Ash exclaimed.

"Now you have a nickname for me" Serena pointed out.

"It works best since we are together" Ash said getting into bed.

"Good night Ashy" Serena said getting into bed.

"Good night Sere" Ash replied giving her a kiss. The two went to bed, ready for the tournament tomorrow.

Been a while since I wrote a chapter on this. I do have some ideas for a few new stories but they will be written once Kanto Trio and Knights of Arc are finished.
