Monami was lost. It was certainly a bad experience for her after getting lost of her own tracks in a jungle while camping with her parents.' It was the first time they had decided to enjoy after her sister's death.

           The last thing she remembered was the view of the splendid river she saw while her parents were preparing the lunch. Now she was here lost in the jungle while she was following the light. The beautiful light which had a mixed shade of baby pink, yellow, orange and light red. It was so mesmerizing that she had to follow it. She was surrounded by the light. If it was not in front of her eyes, she would not have believed it. While she was roaming around trying to find a suitable destination, a 'ping' voice was heard from her phone.

"Are you alright? Where are you Monami?"

"Who are you?"

"Please don't freak out but it’s me, your sister."

"Oh really, are you such an idiot that you think I will fall onto your little trap."

"I know it is unbelievable. Now I should prove myself, right?"

"You certainly have the responsibility to do so."

"Ok, so let's do it. My name is Sanjana. Our parents had a love marriage. So, we have no certain relations with their families. But unknown to them, we did try to communicate with them. But it failed and another significant point is that everyone thinks that you are an adventurous girl doing all sorts of risky things. But I am the only person who knows that you are dead scared of snakes. Is this enough?"

"How?"

"I know. But there are many things that are beyond our understanding and this is one of those situations."

"HOW CAN I BELIEVE THAT MY DEAD SISTER IS CONTACTING ME THROUGH A PHONE AFTER SHE DIED MORE THAN ONE YEAR AGO AND SHE CONTACTED ME AT THE PERFECT MOMENT OF ME BEING LOST IN THE MIDDLE OF A BLOODY FOREST!"

" You are right. I am able to contact you because of the situation you are in."

"What does that mean?"

"You are on the wrong side of the forest Monami. The woods are cursed. You are in the region of very powerful spirits.

"Powerful?"

"They are so powerful that they influenced you."

"No one influenced me. I was following a light which seemed too beautiful to me that I became mad for a few seconds."

"That's what you think."

                                    That statement freaked the hell out of Monami. This was not supposed to happen. She began to think about the possibilities of her previous decision but refrained her thoughts.

"Why are they doing this?"

"I don't know. My task is to take you out of here and help you reach your rightful destination. What do you see around yourself?"

"There are lots of trees around here."

"Not a specified location you know."

"Wait!! I hear sound of water falling.........It's a river fall."

"I know that place. Ms.Monami, DON'T YOU DARE TO TAKE A SIP OF THAT RIVER."

"Thank you for that warning. Oh No!!!!"

"What happened?"

"I see a woman but trust me she does not look like she is happy."

"Monami......RUN!!!!!!"

"Where are you Monami? Please respond."

"What do you see?"

"There are hands coming from the trees and animal flying. ANIMALS WHICH SHOULD NOT BE FLYING."

"Things are like that in here Monami. Keep away from things that looks like they do not belong there. I was given the duty of securing people from this side of forest. Didn't think that such a day would come."

"I can see more people."

"Do not go near them."

"After what is happening with me right now, I am not going closer to anyone."

"Good. Stay low"

"There are two diverge ways. What should I do?"

"Remember what I said. Keep away from things that looks out of place."

"I am choosing a way but I am concerned about the results."

"Everyone are, Monami. That is life. Most of the people has rights about their decisions and can think about the after effects. But no one knows what will happen in the journey of life.

"That is what happened to me?"

"Yes."

"Where am I, Sanju?"

"What do you see Monami?"

"Well, it is a beautiful place. It is filled will bright colours. It looks like the colours are directly coming from the sky."

"Then you are at home."

"But this is not home? And where are Mom-Dad?"

"From now on, this is your home."

"?"

"My duty is not only to save people but to save good, kind and unselfish souls from the clutches of the evil side."

"I am still not getting it Sanju."

"Monami...... You are dead."

"You are joking, right?"

"You tried to swim in the river while Mom-Dad were preparing lunch. But....you drowned. Your body accepted your death but your soul did not. That action of your soul was a perfect opportunity for the powerful spirits. They couldn't resist the temptation of your soul and wanted to capture you or rather your soul.

"You saved me?"

"Yes. I couldn't let you suffer like I did after my death. It took a lot of energy inside me to turn myself from a soul to a guardian."

"What was the light? It’s like I feel something specific from the light."

"You have a good soul Monami. That is why you can feel the energy and purity of that light. It is the pathway for lost souls like us to the right spot."

"What is the right spot?"

"Different experiences for different people."

"But what about Mom-Dad?"

"That's the thing about life."
