A teen boy with 4-Town cosmetics walked into the boys' restroom of the SkyDome. As he was about to do his business, he saw a red door suddenly appear where the janitor's closet door used to be. The red door opened and out walked four CIA operatives.

Adler: We're here.

Woods: Pfft! This doesn't look like the future! We're in a goddarn restroom!

Mason: We should ask that kid over there.

Hudson: Excuse me, kid. Do you know where we are?

Boy: Uh, you're in the SkyDome.

Woods: No crap, Sherlock. Where exactly are we?

Boy: U-U-Uhm, Toronto.

Woods: Thanks, kid.

Adler and his team walked out of the boys' restroom as the boy looked on with confusion.

Adler: Believe me now?

Hudson: I'll believe you when I see it. Who knows if-

The four saw a vast crowd below them at the baseball field. A stage had been set up with pyrotechnics set up and a huge sign that read "4-Town".

Mason: 4-Town? What is that?

Adler then realized that he had been gone for a week in the future.

Adler: The concert. It's May 25th. It's today!

Woods: [places a hand on Adler's shoulder] Woah, woah, slow down Adler. Care to explain?

Adler: You guys remember that boy band that I was talking about during my interrogation?

Woods had his eyebrow raised in interest.

Adler: [points down at the crowd] That is what they're waiting for. They're performing tonight under a red moon.

Hudson: And if memory serves right, your friend Mei would be doing the ritual today, right Adler?

Adler: Yes, but if Mei is doing that now... then that means Miriam and the others are here! Let's go!

As the CIA operatives made their way down the stairs, they saw a red panda fly in from the roof of the SkyDome and poofed into a pink smoke in the middle of the crowd.

Mason: What was that?

Adler: Mei.

Adler rushed into the crowd as the other operatives tried to catch up.

Woods: Adler, wait up!

Hudson: Slow down, Russ!

Adler pushed through the crowd as he made his way to Mei and her friends.

5 minutes earlier

The SkyDome was filled with hundreds of 4-Town fans, waiting for their beloved boy band to come out and start the concert. Miriam, Priya, and Abby were there, cheering and dancing for 4-Town. Suddenly, there was a giant poof behind them and they turned around and saw Mei in an elegant landing pose.

Abby: Mei!

Miriam: Mei!

Abby: You're here!

Miriam: What are you doing here?

Mei: [breathes heavily] I couldn't do it. The panda's a part of me, and you guys are too. [looks around] Wait, where's Adler?

Miriam: He left after he stood up for us. [sighs] Mei, you threw us under the bus.

Mei: I know and I'm sorry! I've been, like, obsessed with my mom's approval my whole life. I couldn't take losing it, but losing you guys feels even worse.

Miriam: Well, too bad. 'Cause you did.

Mei started to walk away in sadness with tears in her eyes before hearing her tomogachi beep in Miriam's pocket. Miriam groaned and took it out.

Mei: Robaire Junior?

Priya: She's been taking care of him 24/7.

Miriam: [puts her hand on Priya's mouth] No!

Abby: And singing him lullabies every night!

Miriam: [covers Abby's mouth] No, no, no, I haven't. They're lying.

The tomogachi beeped again. Miriam sighed and took it out of her pocket and handed it to Mei.

Miriam: Here. Found him at Tyler's.
Mei smiled and pressed a button on it.

Mei: 4-Town forever?

Miriam: [sighs and smiles] 4-Town forever.

All four girls hugged, finishing their reconciliation.

Priya: 4-Town forever.

Abby: 4-Town forever!

Then, Miriam's eyes widened as something, or someone, caught her eye.

Miriam: Adler?!

Mei, Priya, and Abby looked towards Miriam's direction as they broke away from the group hug. There, they saw Adler wandering through the crowd, looking around. Mei waved her hand around and called for him.

Mei: Adler!

Adler turned to his right and saw Mei. He formed a smile on his face once he saw her and her friends.

Adler: Mei!

Adler then approached the girls. Just as he did so, Mei gave him a quick hug, rubbing her face on his tactical vest before pulling back.

Mei: I thought you left!

Adler: I did. But I came back.

Woods: Adler!

Mason, Woods, and Hudson came from behind Adler, all three breathing heavily.

Mason: You, [breathes], you should wait for us to catch up to you.

Miriam: Adler, who are they?

Adler: They're my team. Girls, [points at each operative] meet Mason, Woods, and Hudson. Team, [points at each girl] meet Mei, Miriam, Priya, and Abby.

Mason: Hey.

Woods: What's up?

Hudson: Hello there.

Mei: Hi!

Miriam: Hello!

Priya: Yo.

Abby: Hey!

Mei: Anyways, Adler, are you okay now or are you still...?

Adler: Not anymore. [taps head] I'm alright now.

Mason: Got me to thank for that.

Miriam: So, you're okay now?

Adler: As right as rain.

Once again, Miriam's eyes widened as someone caught her eye.

Miriam: Tyler?!

They all diverted their attention towards Tyler, who was in the crowd with a whole bunch of 4-Town merch on him. He yelped and hid behind his very small cup.

Tyler: No! [in deep voice] Tyler? Who's Tyler? I don't know a-

Mei: You. Are. A 4-Townie?

After a few seconds, the girls all squealed and cheered and ran in to hug Tyler.

Tyler: No! Stop!

Miriam: No way!

Abby: Yeah!

Priya: Welcome to the sisterhood!

Adler: What a turn of events.

Tyler: Whatever, dorks. Cut it out.

The girls chuckled and Miriam elbowed Mei.

Miriam: Your mom must have gone nuclear.

Mei: Who cares? What's she gonna do? Ground me?

All the girls laughed in a similar style as Flint Lockwood's (yes, it is also a Sailor Moon reference but I'm keeping it as it is).

Adler: Wait a minute. Mei, you didn't do the ritual, did you?

Mei: Why do you think I'm here?

Adler: Oh. [to his team] Mason, Woods, I need you to see if you can spot Mei's mother in the crowd. She may be here to get Mei out from this concert, but we're not gonna let that happen. Spread out.

Woods: Copy that, Adler. Let's go, Mason.

Mason and Woods dispersed into the crowd in case Ming came to the SkyDome to find her daughter. As they did so, the crowd started to repeatedly chant 4-Town before the lights started to dim.

Tyler: Let's go!

Mei: Is it starting?! It's starting! Guys, hold me!

Hudson: What is going on?

Adler: Concert's starting.

Crowd: Four, three, two, one!

Announcer: Are you ready?

Music began playing as cages were lifted out the stage and one by one, each member of the band started bursting out of them.

Miriam: [after Aaron T. came out] Oh, my gosh!

Tyler: [after Aaron Z. came out] Yeah! Z! I love you, man!

Abby: [after Tae Young came out] [in Korean] I love you.

Priya: [after Jesse came out] Yes! Jesse!

Hudson: Who's your favorite, Russ?

Adler thought about it for a moment.

Adler: I don't have one.

Robaire: Toronto! Who knows what's up?

Once Robaire's cage broke apart, pyrotechnics started flying everywhere across the stage and the crowd went wild. Mei and her friends all gasped in excitement and then started crying in joy, much to Adler and Hudson's confusion.

Hudson: That's them?

Adler: It's the future, Hudson.

Hudson: Kill me.

Robaire: You want it?

Crowd: I want it!

Robaire: You want it?

Crowd: I want it!

Robaire: You want it?

Crowd: I want it!

Robaire: Give me one, two, three, four!

Suddenly, all 5 members of 4-Town had angel wings and flew up.

Hudson: [rubbing eyes] I can't stand this anymore.

Mason: [radio] Sounds like something Hudson would listen to.

Hudson: [radio] Shut up.

As 4-Town sang through the song, they began to lower down to the stage and everyone, including Mei and her friends, began rushing towards them. Adler and Hudson casually walked to catch up with the group, who all had heart-shaped eyes with tears of joy.
Mei climbed up on top of several people but not before I used myself as a step for Mei as she reached for Robaire. Looks like her dream was finally gonna come true. She might have been able to touch him if there wasn't a sudden shout.

???: MEI-MEI!

From the open part of the SkyDome, a pair of giant glowing red eyes gazed into the crowd. From what the voice shouted, Adler realized who it was.

Mei's mother.

Ming: MEI-MEI! WHERE ARE YOU?

Mei: Mom?!

Adler: Ming?

The glaring red eyes that belonged to Ming then spotted Mei amongst the crowd.

Ming: MEI-MEI!

Mei screamed and ran through the crowd with her friends, Adler, and Hudson behind her. The group ran to the exit as Ming pushed her way into the SkyDome and landed heavily on the floor as the crowd dispersed. Mason and Woods were already at the exit, helping people get out safely.

Woods: Everyone out of here, now!

Mason: Keep it together, people!

Jin and the rest of Mei's relatives - her aunts and her grandmother - then came running into the SkyDome. Woods turned around, saw them, and stopped them from going any further.

Woods: Woah woah woah! You can't go through here! It's not safe!

Jin: But my daughter is here!

Wu: We're her family!

Lily: Let us through please!

Woods: Give me a sec. [radio] Adler, I've got some people who claims to be Mei's family. Should I let 'em through?

Adler: [radio] Let them through. We're almost to the exit. Have them rendezvous with us there.

Woods: Got it. [to the Lees] Follow us! They should be straight ahead!

Jin: Okay, thank you sir!

Jin and the others then saw Mei and her friends.

Jin: Mei! Mei!

Mei: Dad?

Wu: We need to save your mother!

Chen: She's gone loco.

Jin: Mei, we have to do the ritual again.

Mei: What happened? She's huge!

Jin: I told you she was big!

Mei: [points at Ming] That big?

Woods: That's her mother?!

Ming: MEI-MEI!

Ming's giant red panda hand came down and scooped up Mei.

Miriam: Let her go!

Abby: Don't hurt her!

Mason and Woods aimed and prepared to fire their weapons at Ming but Adler stopped them.

Adler: [lowered the weapons] Hold your fire! You might hit Mei!

Ming: YOU ARE IN BIG TROUBLE, YOUNG LADY!

Mei: [grunts] Mom, let me go!

Ming: I'M SHUTTING THIS DOWN, RIGHT NOW!

Ming began to use her free hand to destroy several areas of the stage.

Ming: EVERYONE, GO HOME! WHERE ARE YOUR PARENTS? PUT SOME CLOTHES ON! [brings Mei up close to her face] THIS ISN'T YOU!

Mei: This is me!

Mei shouted as she turned into the red panda and bit her mother's hand. She roared and dropped Mei. Mei fell and turned back into a human as her family and friends rushed over to her.

Wu: Mei-Mei!

Adler: Mei!

Woods: Kid!

Jin: Mei, are you hurt?

Mei got up and turned into the red panda.

Mei: I'm not your little Mei-Mei anymore! I lied, Mom!

Ming: WHAT?!

Mei: It was my idea to hustle the panda. My idea to get Adler's help! My idea to go to Tyler's party! It was all me! I like boys! I like loud music! I like gyrating! I'M 13! DEAL WITH IT!

Mei's mother growled then roared in anger.

Wu: [claps hands] The ritual. Everyone in position. Mei-Mei, keep her busy.

Mei: Oh, I'll keep her busy.

Wu: Where's Jin? Jin!

Mason: Over there!

Mei's father was running around the stadium, making a huge perfect chalk circle with a chalker.

Jin: Mei! Keep her in the circle!

As everyone prepared for the ritual, Mei and Ming were still 1v1ing each other.

Ming: GET BACK HERE!

Mei: Make me!

Ming: YOU THINK YOU'RE SO MATURE! LYING TO ME! BLAMING ME! HOW COULD YOU BE SO, SO... CRASS?!

Mei: Oh! That's nothing! You wanna see me crass?

Mei then began dancing a cringey dance similar to the Among Us dance.

Ming: WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

Mei: You like that? Yes!

Ming: STOP MOVING LIKE THAT!

Mei: What's wrong? Is this bothering you?

Ming: STOP IT!

Miriam: Yeah, Mei!

Abby: Destroy her with your big butt!

Adler: You can do it, Mei!

Mason: Look at her go!

Jin completed the chalk circle and ran to the women.

Jin: Start singing now!

Wu: Ladies!

Soon, her and the aunts began singing in Cantonese as Ming kept fumbling around inside the circle. The circle was beginning to buzz blue.

Wu: Sing louder!

Miriam looked over and saw the 4-Town band getting down from where they were stuck.

Miriam: Come on!

Woods: You guys go on ahead! Mason and I'll do what we can to get those stuck out and help Mei!

Mason and Woods split as Miriam, Priya, Abby, Tyler, Adler, and Hudson made their way to the 4-Town members, who were about to escape through the exit until being stopped by the CIA operatives.

Adler: Stay right there.

Adler and Hudson aimed their weapons at the 4-Town members. They raised their hands up.

Robaire: Woah! Take it easy, man! We're trying to get out of here!

Hudson: We just wanna talk. If you give us a minute, we'll let you go.

Robaire nodded, making Adler and Hudson lower their weapons. Miriam, Priya, and Abby went up in front of Adler and Hudson and explained to Robaire the context behind the 1v1 between Mei and her mother and asked him and the rest of 4-Town to help with the ritual. After thinking about it, Robaire agreed to help them.

Robaire: Okay, we'll do it.

Adler: One more thing. For Mei. When this is all over, we'll have a photo together with your autographs on the photo.

Robaire: I can make that happen.

As Mei and her mother were still 1v1ing, Mason and Woods were able to get several concertgoers out from the stadium. Some of them stayed in place behind stable cover to watch the fight. Then, Mei shot through the sky and head butted her mother, making her tumble back and get knocked out by the fall while Mei tumbled to the ground. Since Mei's mother was outside the circle, Mei began pulling on her mother's tail, trying to drag her inside the circle. It wasn't until Wu and eventually the aunts transformed into their red pandas to help Mei. The relatives then began chanting in Cantonese again and the circle started flickering blue again. However, it wasn't enough.

Mr. Gao: Sing louder!

Jin: Louder! The circle isn't working!

Wu and the aunts began singing louder, but that still didn't work. Mason and Woods made their way back to Miriam and the others, who had a microphone to get ready to sing. Then the time came: after a few seconds, Miriam started beatboxing, and the 2 girls, Tyler, and Adler joined in, creating the rhythm with recovered instruments for one of 4-Town's songs, "Nobody Like U". Mason, Woods, and Hudson, on the other hand, made random beats with their weapons that somehow went along with the song tempo. From over the pile of rubble, 4-Town emerged and began singing. Seeing 4-Town sing boosted morale, making the other concertgoers that stayed sing along with them. That was the last boost the circle needed, lighting up and creating a blue beacon in the middle. A large red beam came from Mr. Gao's sword from the top of the stadium and levitated everyone in the circle.
