Dear Leia,

        I had a visitor today. He was unnervingly tall and insisted that he was an old friend of yours. I did not believe him of course so I sent him on his way. I suspect I will be getting receiving many house calls in the future now that the word of your disappearance has gotten out. Everyone will be jumping at the opportunity to hold the one thing that can has any leverage against "It".

         It indeed, Ha! Who would have thought he would find someone to love, or someone who would love him back for that matter. But he did, he found you. It makes me think of the first time you two love birds' went out. It was a rather amusing spectacle to w see you "demand" he take you on a "date" when he finally admitted to his feelings for you. I dare say the poor man had no idea what a date really was and when you left the room m in a huff I had to explain the more modern form of courtship to him. I think that was the first time I ever saw him smile (well the second actually, the first too much of a cruel beastly thing to ever be considered a smile.) And when you came down those stairs all spruced up and looking like Aphrodite herself, well I have never seen someone so taken with women. When you took his offered hand without hesitation or barest flinch, I think that was the moment he truly started being happy. 

      I am not sure if you know this or not, but you are the only one ever touch him without fear. I have never been able to master the reaction of recoiling at his close presence despite the time we have known each other and I can think of all the terrible things his clawed hands have done whenever removes those retched gloves, Everyone does, everyone but you. Instead drawing away you touched him with gentleness. I think that is what made him nervous. Mrs.Bently and I still have quite the laugh when we remember his face that day and hope with all our hearts that he will be that happy again someday.
Only you can give him that, Leia, so please I beg you come back soon.
