Two angry red eyes stared intently into his sleepy purple ones.
"What the fuck is your problem?" little spit drops hitting his face, from Bakugo's rage. All Hitoshi could do was glare at the man, not bothering to answer his question. Since, he wasn't fully aware of why, he seemed to manage to enrage the blonde demon in his class. Sure, he knew that it would be something to do with you, but he felt he'd made it very clear to the class. It was none of their business, especially as Hitoshi felt like the incident could have been completely avoided.
"Why? You couldn't give a fuck 'bout the rich little bitch. So, what's got your panties in a twist?" the anger was fading, from the pure rage a moment ago. As if Bakugo had sensed that something was playing on the guy's mind. Releasing Hitoshi's shirt, and stepping back, Bakugou took a seat next to your old friend.
"As if I'd tell you," Hitoshi snapped, not knowing why it was irritating him more than of all the people to confront him, that it had been Bakugo. Maybe, just maybe it was because of all your previous lovers, he'd been the one who seemed to have not gotten over you.
"Fuck you man," Bakugo snapped lying down and staring at the sky, a complex look, on his face. "I never forgot 'bout her, the way she fuckin' infuriated me the day she left. The day she fuckin' crushed everything I never knew I wanted." the blonde sighed, also confused as to why he was unloading on the sleepy bastard after all this time. Instead, of telling him to fuck off, Hitoshi lay next to the man, staring at the sky but saying nothing. The feeling that Bakugo needed to unload whatever the hell was running through his mind. It must have crushed him, just it had him when she turned up at his house to collect that goddamn cat.
"I wondered. What if? What if I march into that tower, like a fuckin' knight in shining armour? Would all her pain go away? Would the dead look in her eyes vanish? Would they sparkle like the brightest diamond again?" Bakugou paused his voice showing his emotions, something he'd not done lightly with anyone. "I was a coward. A goddamn coward. But now, I see her broken again. I just want to shake her. Like her forgetting me...forgetting all the love and feelings I still hold are nothing...were nothing to her that she can forget them so easily." a shudder in his voice showed the emotion the man felt. Hitoshi knew that if he looked over to the deep crimson eyes, he would find tears.
"But...now, I think. Is this for the best? She can smile again without knowing the pain. Without the hurt of what happened. Even if she doesn't remember me. Doesn't remember the way I love her. The way I still crave her." he paused, an arm going across his eyes. "But you have a shot. I hate it. I hate it so fuckin' much. So, even she gets her memories back. You fuckin' fight for her. You useless piece of shit" In an abrupt burst of movement, Bakugo jumped up and stormed off the roof without turning to face the man still lying on his back. Watching the clouds peacefully float across the sky.
Biting his lip, Hitoshi's tears of grief finally fell as he lay in a place, he once shared with you. all the pain of his loss, all the pain of wanting to make you better and all the pain of wanting to keep you all to himself. He would never let you go again, but he felt that once you remembered what had happened, you would never go back again. After all, how could you still love him after he'd ruined your life by losing his temper with you?
*** Short chapter but I've been on a bit of a block for a while....you may or may not have noticed. I'm hoping I'm back now with more energy. Thank you for reading.****
