The group was headed to the island where the hard drive revealed to them the location of Derek's daughter. They were on Derek's speedboat. Charlie was checking on equipment, Derek was steering the boat, Alice was looking at her locket, and Kieth was looking off at the sea. Kieth was thinking to himself, "(My Mom... is still alive. After all these years... she's still alive. What am I going to do? Will she even remember me? How do I talk to her?)" Kieth was trying to figure out what should he do when he encounters his mother. Alice walks up to Kieth and says, "Whatcha looking at?" Kieth responded, "Nothing really. Just keeping a look out for something out of the ordinary." Alice smiles and looks out to sea as well. Both stay silent for a couple of seconds before Kieth says, "So, tell me about yourself." Alice raised her eyebrow and says, "What would you like to know?" "Tell me about your family. I see you with your locket sometimes and it made me curious about you."

   Alice looks at her locket. "Alright then I'll tell you. My father was a businessman, which means I didn't really see him a lot when I was young. My mother is a police lieutenant. She was more closer to me than my father ever was. Yeah she was busy at times, but she was always there for me. My father wasn't really involved within most of my life. Always thinking about business rather than spending time with family. I didn't hate him, but I didn't love him as a father." Said Alice. "Your mother...what was she like?" Asked Kieth. "She was... really good at her job as both an enforcer of the law and as my mother. She knew how to comfort me when I felt distressed. She is the best." "I wish I knew what it felt like to have a mother..." said Kieth. Alice looked at Kieth with a sympathetic look. She put her hand on Kieth's hand over the railing. "You will. Once we rescue them, you'll have have time to catch up with her." Kieth smiled and said, "Thanks."

Then all of a sudden, Kieth was hit with an egg on top of his head. "What the-?!" Kieth got hit by another egg. He and Alice look up and see Charlie with a carton full of eggs. "This is for the cream you made me slap on myself!" Charlie said jokingly. "Charlie! You're dead!" Alice laughs as Kieth chases Charlie. Derek sees Charlie throwing eggs at Kieth on his speedboat. "You guys are gonna make this place reek of-" Derek was cut off as he hit in the forehead by an egg. Both Kieth and Charlie laughed. At first Derek was mad at them but laughed it off and he and Kieth went to the cooler with water bottles to wash the egg scent off. Then, Derek asked Kieth, "You and your friend Charlie must've gotten to know each other for a long time huh?" "Yep. He's been a good friend to me." "Is that so? Well I should thank him for being your first best friend. But at the same time, I think I'll just do a prank on him." "Count me in." Both Kieth and Derek laugh together as they were cleaning themselves.

   A few hours pass and the others were falling asleep. Derek was still steering the boat while looking for the island, but it was hard to see because of the mist around them. It was quiet. Derek then started to see something in the distance and squinted his eyes to see better. As the mist was starting to clear, he could see the island from a long distance. "Hey everyone! Come on out, I see the island!" Derek shouted to the others. Kieth and Alice woke up and went to go see the island, however Charlie was still fast asleep. Kieth and Alice joined up with Derek and they saw island. "We're getting close. It won't be long till we arrive." Said Derek. "Alright. We're gonna get to that island and find our people." Said Kieth. Alice looked up at the sky and saw dark clouds forming from above. "Looks like a storm is brewing. We should get there sooner before it gets worse." Said Alice. Charlie then started to wake up with one eye opening. Then he shot straight up as he was surprised to see a couple boats on their way to the speedboat. "Oh sh!t..." Said Charlie.

   Charlie got up and ran to the others panicked. He grabbed Kieth's shoulder and shouts, "We've got incoming boats on their way here!" Kieth looks back and sees the boats on their way. "Derek, keeping driving while me and the others take care of our pursuers!" Charlie goes inside his bag and full of weapons and ammunition, Alice grabs her first aid kit bag and her locket, and Kieth grabs his bag full of documents to aid them in their search of Petra and his mother. Charlie gives three pistols for himself, Kieth and Alice. As the boats are getting closer, the mercenaries inside start shooting at them. Kieth and the others start shooting back and take out two mercenaries. Thunder can be heard and then it starts raining heavily. "Ah damn it! Can't let these documents get wet!" Kieth says as he puts his bag inside a chest. The waves of the water start getting more violent around them. They keep shooting at the mercenaries who were barely visible due to the storm. "I can't see squat!" Says Alice. The mercenaries then had lights coming out of their boats. "There they are!" Says a voice in the distance. "Shoot them!" The mercenaries then shoot at the speedboat. The others shoot back at the mercenaries. Charlie shot at one of the drivers of the mercenaries boats and caused it to crash into the other boats. The mercenaries in the boat were launched in the air and screamed until them hit the dark water. "Eat lead a$$hole!" Shouted Charlie. "It's not over yet, we've got more incoming!" Said Alice. More of the mercenaries boats started showing up. Then there was a bigger boat coming at the speedboat. "Here comes a bigger one!" Shouted Kieth. "How about we even the odds huh?" Said Charlie as he pulled out a grenade launcher from his bag. "Take this Kieth!" Charlie said as he passes it to Kieth. "Hell yeah..." Keith got up and shot at the mercenaries smaller boats. Screams can be heard as he shoots at them one by one.

   The mercenaries bigger boats starts gaining at them. Kieth shoots at the big boat, but the shell bounced off the armor. "Crap they're gonna try to ram us!" Said Kieth. "Then brace for impact!" Shouted Derek. The speedboat got hit in the rear and made everyone lose their balance. "This thing is gonna destroy us if we don't take care of it!" Said Alice. Kieth then looked at the big boat and started to think on how to destroy it. "I've got an idea..." said Kieth. He climbed on the back of the speedboat and jumped on the mercenaries boat. Kieth was losing his grip, but was able to climb onto the boat. "Kieth what are you doing?!" Said Charlie. "Taking care of the problem!" Shouted Kieth. He grabbed out his pistol and went to take out the mercenaries. The mercenaries didn't know that Kieth was on the boat so he had an advantage. Kieth passed the the mercenary driver and saw the other mercenaries on the deck. "Load the .50 cal!" Said one of the mercenaries. They were loading the MG. Kieth quietly sneaked behind them. He saw something that caught his eye, C4. He grabbed the C4 and placed it on the engine of the boat. He turned around and saw that the mercenaries were finished in loading the .50 cal. Kieth then started shooting at the mercenaries to prevent them from killing his friends. "We've got an intruder!" Said one of the mercenaries. Kieth killed three mercenaries as they were trying to shoot him. He climbed on the roof of the boat. He signaled with a flashlight at the his friends to come pick him up. More mercenaries came out from inside the boat. "Kill him!" Said the mercenaries. Kieth jumped off the roof and everything became slow as he pushed the button of the detonator to the C4. Bullets were passing and the explosion was slow. Kieth almost landed in the water, but got grabbed onto his friends speedboat. "Hang on!" Said Alice. The shockwave of the boat nearly turned the speedboat over. Kieth was starting to slip from the boat. Derek looks ahead of him and sees something terrifying. "OH SH!T ITS A MIN-" an explosion was heard and Kieth was knocked off into the sky. "KIETH!!!" Everyone shouted Keith looked at the water and screamed. As soon as he fell into the water, everything was black...

   "*cough, cough, cough* what...the hell..? Where...*cough*............where am I?" Kieth says as he lays on the rocky shore. Kieth slowly crawls as he was in pain. The rain was making him sleepy. "Gotta...find the*coughs* others... he tries to get up, but couldn't. He gets farther and farther away from the splashing water. He sees a cave ahead and crawls into it. He starts feeling sleepy and falls onto the ground. "I have...to find...them..." he says before going unconscious.
