Gray's POV

We are done talking about the sad story of Epione.

" Let me tell you about Jean I mean, Juno. " I sadly said.

" The second girl from the last to introduce? " Gajeel asked.

" Yes. Well it started when... " I began.

>>Two Years after the incident of Eliza's death during autumn...

Me and the guild are slowly returning back after two years of guilt because of what happened to Her.

(He's referring to Eliza. He referred Eliza as Her because he feel like dying just hearing her name because of guilt.¤Author)

I am walking in the street going to the guild until I bumped into this girl with silverish white hair just like Mira but with blue streak.

" I'm sorry. " I said as I was helping her.

" Don't worry. " she said and covered her face.

" What's wrong? " I asked confused of why she is covering her face.

" I'm just ashame of myself. Bumping to you Fullbuster-san is a very big crime. " she replied.

Crime? That's not a crime. What we did to Her is the crime.

" Is there something wrong, Fullbuster-san? " she asked showing only her concerned beautiful sky blue eyes.

Beautiful? What are you thinking Gray?! " Oh... I-it's nothing. Why do you know my name? " I asked her.

" Uhm... I've always wanted to join your guild. But since it's the strongest guild, I am ashame of going there. " she said.

" Is that so? What's your name? " I asked.

" I'm Jean Barilles. " she answered. .

" Why do you want to join? " I asked. If she knew what we have done she wouldn't want to join.

" I heard that your guild accepts anyone. I always wanted to meet someone who can accept me for who I am. " she replied.

" Would you care showing your face? " I asked as polite as I can.

" If it's you then okay. " she said then she scaredly showed her face.

I stared at her. There's nothing wrong. She's just normal. Not ugly nor beautiful but she's...

" You're thinking that I'm disgusting, right? " she sadly said.

" Of course no. Why would I? " I said.

" Oh... really? " she looked at me. " I knew it. Fullbuster-san is really nice. " she whispered that even I couldn't hear.

" Did you say something? " I asked.

" No, no, no. " she answered.

" Well, are you sure you want to join Fairy Tail? " I asked.

" Of course! " she said with determination in her eyes.

" If your that determined, I can help you. " I said.

" Really?! " she said with sparkle in her eyes.

" Y-yeah. " I creeped out.

" Okay! So let's go! " she requested.

She's as jolly as Her. I smiled not noticing that I just did. I never smile like this ever since She died.

She stared at me which made me blush because I think she felt awkward why I smiled with no reason. And then she did something unexpected, she smiled back at me. I blushed even more and continued walking.

Jean joined the guild and have fun. She became a normal mage.

>>One Year and Eight months after...

Ever since Jean came Lissana has been always there for me. Then one day came, Jean asked to talk to me alone.

" What do you need Jean? " I asked boredly.

" Are you angry at me? " Jean asked.

" No, why'd you ask? " I asked.

" Well, you've been ignoring me for 4 months. " Jean sadly said.

" Then why did you call me? " I asked annoyed how long this is going. Faster, I still have to go to Lissana. She might be waiting for me this long.

" Gray-san, I-I like you! " she said.

" You like... me? "

" Y-yes. " she blushed.

" Are you stupid? "

" Huh? "

" I don't like you. I like someone else. "

" ... It's Lissana-san, right? "

" She is beautiful. "

" Is that so? Oh... well be happy. I'm just glad to say my feelings to you. So, bye. " she said then run away.

What's wrong with that girl? Anyway, I have to go to Lissana. I thought then, I went back to the guild to go to Lissana.

>>Eleven days later...

Lissana went inside full of bruise.

" Gray-kun... " Lissana came.

" Who did this to you?! " I worriedly asked.

" J-jean... she... " and then Lissana lost consciousness.

" Jean?! How dare she?! " I furiously said.

" Gray, take her to the infirmary. " Erza ordered.

" Okay. " I said and obeyed Erza.

I went to Erza.

" Why would Jean do that? " Erza asked.

" It's because I rejected her. " I angrily said.

" She confessed to you? " Erza asked.

" Yes. " as I said that the doors opened revealing Jean with bruises that are even worse than Lissana' s.

" Where's Lissana?! " she angrily asked.

" Jean! Did you do that to her?! " Erza asked.

" Where is she?! " Jean asked.

I went to Jean and hold her shoulder tightly and shouted, " Did. You. Do. That. To. Her?! "

" I... Because... " slap. I just slapped her and she went flying to the other side.

She coughed blood but still slowly stood up, " Where *inhale* is she? "

" You won't be able to hurt my sister again! " Mira came and transformed into her Satan Soul and attacked her.

Jean went flying again and she was attacked by the other guild members. But she still tries to stand up and keep asking, " Where *inhale* is *inhale* s-she? "

Why is she desperate to know? Ugh... now I'm really pissed off and angry. " Ice make: Lance! " I attacked her.

She went flying and is all beat up but she still stood up and asked, " Where *inhale* is *inhale* s-she? "

" Won't you give up already, you ugly b**ch! " Natsu shouted.

" Shut up already! We won't tell! " Erza shouted.

" You're discusting. " when I said that she fell on her knees.

She was whispering things that I could not hear but I know flamebrain heard it. I looked at him and his eyes widen for sure because of what Jean said. Even though I can't hear it. I'm sure it's because of what Jean said, I am very sure.

And after that she left. We went to make sure of the health of Lissana. In the afternoon, we went back to our table in the guild and start talking about the incident. But Natsu is acting strange. When I mean strange, he isn't talking. He is just keeping quiet.

" Hey, Natsu what did Jean said in before she left? " Erza asked.

" You also noticed that? " I asked.

" Of course and I think it's something important. " Erza replied.

" She said, ' Dis...custing? I am only looking for her because I want to tell her that the one who hurt her was my childhood friend, Chanela, she's a mage who can transform into anyone and anything.

You can even see it in the lacrima in Fairy Hills. I wasn't angry at Lissana-san. I was angry at myself not being able to protect my nakama. I can't believe that the Fairy Tail I knew once has changed this much.

Why do people keep on judging a person by their eyes not by the deep meaning of their actions? Why? Why? I am once again judge and told discusting by the most important person to me.

I'll never ever forgive you. One day I'll come to hunt you down. ' That's what she said. Should we go check it in Fairy Hills? "  Natsu asked.

" I think we should give her a chance. " Erza said.

We went to Fairy Hills and found out that what Jean said was true. To pay for what we did we immediately went to find Jean but unfortunately, in the end of the day we didn't found her. And she didn't even went back to Fairy Hills.

So the next day some people from the magic council came and called me, Natsu, Erza, and Lissana to follow them. While we were walking they explained that we should be ready for everything.

And when we arrived in the location we were supposed to go, we saw something unexpected. Jean was there beat up. All of us were shocked. Erza and the others were frozen in place. I came running to Jean and how I realized how important she is to me.

" Jean! Wake up! This is not the time to joke around! If you're angry, I'm sorry so wake up! Please! You're very important to me! " I cried while hugging the cold lifeless body of Jean.

Then Erza just hold my shoulder, " Stop it Gray... "

" No! I still have to apologize to her! " I shouted.

" Gray, we can't do anything anymore. " Natsu comforted me.

" I'm sorry, Jean-san. " Lissana cried.

" She went here, alone. She fought with that girl named Chanela. Chanela is an S-Class mage from a dark guild. Chanela is a girl who targets official guilds and kill them.

Chanela was beaten by this girl and right now Chanela is prisoned forever. " one of the magic council said. " And this boy is the one who found her. " he said before he went to the other members of the magic council.

" You're the one who found her? " Lisanna asked.

" Yes. And before she died she said three words. Those words are 'give, envelope, Fairy Tail.' That's what she said. " the boy with gray hair and green eyes said before he left.

We immediately know what to do. We weren't able to bring the body of Jean, yet, because the magic council is still investigating it. So we went to the room of Jean in Fairy Hills. We found this envelope and with a fingerprint of blood. I took it. And found a letter with stain of blood.

" Those are the blood of Jean. I can smell it. " Natsu said.

" Probably she wrote it after she went out of the guild. " Erza said.

And I open it and read it out loud:

Dear Fairy Tail,
               I was really glad to join you. I am sorry for not being able to protect my nakama. So, I'll go in the meeting place where me and Chanela are going to fight. I was only able to escape from her when I went to our guild. I'll beat her to protect you but I still don't forgive you.

               Just like one of my best friends, Eliza said, " Even if your nakama hurt you at least the last thing you'll do is to protect them. This is the real responsibility of a true nakama. " She was such an amazing person.

               She said it's okay to love, hate, and be jealous to your nakama but betraying your nakama is the forbidden one so it's up to you to forgive and forget them or to hate and revenge.

                I am very dissapointed in you, Fairy Tail. Wait when I'll return, you'll regret what you did to me. I am not going to die and if I ever die, I'll rise from the dead and destroy all of you by my own tornado. I'll hurt you just how you hurt me.

I stopped reading it. Now, she really hates me. I can't... I stopped my thoughts and continue on reading the letter.

Dear Gray-san, I mean Fullbuster-san,
               In our first meeting, you accepted me for who I am. I was really happy. But it seems, you have rejected me. I can't believe you. I am dissapointed in Fairy Tail but I am more dissapointed in you. Don't ever think that I'll forgive you. When I come back, I'll ignore you just how you ignored me.

I cried even more. One week after, in the burial, Jean was buried in her favorite place underneath the tree that it's leaves turned into color orange during autumn. She was my last true love.

" You actually did that? " Panther Lily asked me.

" Yes. " I sadly replied.

" But why did her hair and eyes changed? " asked Charle.

" That, we can't answer. " answered Mira.

" So it's true that she was your last true love? " Erza asked.

" Yes, she was the one who made me as happy and strong as I am right now. " I answered.

" So, who's your first true love? " asked Lucy.

I looked down,  " I am not really worth it to like her but my first true love was... E-eliza. "

" Oh... is that so? " Lucy said.

Then they realized what I just said and shouted, " What?!!!! "

" Yeah. " I sadly said.

" She was told discusting by the most important person to her. I'm referring to Jean. " Levy said.

" That's painful. " Wendy said.

" What kind of mage is this Jean girl? " asked Gajeel.

" She's a healer. " answered Mira.

" No, she has a secret that she told me. " I continued.

" What is it? " asked Levy.

" I know I'm not supposed to say this but she said that she's also an air mage. " I replied.

" What? But let me guess she only knows a little about it. " Natsu guessed.

" No. She can even make a very huge tornado who can destroy a whole village. " I said.

" What!? How can you be sure? " asked Panther Lily. 

" She demonstrated it. But she only destroyed the Kilisa Forest since nothing lived on it. " I replied.

(This is just a made up forest.)

" The Kilisa Forest? But I thought it is a desert. " Wendy said.

" Oh so that's why. Wendy, the desert was a forest during those years but it was reported that it mysteriously became a desert. The Kilisa Forest was even way bigger than Magnolia. If the magic council knows that you'll get in a big trouble. " Erza warned.

" Hahaha... is that so? " I scratched my head.

They stared at me until...

" The next one is? " Lucy asked.

" It'll be... "
