Nandini turned to leave but before she could , Manik holding her hand , stopped her from going away. Her heart started beating more faster and her breath became heavy. Next moment, he pulled her toward himself holding her hand. Her back  collided with his front , making them more crazy. She clutched the knot of the towel tightly, closing her eyes. He inhaled the fragrance of her wet hair , nuzzling his face in her wet hair. He wrapped his one hand around her stomach and pulled her more closer to himself. From his other hand , he sided her wet hair from behind and put them on her one side. Her heart stopped beating for a moment , when his lips touched her bare back. He started kissing her back crazily and started sucking all the water droplets from her back. Both got lost in each other forgetting about everything. She forgot her promises and he forgot about Nandita. This is the power of love which makes you forget everything. Just you remember one thing which is love.

His hand started going  toward the knot of towel , kissing her neck from behind. His other hand was still wrapped around her stomach. Nandini was enjoying his touch on her skin , closing her eyes. His kisses were driving her crazy. When his hand about to open the knot of her towel , she immediately opened her eyes , coming back to her senses. She stopped him from opening the knot of her towel , holding his hand before he could open it. She wanted him to love her, opening the knot but she was forced to stop him because she had promised him that she will not let him and herself to cross the limit of their friendship. It was very difficult for her to stop him but she did this for him.

But he didn't stop , he started making her more crazy while kissing side of her neck ,sucking all the water droplets which was making him crazy. He was lost in her fully forgetting about everything. It was getting more and more difficult to control herself for her.
"Manik.. Nandita" he was just about to bite her neck but got stopped listening her words. He took few step backward , leaving her hand. He looked toward Nandini shockingly who was standing, showing her back to him. He was not understanding what was the girl doing to him. Every time she used to make him forget everything through her inner beauty and through her outer beauty , both.

Nandini heard the sound of his footsteps and she got to know , he left. A tear fell down from her eyes. She didn't want him to stop but she was forced because of the promise and for him.  She was waiting for the day when he would start loving her more than Nandita. Her name or nothing would force him to stop loving her. She decided , that day she would happily break her all promises and would give herself to him completely.
But somewhere she knew , that day was never going to come because his love for Nandita was something which was impossible to forget. He loved her from his birth and inside he knew that she was alive. That's why it was like impossible for him to completely accept Nandini after knowing that her first love was alive. Nandini love was making him crazy but then also he  always got stopped listening her name because he always felt like he was cheating Nandita.

"You go outside, i will do this" when Nandini was taking out breakfast from packet, Manik said walking inside.
"I am absolutely fine"she spoke looking at him having a smile on her face , seeing his care. She was in love with him more.
"Please go outside , after this I won't let you to even enter inside the kitchen"when he was about to take the packet from her hand, she said in strict tone , pointing her finger toward his hand which he got burned.
"You are still not recovered completely, you need take rest"he said looking at her having concern in his eyes and for a moment both got lost in each other eyes.
"Okay you take this but i will keep my eyes on you so that you won't again burn your hand. I can't take this risk of living you again in the kitchen , alone"she spoke giving him the packet and he took it. Then he started reheating the food and she was admiring him having so much love in her eyes for him.

"It is so shocking that yesterday I spent whole day without drinking" when they were having their breakfast. Manik said suddenly looking at Nandini unbelievably because he was living on the alcohol before meeting her. She just gave him small smile , listening his words because she was happy to be the reason that he spent one day without Alcohol.
"Yesterday was the most beautiful day of my life because i was with you. For the first time, i slept peacefully at night. For the first time , I stepped inside kitchen and burn my hand"he chuckled, showing his hand. Nandini was just busy admiring him. He was loving  Manik more because he was perfect. When she was her just his fan , she imagined him like that only.

"Yesterday, I smiled wholeheartedly after so many years. It just because of you" he said holding her hand looking toward her, having so much love in his eyes.
"Thank you for coming in my life"he said kissing her knuckles lovingly closing his eyes and she was looking at him  , having happy tears in her eyes.

"But i am sorry that I can't" he paused because he was not finding right words to explain her that why he couldn't accept her love in his life and why he couldn't love her.
"I can understand, Manik. You don't need to explain me or feel sorry" she spoke , putting hand on his face and looked into his eyes.
"I will be always there with you. I won't let you feel lonely , never. Just don't push me away. Can't we live as a true friends ?"She asked looking at him for the answer. She smiled when he nodded his head positively.
"I really love you ,Manik"she said in low voice hugging him tightly after wrapping her hands around his neck and in response, he hugged her back more tightly. For few minutes, they got lost in each other arms. Like always, they were getting immense peace in other arms.

After 2 hours of journey, Manik stopped the car in front of Malhotra Mansion. Whole way , Nandini was telling him about herself and her life. Manik was just listening her and in between just giving her small smile in response. Nandini was happy because at least he was smiling and trying to live a normal life.
"Manik , keep this keys with you. Whenever you want to go there , you can go "she said giving him the keys of her beach house when he was removing his seatbelt. He took it giving her small smile and she smiled back.
"You look great when you smile"she said cubbing his face , looking into his eyes.
"Always keep smiling like this"she said after kissing his forehead. He smiled nodding his head , looking at her and she smiled broadly.

He walked inside his house having smile on his face because he was thinking about Nandini. His parents and Nandini's parents , they all were taking their lunch in the dining room and they got surprised to see him smiling for the first time . After staring him , they looked at each other unbelievably.
"Manik beta , come have lunch with us"Ishita called him and he nodded his head positively . He walked toward them and they were smiling happily looking at their son. He sat beside Neyonika and immediately she started putting vegetables and roti in his plate.
"Thank you maa"he said looking at his mom with a small smile. Neyonika kissed his forehead having happy tears in her eyes. Then he started eating and they all were passing smile to each other. They were happy seeing him behaving like a normal person. They were all thanking Nandini in their mind for giving their son back to them. Neyonika caressed his hair having smile on her face and he gave him small smile.
"Mom will you make me eat ?"he asked looking at her like a small baby.
"Why not" saying this , she started feeding him , looking at him having so much love in her eyes for his son. Again happy tears started falling down from her eyes. She was dying to give her love to his son and finally she got the chance to show him that how much his mother loved him. Manik wiping her tears , nodded his head negatively and she smiled putting hand on his cheeks.
"I will also make my son eat" Ishita said happily walking toward Manik.
"Why not , you both have equal right on your son"he replied with the smile and Ishita just hugged him tightly hiding his face in her chest as she was standing and he was sitting. He hugged her back having smile on his face.

In evening, both were thinking about each other lying on the bed. Manik was constantly smiling thinking about her. She was also smiling thinking about him.
"If my life has never been so complicated then i would have accepted her long back ago. It is not easy for me to accept her. I can't accept her,  forgetting Nandita. I had promised her that i would always be her and I would never give her right to anyone. It is not easy for me to break that promise" he was lost in his thoughts. He wanted to accept Nandini but his true love for Nandita was stopping him.
"I just hope , i can able to give him all the happiness of his life which he deserves. I don't care if he is not mine. I just only want to give him all the happiness of life"she said hugging the pillow tightly. She just wanted his happiness which showed how truly she loved him.
